The service is outstanding and the bread and salad that are included with the meal are excellent. ! My favorite is the fresh line caught king salmon. All meals include a fresh table-side made fresh salad and potato and vegetable. You can't beat that anywhere in Vegas!! Also the steaks are top-notch as is the pork chops and many more selections. This was our 3rd time back in the last 6 months and the food and service is outstanding. The Beef Rib(s) are the best I have tasted and I spent my summers in the midwest. It says ribs on the menu but it's only 1 large rib with mashed potatoes and veggie. But don't let that fool you. By the time you are done with just that, on top of the salad and rolls, you will walk away not needing anything more. Highly recommend it for that. It was an early Sunday evening and the restaurant was maybe half filled. We were promptly seated in a booth well away from the entrance into the South Point Casino. The service was quick and efficient. My wife ordered the 18 oz. prime rib and I ordered the filet trio (each covered in different sauces)--and they were delectable and delicious! Cooked to order and served with mashed potatoes and a salad, it was a wonderful meal after a day lounging by the pool! How nice to eat a leisurely dinner and then just walk across the casino for the show. Food was superb, our waiter, Lito was excellent and we had a wonderful dinner. Their Lobster Bisque is a "must have"...truly gourmet! Both large portions of meat; you will not go away hungry. Both were excellent for the price. Rolls and house salad were very good as was dessert. The room is nicely decorated and quiet. Tables and booths are well spaced. Service was attentive but not overbearing and our waiter was helpful in guiding us to the right selections.

We had the "special" of the night that was Orange Roughy with the most delicious sauce on top that had shrimp, scallops, and lobster....OH MY GOODNESS...the best meal ever!! Our waiter was very attentive and right on time for everything. We were celebrating the birthdays of my 2 grown children. The food was wonderful, Prime Rib for the six of us, we were not dissappointed, cooked to perfection, tender, large and purely enjoyable. This kind of service I have not experienced in many a year in Las Vegas, it is the way Las Vegas used to be all the time. I have lived here since 1966 so I know. On our last visit we heard someone tell two chefs: "we expect great things from you." One of the chefs replied that he hears the same thing from his wife. :) The appetizer selection is rather narrow for guests that don't eat shellfish and pork. That is typical but worth mentioning.

Informed management that Matthew is an outstanding employee and if he isn't promoted, someone will likely poach him.
