  • "We were greeted by Larry initially and Anthony was our server. The service was friendly and excellent as was our dinner."

  • " A gem. Food is simply fantastic; prepared perfectly; presented in timely yet casual manner. Our steaks were perfectly cooked to our specs. The sides/salads were delicious; not overcooked/ overlooked as at some restaurants. I would like some more affordable options on wine list- perhaps a good House Red?; this is a minor issue at best. Our waitress "Nikki" was an absolute delight. A total professional; personable, warm and friendly; informative as to menu offerings. She possesses a gift common only to the best servers; to be helpful yet not intrusive. This was not my first visit and because of their consistent quality it will not be my last. Simply the best; most consistently outstanding dining experience over ten years living in Florida."

  • "The food is solid and a great value for a great dinner. The service is wonderful. They even follow up your dining experience with a phone call to ensure you enjoyed your dinner. The only item of concern is that the valet is never available and doesn't know that if there is a woman in the car, they should open her door first. The delivery of the valet ticket can wait; proper valet service would make the evening more enjoyble."

  • "We dined at Shula's to celebrate our 29th wedding anniversary and found it to be a perfect fit for our celebration. The waiter (Tim) was awesome. He explained the menu very well and made some personal recommendations that met what we were looking for."

  • "We love Shulas and usually have a great experience but we ordered something to go after our meal that wasn't prepared the way we asked. It was anything hard. We ordered flat bread Without Goat Cheese because my wife is allergic and I guess we should have checked it before we left because after we got home we were going to have it as a snack but unfortunately it was loaded with goat cheese. Not what I would expect from Shulas!"

  • "Met a friend for dinner because she was staying at the Westin, but also because the food is always good. Although their entrees are fine, we all had a craving for their wonderful burgers, and all were well worth breaking our diets. The calamari fries are amazing, and the spinach-artichoke dip was full of chunks of artichoke."

  • "We had a great time at happy hour and sitting on the patio. We moved inside to our table for dinner and the dining room is not really a dining room. It feels more like a room off of the hotel. Just not a good separation. No defining piece where the restaurant transitions into a cozy and unique dining space. The server was good, but it was hard for them to keep pace with our table of 8. The food was just ok as my Caesar salad had gobs of dressing throughout and was too sticky to eat. The crab cakes were lump crab meat and good, but they were served luke warm. I bet they would have tasted better if they were actually hot. I got 4 stalks of asparagus with my meal and it just felt like they were skimping...."

  • "Went there for their Mother's Day lunch this past Sunday. Great service & attention to detail. Excellent appetizer and entree choices. The cold salad and dessert buffets had delicious choices and were well maintained. Overall great experience. "

  • "Loves the lamb chops but I didn't appreciate being seated on the kids side just because I have an eleven year old daughter. She is more behaved than most adults. Definitely will request to be seated on the opposite side on the next visit. "

  • "We celebrated Mother's Day at this restaurant. The staff greeted us in a friendly and courteous manner and we were seated immediately. The food was extraordinarily good and the service (Josh) was outstanding. This was our first visit and won't be our last."

  • "My family attended Shula's for a Mother's Day brunch and were very pleased with the food and service. Great selection of food - we all had something different and everyone was raving about their choice. Not to mention the exceptional bloody mary and mimosa bar offered for Sunday brunch. We brought my 7 yo daughter and had no problem obtaining a children's menu. We will be back for sure!"

  • "We visited Shula's 347 Grill to celebrate my husband's birthday! I'd heard great things about the restaurant but had never been. I made the reservation online and noted it was our to be our first time and also that we'd be celebrating my husband's birthday. From the time we checked in with the hostess we were treated wonderfully. Our waiter greeted us by name and said happy birthday to my husband. Within 5 minutes of placing our order the manager came to our table to also send his birthday wishes. The food was wonderful and the complimentary birthday dessert was a hit! We will be going back. "

  • "This was our first visit to Shula's 347 Grill and it was a wonderful experience. We celebrated our 33rd wedding anniversary and from the moment we sat down we felt pampered. The music was contemporary jazz and went perfect with the darker ambiance. Our server was helpful with the menu and made several recommendations. She also asked us if it was a special occasion and we informed her about our anniversary, she brought us flutes of free sparkling wine. We both had the filet mignon and thought that they were the best that we ever had (flavorful without adding additional topping or steak sauce). Our dinner was completed with a free chocolate chip dessert with blueberries and raspberries and then drizzled with chocolate and raspberry sauce."

  • "The food selection and price is very good. The service is very attentive and accomadating, our waiter satisfied most of our questions and even went to speak to the chef, when he didn't know the answer. The food was wonderful and so was the entire experience."

  • "The restaurant was OK but not worth the return trip. The food and service were fine--quite fast, in fact. I would imagine that this place has a bad location--this type of food and service--good food (not great) and quick service might be better near a sports venue and not in a hotel. It is not worth the trip though I have no specific concerns."

  • "Cowboy steak was way too firm with too much gristle. We got it pittsburgh style, but still lacked flavor. When time for desert, they said they were out of coffee because they didn't want to make a fresh put and it wasn't even late. Not right after we ordered for bottles of blah wine which was way over priced for the flavor."

  • "$14 glass of wine was 1/4 of a tiny glass. Chef refused any alterations or additions to Ahi Tuna entree. Requested wasbi/soy with entree that was never brought to the table."

  • "We had a wonderful dinner at Shula's. The steaks were perfect and the vegetables delicious. Our waiter, Josh, was excellent - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive but not hovering. We enjoyed talking to him. We mentioned coming back to try the "happy hour" the next night and he made several suggestions. We did return on Monday night, tried the martinis that Josh suggested and they were wonderful!! So we spent 2 evenings @ Shula's and thoroughly loved both."

  • "The service was very Outstanding!!!! It was my wife's birthday and they made her feel so special... The Rock's will be back again."

  • "Long story short, the buffet was not worthy of $13.95 in it's current state just prior to breaking it down, the breakfast menu was weak, we were told we could not order anything form the Brunch menu 40 minutes prior to Brunch because nothing was ready, Burgers were not an option either...so we had lukewarm buffet items. Not feeling the love Shula's...no post-reservation call per usual either to check on the experience. Shula's 347 is usually far better than this."

  • "I met two long time friends here for lunch last week. One was a vegetarian so there was limited fare for her, but she enjoyed her batter fried asparagus and sweet potato fries. The second ordered a burger, but had to take half home it was so large. I ordered the salad with salmon and though it was delicious and cooked to perfection, it was a very small portion. The service and desire to please gave this restaurant extra points."

  • "Cosmos - grey goose delicious; Chocolate Martini, my girl loved it; tempura asparagus, perfect; cowboy steak medium, perfect; crab cakes, tasty, meaty, slightly different than the old bay usual; mashed - great; grilled asparagus, limp/overcooked; no bread service, maybe an oversight and we never asked for it; Anthony good upbeat service. Got us a sauteed (barely-nice!) spinach add-on, not on the menu. Carrot cake to split, average flavor, refrigerated, stiff. WILL RETURN. $127 inc tax $21 tip (18% on pre tax amount)... Manager called to thank the next day, left pleasant message."

  • "ravioli stuffed with wild mushroom was good, a little expensive for 8 ravioli's and a little bit of spinach-the white sauce was also very good - but I would have added just a little more sauce Creme Brulee gets a gold star Shula Burger could have been better"
