Someone in our group just wanted a salad with some protein that wanted on the menu and she was served a beautiful hand crafted salad that looked so good I wished I had ordered it. As always, the service was impeccable, including an outstanding Sommelier who graciously picked a wine from the price range I was comfortable with.
The steak special was perfect, tender and with amazing red wine reduction sauce. I had the veal parmigiana, excellent as always. Everything was outstanding - the food, service, ambiance - A+. Sinatra's was recommended to us by a friend who dined there and we are so happy we took her recommendation. We will certainly dine there again on our next trip.5/28/2013 12:00:00 AMShould Be BetterGoing to one of the top-notch dining options at Encore at the Wynn you would expect a perfect meal, unfortunately ours was far from it. Two people of the four in our party ordered chicken. It seemed odd to get a grocery store variety boneless chicken breast, dry from over cooking. The fish was fantastic for the third in our party, but my lobster risotto would have been better off without the lobster (making it a perfectly fine mushroom risotto). The lobster was chewy and overcooked. Not what you want for a $46 entree.

Each and everyone of the servers for our table acknowledged us by name and wished us a happy anniversary.
The food was superb and the service impeccable! Loved the décor and of course the music (Frank's songs of course!)
We travel extensively and have dined at excellent restaurants, we rank Sinatra's in our top 10 for sure.
We have a group of friend's staying at the Encore this summer and have told them they must have dinner here, they won't be disappointed.5/14/2013 12:00:00 AMA Birthday CelebrationThe ladies I went with are big time Sinatra fans so we thought this would be the perfect place to celebrate a 60th birthday...and for the most part it was. The food was wonderful. The not so great part was the service. It took the server quite a while to take our drink orders and when he did we wondered if he left his personality at home because it sure wasn't with him at the restaurant.

I had the braised veal "My Way" which is how Sinatra liked it and boy was he right. It has been a long time since I have had such a tender, flavorful piece of veal prepared so masterfully. Got the caprese salad which was great and the pasta filled shells with the herbs&asparagus sauce. Was a little Leary but omg....this will be one of those meals I crave for a long time! Ambiance was great....very cool with like green light fixtures and frank Sinatra movies playing above the bar. Love that accent.
This was one of my absolute favorite meals while in Vegas. Other fave was Mandalay bay's aureole.
