We had dinner and the food was truly excellent. For appetizers we had the caprese and the prosciutto with mission figs, both of which were yummy. For dinner, my husband had the Pennette and I had the Branzino - again perfect. Our desserts - a chocolate cappello mousse "fedora" and the crostata were OUTSTANDING. We loved our time here and will return as soon as we can!

Great restaurant, not sure why high dollar places have the row style seating. Would prefer private tables or booths, instead of having 2 tops lined up in a row where you are sitting close to other couples. Overall, food, music and service were fantastic.

We recently celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary at Sinatra, and we couldn't have made a better choice for our special occasion. Everything was absolutely wonderful. We had the Caesar Salad to start and then shared the Tagliatelle (which was very light and tasty and not heavy on the cream), Veal Parmigiana (which was the best we've ever had - tender, juicy, and flavorful), and the polenta sticks. The ambiance was just what we were looking for - quiet and intimate, and the wait staff was extremely attentive. Our server was Dina, and she was the best. If you are celebrating a special occasion let them know, they will take great care of you. Very classy place.

The restaurant was beautifull with great service. However, the price for the food, I thought was expensive for the quality. And the wine prices were outrageous. Coming from Europe and having good wines available, it was ridiculous to see the wine list.

This was one if the worst restaurants I have ever been to. The bartender actually made my Bloody Mary with tequila. Waiter was terrible. Food was terrible. We asked to sit on the patio they said it was too hot....too hot it's vegas, she said humid.....humid, it was 21% humidity. I'm from Chicago where we have 90% humidity.....please. Very disappointed!

The food was very well prepared and tasted like homemade Italian. I had the lasagna and it was perfectly seasoned and cooked in its own individual pan and served that way. The music playing was of course Sinatra which made the ambiance very relaxing and elegant. This is located in the Encore which has its own elegance.

The restaurant was a great experience, however, I found it more fit for older people. The only thing that bother me was that we had a reservation for two and when we got to the hostess station the girls looked at us with somewhat disbelief and didn't even ask us how many or welcomed us. They just said they didn't have anything available for about two hours. We told them we already had a reservation, again they looked each other in a puzzled way and said, oh ok, please seat this way. We wanted to try the place. We were well dressed. What was their deal? Anyway, we end up waiting almost an hour event though we had a reservation. Server was wonderful and very knowledgeable. Food was also good. For us, first and last.

This is Steve Wynn's homage to Frank Sinatra - and he did it right. The atmosphere is great with Sinatra music playing in the background. The staff is friendly, gracious, attentive and knowledgable. Many of the recipes came from Frank's mother including the meatballs and spaghetti with clams which were exceptional. Overall a must if you are in Las Vegas particularly if you are a Sinatra fan.

My father and I had dinner at Sinatra and with all that I had heard about it, I thought the service would be better. We were seated in a lovely corner in the wine room and by the door where all of the waiters and servers went through to get to the patio. Then after about 15 minutes a waiter finally came over and apologized for being so tardy, he was not aware we had been seated and then asked if we would like water. . Service was spotty. Finally when we had finished our dinner and we waited another 15 minutes before it was removed from the table. All in all the food was good, but for the cost of the meal the service was inconsistent and poor. Would I recommend this restaurant, to a tourist yes, just because of the iconic name and location.

With the plethora of dining choices at the Wynn, Encore and Vegas in general, my impression of Sinatra boils down to this - "It's just ok." The room is cool, and assuming that you at least like Sinatra's music you're gonna get plenty of it since you'll hear it non-stop from the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave. My lackluster review just comes down to the simple fact that there's nothing spectacular here where the food is concerned. To be honest, that's huge issue with so much competition around, and for the money there are just so many much, much better places to go. For Italian, head to the local favorite Piero's on Convention Center Drive instead. TRUST ME ON THIS. It's off-strip but the cabs all know it and it's the real deal.

Dined here on September 12th and it was a delightful experience. The recordings of Frank playing in the background gives it a special flair! The baby beet goat cheese salad was delicious as was their risotto with black truffles appetizer. I could have eaten a second portion of the risotto. To anyone considering Sinatra's "Bon Appetit"

The food was, as would be expected of a restaurant of this caliber. Started with the Carpaccio di tonno (excellent vinaigrette with the ahi just tender enough to hold it's integrity when rolling), for the main i had the Ossobucco (the most tender i've ever had, and the risotto was nice, thick, and cheesy, more than enough to leave my completely sated, not to mention that last bit of marrow at the end), and ended with a nice tawny port to mellow everything out. Only little issue i had was with the ambiance. It was so loud, with people running back and forth, though you couldn't really relax too much. they have nice Sinatra songs playing in the background, but you could only hear bits and pieces of it thanks to then noise.

While staying on vacation at the Wynn in Las Vegas, we had the pleasure of experiencing many of the great restaurants on the Wynn/Encore property. Unfortunately the last couple of days of our trip involved a conference at Bellagio and we chose to stay there for convenience. After a LOUSY experience at Circo at Bellagio, we craved some GOOD Italian food with QUALITY service in a nice setting and Sinatra was just what we were hoping for. Each and every dining experience at Wynn/Encore was superb and Sinatra was no exception!

My boyfriend is vegan and LOVES Frank Sinatra. So I knew we just HAD to check this place out. We had the best service from Pedro! He was very attentive about what we could eat. Another worker had brought us non-vegan bread twice and we were hesitant because it looked like there was cheese on it. Pedro immediately noticed when he came to check up on us and was very apologetic. He also told us what was in everything, to reassure us about it being vegan. I ordered the vegan Pennette and it was ok. Not as great as I expected it to be. However, I had some of my boyfriend's vegan Parmigiana and it was AMAZING. We ended with the Mirtilli and that was heaven. We are definitely coming back on our next Vegas trip, even if it's just for the Mirtilli!

My husband celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary with Sinatra-Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. We wanted to dine with a place that had impeccable service and great food. Sinatra did not disappoint. I had a reservation for 6pm on a Friday night. We were going to be late to the reservation so I gave Sinatra call, Jennifer answered and re-assured me that my table will be waiting for me when I arrive. When we arrived at the restaurant we were greeted, escorted to our table, and given a hand written note to congratulate us on our anniversary. Suzanne, our server, was great! We had the Caprese, Frank's Clams Posilipo, and the Pork chops that were a Special for the night. For dessert, Suzanne surprised us with some chocolates and a pistachio custards.

Sinatra did not disappoint us on our return visit. The ambiance is special, notably the Sinatra music. The food is excellent, but the personalized service really excels. Very few places take the trouble to address you by surname when serving courses and from the front desk when departing. Pricey, but worth it. We recommend Sinatra highly.

I can't say enough about our Sinatra experience. First and foremost our waiter was awesome. He timed everything perfectly for us, we never felt rushed and he was on top of everything. The food was excellent and prepared as requested. My lamb was cooked perfectly and was delicious. My husbands veal parm was also very good. I would definitely recommend "the dream" cocktail. It was a bit pricey, but for high-end Las Vegas that was expected. Try it if you have the opportunity.
