  • "the food was great, but I felt our waiter was not as attentive as others that night. also, I saw another waiter going over specials and very informative about the menu where our waiter never offered any information and this was our first time at your restaurant but he didn't know that because he never asked. also your wine list is very extensive, but it would be nice to have some less expensive wine offerings for those of us who enjoy the sweet wine just for the taste."

  • "On a Sunday for lunch, I took my 14 year old son. The manager or maybe the owner?? was very nice and personable. The waitress's service was wonderful and she was personable too. My son had the spicy shrimp pasta. He was served a large portion and downed the whole the thing. I chose a flat bread pizza and it was delicious. Food did not take long at all. I highly recommend Siba for a Sunday lunch after church or instead of church. Haha. My husband and I have visited Siba with other couples on a Friday or a Saturday night and had a great time. Live entertainment, etc. Outdoor seating in the late Spring and Summer is so nice."

  • "I have been to Siba Cucina several times now and it has yet to disappoint. The chicken marsala is a favorite. Plus, the ambience of the establishment inspires romance, while the liveliness keeps the restaurant fun and inviting....not stuffy. Plus, I love the live music in the bar area on Saturdays. Siba Cucina also accommodates larger groups for family and friend gatherings."

  • "My wife and I go out every Saturday night for dinner/ fine dining and Siba has cracked our top five. The wine list and interesting mixed drinks make nice conversation. The timely server brings each course that you order at just the right time. The food that we had was excellent. I had the Filet mignon and my wife had the Scallops. Both meals were cooked perfectly and arranged with the sides to maximize eye appeal. The portions were sizeable and the price reasonable. The atmosphere was excellent as well, We were seated at a table for two of our choosing near the wonderful circular stone fireplace that sits in the middle of the room. The dim lighting and candles added to the romantic atmosphere. A great time."

  • "We have been to Siba several times and have always had a great experience. We went here for an early dinner the day after Valentine's as we didn't want to deal with the crowds on the actual holiday itself. Our hostess and waitress were both helpful and energetic, which is always nice to see. We used the dinner menu, but because we were still in early before the official dinner time started, they only charged us lunch prices which was a very nice surprise. We both got the chicken parm, with the meatball appetizer - everything tasted great and was cooked perfectly. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!!"

  • "This restaurant was much better than I had expected. The service was outstanding! I really enjoyed the atmosphere it was everything I had hoped for. The food was absolutely delicious!!! The only thing that I would change is the bread that you give out for dinner. I was only there once and it was on Valentine's Day. I just think that they could do better on the dinner rolls. Even if you would serve them warm. Other than that everything was fantastic!"

Food is always good however depending on the night you pick the service can be slow at times. There was a limited menu for Valentines day, but they typically have a larger menu with plenty of options."

There wines are very good and top off a great meal. If your on the Turnpike heading East or West passing I-79 it's only a few minutes off plan to have a wonderful meal enroute to your destination"

  • "Got a recommendation from a CBRE rep that this place was well managed and that the food was good, he was right. We had the Rontini appetizer , excellent. Each had different salads which where fresh and tasty. Wife had the scallops, excellent and I had a very tasty NY Strip. Excellent service and we really dug the atmosphere. We will be returning. Saturday night, 7:30 reservation."

  • "My husband and I decided to try this out during Pittsburgh's Food Week. The food was absolutely delicious and the atmosphere was beautifully unique. However, our server seemed to need a bit more training. It took over 10 minutes to receive our drinks from the bar and another 25 minutes to receive the water we had asked for three times. He was not busy, with only two tables and a third that sat down just prior to our departure yet it took another 15 minutes for our check to arrive and 10 minutes for him to return with it. We will definitely give this another try as the food was fantastic, but hopefully next time we will have better service."

  • "Being Restaurant week, and expecting restaurants to showcase their cooking, we were a little let down with the meals at Siba. The biggest disappointment was the sweet potato gnocchi served with the beef short ribs. They were very chewy and no one at the table thought they were very good. Those that ordered the fish selection, thought their meal was good but nothing special. On the plus side the service was very good."

Three entrees ordered - al fresco pasta, grilled salmon with kumquat glaze, and chicken marsala - - -all excellent! Restaurant traffic was light, and staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Waitress was extremely pleasant, helpful, and efficient. She and the kitchen performed well, allowing us to have beautifully presented and hot food delivered for our pleasure. We look forward to our return, even though we live 10 miles away......."

  • "This is our second visit. We were there last January and loved it. However, this time wasn't nearly as good. The service was very slow and our server was inattentive. My salad order was wrong but he never came back to check on it so it couldn't be corrected. Although our appetizer was very good, the main course was not. My swordfish was cold and dry and the veggies were ice cold. My husband's steak was cooked property but have no seasoning. The restaurant itself was chilly."

  • "Two of us had the steak salad which is one of my favorite dishes at Siba! One person had the grilled pork chop which was perfectly seasoned and tender. Another had a spicy pasta with shrimp....very tasty. Service was great! Very nice dining experience."

  • "We did an early dinner (3pm) - and made reservations to play it safe. We got in probably right after the lunch crowd emptied out as it was pretty quiet. We were immediately seated and greeted by our waitress. Medium sized menu with lots of different choices - we've been here several times before and everything we've ordered is outstanding. Ordered our food and it was out to us within 10 minutes or so. Fast, courteous, and great food as usual."

  • "We eat at Siba often and had our kids' communion dinner there for 40+ people at a Sunday brunch. Being there at least 2 Christmas Eve's before I can't say it was due to the holiday that we received poor service. It was not as croweded as a typical weekend evening. Our service was extremely slow. We were there 45 minutes before receiving our food. Tables seated after us recieved their food long before us - we did not have appetizers or anything that should have taken long. One dinner we substituted shrimp for chicken on alfredo. It came with the chicken. The waiter did not bring the shrimp. When done the watier took our food and it took 10 minutes for him to return with it boxed -Hot glass given for beer -Loud ipad at next table"

  • "We had reservations for Christmas Eve for four people. They sat us in the bar area which really wasn't a problem. We had a very nice server who also served as a bartender. There was a second bartender on duty as well. Our server was very nice but the other one was very rude. I was thankful we didn't have her as a server. Service wasn't the greatest because they were running between the bar and tables. Food was OK. Nothing great."

  • "Was our first time at there, went for dinner - service was little slow but waiter was nice However, it was so cold in there we really couldn't enjoy the experience - we complained several times but were told they couldn't do anything - the food was warm when it came out but halfway through the meal it was too cold to eat anymore! Very disappointing experience overall"
