Diner Reviews
  • "The 347 was exactly as expected. Great food in a casual, but classic atmosphere. The service was properly balanced; attentive without being intrusive. What else could you want?"

  • "Fun staff - did everything expected and more! Great food and adult beverages!"

  • "Wonderful food combinations. Could go without the burgers- no one needs a burger at this place! A larger entrée selection would be great."

  • "Always a great variety of food. Menu changes weekly. Great service."

  • "Thank you for the great food and service! We even got a free dessert since we were celebrating a birthday!!"

  • "Food was excellent. Great presentation and very tasty. My waiter seemed to forget me. I sat for a while after I was finished with my meal. He could have stopped by."

  • "The food selection and price is very good. The service is very attentive and accomadating, our waiter satisfied most of our questions and even went to speak to the chef, when he didn't know the answer. The food was wonderful and so was the entire experience."

  • "The restaurant was OK but not worth the return trip. The food and service were fine--quite fast, in fact. I would imagine that this place has a bad location--this type of food and service--good food (not great) and quick service might be better near a sports venue and not in a hotel. It is not worth the trip though I have no specific concerns."

  • "Cowboy steak was way too firm with too much gristle. We got it pittsburgh style, but still lacked flavor. When time for desert, they said they were out of coffee because they didn't want to make a fresh put and it wasn't even late. Not right after we ordered for bottles of blah wine which was way over priced for the flavor."

  • "$14 glass of wine was 1/4 of a tiny glass. Chef refused any alterations or additions to Ahi Tuna entree. Requested wasbi/soy with entree that was never brought to the table."

  • "We had a wonderful dinner at Shula's. The steaks were perfect and the vegetables delicious. Our waiter, Josh, was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive but not hovering. We enjoyed talking to him. We mentioned coming back to try the "happy hour" the next night and he made several suggestions. We did return on Monday night, tried the martinis that Josh suggested and they were wonderful!! So we spent 2 evenings @ Shula's and thoroughly loved both."

  • "The service was very Outstanding!!!! It was my wife's birthday and they made her feel so special... The Rock's will be back again."

  • "Long story short, the buffet was not worthy of $13.95 in it's current state just prior to breaking it down, the breakfast menu was weak, we were told we could not order anything form the Brunch menu 40 minutes prior to Brunch because nothing was ready, Burgers were not an option either...so we had lukewarm buffet items. Not feeling the love Shula's...no post-reservation call per usual either to check on the experience. Shula's 347 is usually far better than this."

  • "I met two long time friends here for lunch last week. One was a vegetarian so there was limited fare for her, but she enjoyed her batter fried asparagus and sweet potato fries. The second ordered a burger, but had to take half home it was so large. I ordered the salad with salmon and though it was delicious and cooked to perfection, it was a very small portion. The service and desire to please gave this restaurant extra points."

  • "Cosmos - grey goose delicious; Chocolate Martini, my girl loved it; tempura asparagus, perfect; cowboy steak medium, perfect; crab cakes, tasty, meaty, slightly different than the old bay usual; mashed - great; grilled asparagus, limp/overcooked; no bread service, maybe an oversight and we never asked for it; Anthony good upbeat service. Got us a sauteed (barely-nice!) spinach add-on, not on the menu. Carrot cake to split, average flavor, refrigerated, stiff. WILL RETURN. $127 inc tax $21 tip (18% on pre tax amount)... Manager called to thank the next day, left pleasant message."

  • "ravioli stuffed with wild mushroom was good, a little expensive for 8 ravioli's and a little bit of spinach-the white sauce was also very good - but I would have added just a little more sauce Creme Brulee gets a gold star Shula Burger could have been better"

  • "Disappointed in the sodas. Must be the water in that area. Just tasted funny. Calamari was excellent. Burgers were okay. Lava cake was okay.. not as warm and mushy as I expected."

  • "The food was very tasty and the prices were very reasonable. My wife's steak sandwich was amaizing and my Fish & Chips were very good. The restaurant had a very modern decor and was neat and clean. The servicer was prompt and very accommodating. Overal all we had a good experience."

  • "the bar service was excellent and the steaks were awesome. Nice casual atmosphere. Wine list was good but not as good as Flemings or Capital Grille or other fine steak houses. Ive been to Shulas Miami and the Dolphin at Disney and they are all wonderful places to eat. I love the casual atmosphere of 347"

  • "I was especially surprised at the quality and quantity of my Arugala salad then seared salmon with double steam vegetables dish. Currently on a low carb low sugar awareness diet I had asparagus as my second vegetable with a side order of sautéed mush rooms. The salad was moist and fresh and absolutely dish...besides huge! The salmon was also moist and done to a medium pan seared perfection. Our waiter was very good and the food came our very quickly. In about an hours time a beautiful meal was brought out to myself and my two friends...and it was Christmas Day. Schulas 347 Grille was a wonderful Christmas Dinner surprise and I will be back!"

  • "My partner and I ate lunch at Shula's 347 Grill on Christmas Day. We ate inside since the day was somewhat windy. The atmosphere is great! Josh who served us was exceptionally pleasant and helpful! I had the Pan seared Shrimp and my partner had the Salmon and both were delicious! Thank you for a great Christmas meal and experience!"

  • "Found Shula's to be open on Christmas. The staff was pleasant, even on a holiday, and the food excellent. We will go back there if in the neighborhood. Xmas"

  • "In a word: Spectacular. Our group of seven had requested a "quiet area" in the back of the restaurant or in a corner (anything but the middle, please). We were pleasantly surprised when we were ushered into a small, private dining room, near the entrance. Perfect! The food was excellent and Shula's was able to accommodate a variety of dietary restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.) with ease. We had an assortment of delicious appetizers (off the menu - try the flatbread!) and the entrees (mostly seafood) were just as good. Most importantly, our server - Kaitlin - was superb; professional, attentive without being overbearing and charming. We were lucky to have someone like her and she really made our Christmas dinner special!"

  • "First visit in 2012 and had a perfect rib-eye I ever tasted. Next time early 2013 tried again and was disappointed in the steak. They offered me another chance with a free rib-eye. OK but not like the first one. This time I tried again and again I got the perfect rib-eye. The only think left on my plate was the bone which I took home for my dog to enjoy. My date had the fillet on all occasions and always satisfied with her meat. Can't promise you will get the perfect rib-eye but the odds are on your side and it is worth the chance. If your not willing to take a chance, go with the fillet and you won't be disappointed."

  • "Food wasn't that good. Mushy watery risotto. Chewy ahi tuna. Wine way over priced. The service was perfect. Brittney was our server. The restaurant was clean and beautiful. Food just wasn't that good for the amount that us charged."

  • "I ordered chicken milanese which was a breaded chicken breast (too much breading) with a salad on top. I understood that there would be chicken and a salad, but did not know the salad with balsamic vinegar would be placed on top of the chicken. It was very odd. In addition to too much breading, the chicken needed a sause, either red or white, and an appropriate side. My dining partner had salmon which was so-so and the "smashed" potatoes did not seem freshly prepared. An offer was made to replace my entree, however, I dislike eating an entree alone after my dining partner is finished. The manager did offer complimentary dessert which was a delicious slice of carrot cake. Another option will be chosen next time."

  • "Our server was new and a bit forgetful, but it was an overall lovely experience. Four girls at brunch enjoyed the outdoor couch after a filling brunch. For some reason, we all got burgers. They were each yummy in their own right."

  • "They have the best brunch around! The chipotle rubbed chicken and pumpkin waffles are to die for, the granola pancakes are wonderful, and the steak and eggs are just delicious! Combined with the Blood Mary bar and let's not forget the Mimosa bar each at a $3.47 value! It is a must do BRUNCH!!!"

  • "We had a party of 5 for their Sunday Brunch. The service was great. The kitchen was slow. Food was okay. It was just an average experience. We had a good time, but we would not rush back. Funny thing was they called me on Monday to see how we liked our experience and she asked me to give it a 5 star and I said I could not."
