The selections available on the buffet were plentiful, and there was an made to order omelet station. Making the reservations on line was simple and all instructions were followed. The service was very professional. We've had our server before and the service as always was excellent. They even followed up on the phone to ask if everything was good. Nice! The food was excellent as always. Steaks cooked perfectly. The Onion Soup was a little less "rich" than usual. Not sure why, but it was still good. We'll be back. Also, don't forget to signup for membership in their "club." My husband and I have what we call "fine dining Saturdays" where we try out a different restaurant every week. We aren't allowed to go back to the same restaurant twice unless it's a special occasion. I picked Shula's to go back to for my birthday. Steaks are cooked exactly how they are supposed to be cooked and are incredible. Looking forward to more special occasions so that I can choose Shula's again! We have been to most of the famous steakhouses here ... Ruth's Chris, Fleming's, Charley's, Salt Rock, Bern's, Malio's, The Palm, etc. Shula's is top on the list. The standard salad was a little lacking or maybe it was the vinegarette. Everyone at our table had different cuts of beef and the consensus was the porterhouse was the winner although the filet was a close second. After missing our connection in Tampa and being required to stay overnight, it was very welcome to have been greeted by the manager on duty that day and the server and offered whatever we wished to have for dinner. We wanted a quiet yet ambient atmosphere with food choices, and we found them there.
