A word from SINATRA – Encore at Wynn Las Vegas
At Sinatra, the fine Italian restaurant inside Encore, Steve Wynn has created a tribute to the man who was equal parts colleague, legend and friend. Chef Theo Schoenegger, formerly of Patina in Los Angeles, crafts a culinary homage to Ol' Blue Eyes that showcases the signature flavors of Italy.

The food was very well prepared and tasted like homemade Italian. I had the lasagna and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked in its own individual pan and served that way. The music playing was of course Sinatra which made the ambiance very relaxing and elegant. This is located in the Encore which has its own elegance.

My wife and I celebrated our Anniversary here, everything was absolutely amazing. We are both Vegan/Vegetarian and our server went out of her way to make sure everything down to the bread and butter was 100% Vegan for myself, along with bringing Vegetarian options for my wife. The food, dessert, and service was perfect and made for a special romantic dinner!

This is Steve Wynn's homage to Frank Sinatra - and he did it right. The atmosphere is great with Sinatra music playing in the background. The staff is friendly, gracious, attentive and knowledgable. Many of the recipes came from Frank's mother including the meatballs and spaghetti with clams which were exceptional. Overall a must if you are in Las Vegas particularly if you are a Sinatra fan.

  • Thought it would be better
    OpenTable Diner Since 2011

My father and I had dinner at Sinatra and with all that I had heard about it, I thought the service would be better. We were seated in a lovely corner in the wine room and by the door where all of the waiters and servers went through to get to the patio. Then after about 15 minutes a waiter finally came over and apologized for being so tardy, he was not aware we had been seated and then asked if we would like water. . Service was spotty. Finally when we had finished our dinner and we waited another 15 minutes before it was removed from the table. All in all the food was good, but for the cost of the meal the service was inconsistent and poor. Would I recommend this restaurant, to a tourist yes, just because of the iconic name and location.

With the plethora of dining choices at the Wynn, Encore and Vegas in general, my impression of Sinatra boils down to this - "It's just ok." The room is cool, and assuming that you at least like Sinatra's music you're gonna get plenty of it since you'll hear it non-stop from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave. My lackluster review just comes down to the simple fact that there's nothing spectacular here where the food is concerned. To be honest, that's huge issue with so much competition around, and for the money there are just so many much, much better places to go. For Italian, head to the local favorite Piero's on Convention Center Drive instead. TRUST ME ON THIS. It's off-strip but the cabs all know it and it's the real deal.

Dined here on September 12th and it was a delightful experience. The recordings of Frank playing in the background gives it a special flair! The baby beet goat cheese salad was delicious as was their risotto with black truffles appetizer. I could have eaten a second portion of the risotto. To anyone considering Sinatra's "Bon Appetit"

The food was, as would be expected of a restaurant of this caliber. Started with the Carpaccio di tonno (excellent vinaigrette with the ahi just tender enough to hold it's integrity when rolling), for the main i had the Ossobucco (the most tender i've ever had, and the risotto was nice, thick, and cheesy, more than enough to leave my completely sated, not to mention that last bit of marrow at the end), and ended with a nice tawny port to mellow everything out. Only little issue i had was with the ambiance. It was so loud, with people running back and forth, though you couldn't really relax too much. they have nice Sinatra songs playing in the background, but you could only hear bits and pieces of it thanks to then noise.

While staying on vacation at the Wynn in Las Vegas, we had the pleasure of experiencing many of the great restaurants on the Wynn/Encore property. Unfortunately the last couple of days of our trip involved a conference at Bellagio and we chose to stay there for convenience. After a LOUSY experience at Circo at Bellagio, we craved some GOOD Italian food with QUALITY service in a nice setting and Sinatra was just what we were hoping for. Each and every dining experience at Wynn/Encore was superb and Sinatra was no exception!

My husband celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary with Sinatra-Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. We wanted to dine with a place that had impeccable service and great food. Sinatra did not disappoint. I had a reservation for 6pm on a Friday night. We were going to be late to the reservation so I gave Sinatra call, Jennifer answered and re-assured me that my table will be waiting for me when I arrive. When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted, escorted to our table, and given a hand written note to congratulate us on our anniversary. Suzanne, our server, was great! We had the Caprese, Frank's Clams Posilipo, and the Pork chops that were a Special for the night. For dessert, Suzanne surprised us with some chocolates and a pistachio custards.

Sinatra did not disappoint us on our return visit. The ambiance is special, notably the Sinatra music. The food is excellent, but the personalized service really excels. Very few places take the trouble to address you by surname when serving courses and from the front desk when departing. Pricey, but worth it. We recommend Sinatra highly.

I had recently taken my wife to dinner at Sinatra's restaurant and it was not a dinner but an experience. The service is 5 star and you are treated with the respect you would expect from any fine restaurant. I had the veal and my wife had a pasta the dish. Both were great. It is a little pricy, but I highly recommend any who enjoys Frank Sinatra music and fine dining to go here. We will be back.

I can't say enough about our Sinatra experience. First and foremost our waiter was awesome. He timed everything perfectly for us, we never felt rushed and he was on top of everything. The food was excellent and prepared as requested. My lamb was cooked perfectly and was delicious. My husbands veal parm was also very good. I would definitely recommend "the dream" cocktail. It was a bit pricey, but for high-end Las Vegas that was expected. Try it if you have the opportunity.

My girlfriend and I celebrated our 2 year anniversary here and I must say the experience was second to none. Upon arrival we were greeted by our last name and congratulation's from all of the staff. After we ordered our food the server brought out two appetizers that we did not order to help celebrate our anniversary. After we had finished our delicious dinner we were greeted by the head chef and manager wishing us a happy two year celebration by bringing out not one or two, but three desserts! We had the best experience ever and i would highly recommend this to anyone celebrating anything.

Everyone who waited on us was just so friendly and helpful. The food and wine was out of this world. He was so impressed we are planning not only to go back but to take some friends with us. I have been coming to Sinatra at the Encore Hotel essentially since it opened. It is an amazing restaurant in every sense of the word. The chef and the staff understand how to present the complete dining experience. Jonathan Husby the General Manager, his Assistant General Manager Brett, the many wonderful servers; Roger, Jay, Lawrence, David, Larry.... they understand that the venue, the food, and the interaction are what drives total customer satisfaction and the total dining experience. I had the privilege of spending my anniversary there last night, as I have many birthdays and other special occasions. It was the perfect night capped by the perfect meal at my favorite restaurant.

Love the setting, manager was a lovely who made us feel very comfortable. Food was good, only complaint was that they offered me gluten free rolls as I have celiac disease and they were partially frozen when they arrived. Otherwise, all was good. I would like to see a more diverse chardonnay by the glass list...thought that the price and quality of the Groth was not good. There are so many great California chardonnays on the market with a wide range of prices......

The WORST lasagna I've ever had. Sinatra would roll in his grave to know that this sorry excuse for Italian food was being sold in his name. Our server flipped my lasagna from its original dish so that it may cool down. When she did, I ended up with a slop akin to Hamburger Helper. At least if my slop had been delicious, but the noodles were scarce and the flavor was mediocre. My friends had the veal and chicken parm. The veal was under-seasoned and the side of pasta was an extra $9. The ambiance is beautiful but not worth the flavorless food. I will never go back. I could have eaten somewhere amazing. C'est la vie.
