Diner Reviews
  • "Food was great, but restaurant seemed very understaffed for the number of diners! Our server was great, but was extremely busy! He was extremely knowledgeable but it seemed like he was the only server in the entire restaurant! Make reservations or you won't get in!"

  • "We took my two nephews (8 and 10yo) and their parents to dinner here since they were visiting from out of town and had never had fondue. They loved it! The restaurant gave us a private dining area and we had fun eating and catching up. I highly recommend doing this!"

  • "It's a nice place. We like te go for special occassions (when you can get in) It's very expensive, a bit overpriced actually (in my opinion) Charging full price starting at age 13 is a bit much (changes from $15 to $50!!) Maybe some 13 year olds can eat that much but wow"

  • "We loved this restaurant. While a bit spendy, it's worth it. Try the tri-pepper beef, it's awesome! We took Mom here and she really enjoyed the experience!"

  • "A fun place to go, not so much for the actual food but for the experience."

  • "A very fun experience with cheese, meat and fruit fondue. Definitely worth a repeat visit."

  • "This was our first time and thought ir would a be a great place to bring friends for a fun evening. Our Waitress was great , she explained how the courses went and made great recommendations. Her service was great as well. The only problem I had was there were a group of women at the table next to us and the were obviously having a great time but were extremely loud. Our waitress did offer to move us but you were pretty busy so we declined."

  • "We love dining here. It is a favorite spot any time we get a chance. It is pricy, so we don't do it all the time, but birthdays, special occasions it is our go to place."
    Dined on 4/5/2014
  • "Our family loves fondue because of how involved and personalized it gets. Everyone gets and eats what they like, but we try new things and invent others. The tables are feeling too small now - maybe b/c the kids are growing but there is barely enough rook for the salt-n-pepper shaker by the time the plates, sauces, glasses, skewers, etc. get laid out. But it makes the experience cozy."

  • "Family members joined together to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. We had a semi-private room (separated by curtains) for Sunday brunch, it was perfect for the event, lots of time to visit and no interruptions. The three-course brunch menu takes some time to get through, plenty of food and interaction with other people at the table during the process. We especially enjoyed the bottomless mimosas! The service was a little slow, and the food is what you would expect - go for the experience!"

  • "My wife and I made last minute reservations via OpenTable for a dessert seating, and had a great time. We were greeted and seated quickly, and had the Campfire Chocolate fondue dessert. Everything came out promptly, and was delicious! There are so many selections on the dessert menu - we'll just have to come back again to try them all! :-)"

  • "We always like eating here and stop by every once in awhile. Our server was excellent! I'm sure we'll be back soon!"

  • "Loved our friendly waitress, food was fresh, you can pretty much taste the herbs and spices wven if you boil your food in broth and the broth itself was spectacular! White chocolate fondue was awesome! Ambiance was warm, nice and romantic. I don't mind children but having a children's bday party at the same time seem too confusing energy wise. The loud family oriented noise was competing with the romantic ballads in the background. Those two sounds don't fit."

  • "Simply Fondue was very accommodating in allowing me drop off a gift and card in the afternoon so that it was already on the table when we arrived. It allowed me to surprise my girlfriend for her birthday. The service was great, our server was very personable. The food was out of this world, can't wait back."

  • "The food is extremely delicious and the service was outstanding for sure. But, we paid $280.00 for dinner for 5 people. For that kind of money, I would expect a Ritz Carlton experience."

  • "Server was too pushy. We got charged for drinks that we didn't even want.He said it was too late the drinks were already poured and we have to get charged for it. I never had experienced that before at any restaurant."

  • "We had a late reservation, but we checked in early and asked if they had something sooner to call us. Sure enough we got in 30 minutes ahead of time which was wonderful. Our server had only been on the job 2 months but she was so sweet and very knowledgeable and we had a great time. Our food was fresh and delicious as always. Thanks for another enjoyable experience."

  • "Went out for my Wife's Birthday. We had a nice romantic dinner, great atmosphere, decent food. Real fun experience overall, would do it again for special occasions. Our server Jessica was outstanding, great recommendations!! Impressive martini list."

  • "My wife and I went there for her birthday. Bottom line is the place is probably fine if you like cheese fondue, and dessert fondue was pretty good. But their method of having you cook up your entree items at your table leaves much to be desired, and the entree item portions are very small. And to top it off, the prices are incredibly high for what you really get. The only good aspect of our 2 hour adventure at Simply Fondue was the service, which was reasonably good. But we won't be going back."

  • "If you have the money, and want a great date dinner this is the absolute best place to attend. If you are cheap, this will not be the place for you."

  • "Simply Fondue has a private room for a table of 5. We celebrated a birthday there recently love the campfire chocolate fondue and the aged cheddar fondue. We ordered a seafood platter and a half beef-half chicken platter and with 5 people we still couldn't finish it all! Highly recommend grilling the meats and seafood. Ala carte is a great option. Altogether a great birthday dinner place."

  • "Simple, yet complex...Simply Fondue offers all fondue dining styles. Their entrees include sauces to enhance the finished item. But the cheese & chocolate are always my favorite!!! Try "2 for Tuesday" events for a cost effective evening!!!"

  • "My husband and I love going to Simply Fondue. We don't get a date night to often and when we do we always do fondue!!!!"

  • "I came with a friend of mine. It was our first time and we have been trying to go but never found the time. We randomly decided to go and drove out of town to have dinner. When we first walked in we were greeted by a host who looked as if we were a waste of his time. We answered the phone instead of helping us. That was when a young woman came and took us to our table. Our server, in the other hand was amazing and very patient with us. Food was great and the chocolate fondue was unbelievable. My friend and I have been servers for 6 years and we know when we're not wanted by someones approach as we walk in. Even with thatwe would come again just because of our server. I think her name was Skye?"

  • "Took the family, including two teenagers who LOVED the fondue experience. Had a 2 1/2 hr dinner and enjoyed the meal. Only complaint is between courses it took long waits for the fondue pots to heat up to the proper temperatures."

  • "We really loved the service at this place, but the food is very average. For a place named Fondue I would have expected some really creative and different recipes. However, what they had is very basic and you can make them at home. The menu needs some serious work! We go to a lot of restaurants and unfortunately the food was not exciting enough for us to go back! The experience is what makes this place interesting. Cooking your own food, and taking the time, as opposed to just getting in and out."

  • "As usual, service and food was top notch. We went here to celebrate a 16th birthday and our server went above and beyond. Great wine list with high and lower end wines that will fit your budget. The Fondue Feast is the way to go with cheese fondue appetizer, salad, meat fondue, finishing with your choice of over a dozen chocolate fondues for dessert. Reservations are a must however they have fondue pots all across the bar so you can drop in for a drink and a pot of fondue. Enjoy!"

  • "This was an event! I would recommend going to this restaurant if you have something to celebrate and want a leisurely time with friends. It took a good 2-1/2 hours to dine, but it was fun! The food was very good, it just takes a while since you are cooking it yourself!"

  • "If you have some extra cash to spend and want an eventful unforgettable night, this is THE place. You'll gain a few lbs but it's beyond worth it. Martini flight=excellent choice. I can't decide which course is my favorite...cheese, chocolate?! Plus the amount of food you get during the main meat course is outrageous. Definitely should be on everyone's must eat at list. Also would be a great 1st date spot since there's something to do/talk about the whole time, although extremely pricey. (Us 4 was roughly $400)"

The waitress explained how everything worked in such detail that we were completely comfortable with all of the process. Amazing food, and I especially loved their chocolate fondue menu!!!"

  • "We had a lovely evening at your restaurant, until we attempted to pay our bill. That's when we learned that the $150.00 gift card which my husband had purchased for my birthday, was entered into your computer system as $50.00. This was extremely awkward and embarrassing, and my husband had to run out to the car to get his wallet so we could pay. Of course, he also had to return at a later time with his receipt so we could have the amount on the gift card restored. Your shift manager, who identified himself as Kyle, was extremely polite, and did what he could to be helpful, but of course there was no saving the situation, and our evening was totally ruined. I may return to your restaurant at some point, but my husband will not."
