All you can eat Steakhouse with a fixed price!
We are an Argentinian Steakhouse. Our all-you-can-eat method allows you to choose what you want, how much you want and when you want it.
We have a fixed price, that includes a salad bar with over 30 appetizers, all you can eat from the grill, half a bottle of wine, a 32 oz. pitcher of beer, or the soft drink of your choice, and a dessert or a coffee.
In our grill, youll find everything from NY Steak to filet mingon, from "Chorizo" to skirt, chicken and pork, and of course, a wide variety of the best argentinians cuts of meat.
So, just sit down, choose your meat, and repeat! History Established in 1993 Siga la vaca history started in 1993 when a group of entrepreneurs linked to the meat industry got together to open the first all you can eat argentinian bbq. The first Siga la Vaca was situated outside Buenos Aires. It had a small lounge with capacity to seat just 40 people.

  • "Siga La Vaca is great for friends, family and any groups in-between. Overall, our experience was good. We were seated right away and explained the menu clearly and prisely. As returned guests, many of us knew what to expect. Basically, every person gets their choice of beer (2 glasses), half a bottle of red wine or unlimited soda. Theres a good salad bar that's included and of course the meats. Suggestion - order as many meats as possible as the line can get quite backed-up. Those hovering around the stove do a great job in preparing the meats as requested. The desserts are also pretty good."

  • "This was our first visit to Siga La Vaca. After we got home, we made another reservation for a future day. The grilled chicken and filet mignon were DELICIOUS. The salad bar had many choices for an abundant, healthy salad, chock full of Veggies. The wine and/or beer that accompanied our dinner,--- enhanced our food choices. The service was excellent. The decor was elegant and the tables were roomy. We opted for coffee and no dessert because we were FILLED to the brim. Next time, I will save a little room for either their Flan, their Mousse or their Key Lime Pie. Eating at Siga La Vaca was like taking a trip to Argentina, without getting our passports stamped."

  • "I have eaten at two Siga la Vaca restaurants in Buenos Aires, and this outlet is not nearly as good. The quality of the meat was only average, and if you don't speak Spanish it is difficult to order the cut and degree of doneness you desire. Even though I speak Spanish, I had to return the meat for additional cooking. The salad bar is good, but somewhat limited in variety. I asked a waiter if they had provoleta and was told they did, just to ask at the grill. I asked, and was told they were out of that item. Unlike at the Argentine versions, there was no chicken or other non-beef items on the grill. If you want unlimited quantities of average quality beef at a reasonable price, with wine included, Siga la Vaca is a decent choice."

  • "Not much of a salad bar, but the beef was tasty. Price includes wine, empanadas appetizer and desert. I would go back for the beef."

  • "Food was excellent but the night we went everyone who bought an on-line deal was there. With a reservation, we were seating 15 minutes after didn't get a drink or any service for 40 minutes. When to get the meat and took me 35 minutes to do that. Problem was only two servers and one cook and place was full. Got our accompaniment (asked for mashed & got french fries) after we were there for well over an hour. Only saving grace was that the food was really good. Koodos to the cook. I am willing to try it again."

  • "Great food! The salad bar had something for everyone, full of wonderful choices. The meat was outstanding. I particularly enjoyed the beef and sausage. I was surprised at the quality of the food. For dessert I chose tiramisu ...it was yum! The staff was friendly and efficient, clearing plates when necessary but not hovering. I will definitely return."

  • "Salad bar was well stocked, and the food was fresh. I didn't appreciate having to wait in the long line for the meats, while my dining companion was waiting at our table. I think the meats should be served to you at the table, like the "other" popular rohdizio (sp) restaurant! The wait staff was very accomodating."

  • "I love the location, the decor, ambiance, food quality and service were great, to try a new restaurant in such a busy night as Valentines it's insane, for them to be able to povide high quality In such a busy night it was great. I give a 4 star on the service not because of my experience but for the overall, I saw all the staff "Running" to keep up with the tables."

  • "If you're looking to feast on ridiculous amounts of meat, then this is your place. The beef is not as high quality as Texas de Brazil and is a few notches below The Knife, which wasn't the best, butit is edible. The ambiance, reminiscent of a cafeteria, would benefit from dimming the lights and adding more Argentine decor--I'd like to feel like I'm at the estancia if I'm eating at an Argentinian restaurant. Also, recommend changing the music from pop to something more folkloric. As far as service, the staff is friendly and attentive. The location is great and the restaurant could be as popular as the Siga la Vaca in BA after some changes."

  • "Great price for all you can eat. Includes appetizers, salad bar (don't think Brazilian salad bars) meats, side plates of starches, dessert, and wine or beer."

  • "Place has a nice decor, house wine from Bodega Lopez is barely decent, the meat could be much better, too much fat, and just few options, on the salad bar is hard to serve the dishes on the back side, they should either put only one tray or move it to be able to reach both sides. If you have been to the one in Buenos Aires (Puerto Madero) you can tell the experience is not the same. Went on a Saturday night and was full of kids, they were all going from table to table, can't blame the restaurant for that, but expect screaming kids all over with your dinner..."
