Though the time between courses was a bit long, our server was attentive and we had plenty to talk about after a day of skiing at nearby Canyons. I had the venison spare ribs for an appetizer. Slow cooked for three days they were tender and the sauce spicy. The mushroom soup was flavorful and creamy. I had the seared monkfish. Monkfish is known for its lobster like quality and this fish did not disappoint. It was in a light sauce with little tomatoes. The Brussels sprouts with pomegranate are not to be missed.
