Silo Elevated Cuisine - 1604thanksIt was my 60th birthday and within days of my wedding anniversary, so Silo was a special treat that did not disappoint. The service was crisp, friendly and not overwhelming; the food was absolutely fantastic (highly recommended: chicken-fried oysters and seared scallops); and the décor sophisticated without being snooty. My foursome lingered over dessert and coffee and were amazed to find that three very enjoyable hours had passed -- with not a soul suggesting they needed the table. Brandon was our server and man what a great server he was! The food quality was outstanding, I had the pork shank and it was phenomenal, topped w/goat chz and paired with a green chili mac and chz and sautéed spinach, hats off to the chefs they are truly great at what they do. We finished our meal off with THE BEST CHEESECAKE I HAVE EVER HAD!!! So light and fluffy, the pastry chef sure knows what she is doing. I was also informed that they had an award winning coconut mousse pie which I will be getting on the nxt visit. We were not disappointed. The service and food were fantastic. Four in the party tried the champagne and berry cocktail -- I forget the name. What a treat. Teh waiter gave us the recipe.

We were celebrating an anniversary and Philip, our server, provided just that extra touch that made the meal and evening even more enjoyable. We decided to go early and experience Silo's Prix Fixe menu. Food portions were just right and the selection from this menu included salas, entre and dessert. The entre also included side selections.

The menu selections are difficult to choose between, and the restaurant itself is lovely. But the true standout for

All dishes were beautifully presented and main courses were accompanied by delicious sides. Since the drinks are amazing, I get over my issue with having to wait 30 minutes for my table even though I have reservations.
The food is really good, the menu is a little small and hardly ever changes... But if find something you like, you can't go wrong sticking with it! I get the tenderloin every time, and it's always amazing! You can't go wrong with the scallops either :)
Service is always the topnotch.
