We had one shared appetizer, 4 main courses, a bottle of wine, one mixed drink, 4 by-the-glass wine orders, one dessert and two coffees. The ambience and food are always good. It's nice for groups of up to 6-9. The bar is not huge but comfortable. They usually have specials. The involintini demelanzane is wonderful. I love that they have cheese boards. I would not really recommend this for children but teens ok. The service is always excellent. My wife said the lobster ravioli (special) was one of the best she's had. My steak was cooked as ordered, and tasty. The head of roasted garlic was a nice touch. We went early, 5pm. were not rushed and left at about 6:45pm. Seats were comfortable, and tables were not on top of each other. The menu has adequate variety and our experience is that the plates are well executed. The olive/salumi/cheese selection is good with good quality, and the wine list is well put together. Our experience with the wait staff was excellent, which is a reason to go back all on its own. The noise level can be a bit high, but this is a place for families/adults and not a pizzaria. Siena is a solid choice for bistro-italian-tuscan in a good (if a little loud) environment at good prices. I chose the place for my graduation dinner and we were not disappointed with the food or service. The waiter, who was actually an old friend of mine, was very attentive and we never had to wait for anything. He was also not intrusive either, great implementation of the "silent service" technique which I enjoy because the atmosphere there does encourage conversation with whoever you're dining with. Food was excellent (I had the sea bass, and split a gorgonzola and cold-cut app) and the wine we had was great. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants a special night out whether it be a special occasion, a date, whatever. Every dish was perfect and that's saying a lot from my party. My wife and her mother work in the food and beverage industry, my mother is actually considered a super taster and I've cooked on local and national television multiple times and have eaten in very good restaurants all over the country. The food is very good. My husband recently took me there for a romantic dinner (no kids!), and we loved it. The filet special was amazing, as was the Pollo Milanese. We also tried the truffle fries and risotto - both delicious. Loved their selection of Pinot Noir - Definitely recommend going! A little pricey would be my only complaint.
