"I've been here 3 times and have not been disappointed. Food is always great. Service is top notch. This week our server, Jaime, was the best...knowledgeable a out the menu, drink and wine list, had a great sense of humor and made us all feel special!"

"We had a wonderful meal here, after a day of skiing. They were kind to the kids (to be fair, these were very restaurant savvy kids) and the food was sophisticated enough to appeal to the grownups. Everything we ordered was delicious, and although not a budget restaurant, it seemed fairly priced after some of the overly expensive-overly fancy places that crowd Park City."

"Very creative menu with unusual combinations that actually worked. Prices of entrees are quite reasonable with most in the $20-30 range but everything is ala carte. The appetizers and side dishes are so tempting - and good - that you will run the price up without trying. Wine list is very pricy but very interesting. After discussion with the GM, we tried a Slovenian Pinot Grigio that was top notch. Service was excellent with knowledgeable waitress, helpufl GM, and plenty of hands to bring food from kitchen on-time and as-ordered. Only negative to an otherwise spectacular eveninig for a party of five was the noise level. Silve has a bar one floor up and one floor down and the thumping of music and loud bar noise was very distracting."
