  • "Have been to this restaurant on several occasions and always love the unusual twists their menu has. My favorite dish is the surf and turf, which is a couple of perfectly cooked, large scallops and two pieces of mouthwatering boneless short ribs surrounding a nice little puddle of creamy risotto with a dollop of pesto! Too good. I also had the homemade tomato soup with a small dot of gorgonzola cheese, just perfect! Service is efficient. The only comment I could make that would make this more perfect is it is a little noisy because there is nothing to buffer sound. The overall experience is really a good time."

  • "Went earlier on Sunday evening for happy hour and dinner. Off season at the beach and we were only the second party there. Very friendly. Started with PEI Mussels in chorizo/tomato sauce and seared scallops with argula salad. Both were excellent. Main courses were Shrimp and grits in the chorizo/tomator sauce and charred octopus. Highly recommended. We left behind a cap and sunglasses and the waiter came after us as we walked down the street to return them. Probably a bit more hectic during the summer but a wonderful time in October at the beach"

  • "Warmly greeted upon entering. The bar was lively with locals and tourists.Offered table in front but too noisey. Fabulous Food - flavors, presentation, freshness, creativity! Unique martinis - spicey. Eric, our waiter, was prompt, friendly (w/o chiming in), good recommendations, attentive. All four diners loved their meals: NY strip, shrimp on grits, several appetizer selections. High noise level in the front of restaurant, which had lots of ambiance, couldn't hear the person next to you, forced us, with other diners, to sit in back, which lacked any atmosphere, painted walls akin to being in a hall. Not a "kid place" place. Please don't try to make it one. Loved the restaurant. Will go back. ."

  • "Good food but the service was so rushed it felt like we were being forced out. Restaurant was not busy, plenty of open tables but no sooner had we all taken our 2nd to last bite of our appetizer was our main entree delvered. Even before we finished our entree the waiter was trying to get our dessert order. Not liking the service, we skipped dessert and got the check. 20 seconds for it to get to the table and less than 1 minute for him to swipe the card. Until they great customers like they've paid $25+ per entree, avoid this place."

  • "We had an early dinner reservation but were still a bit worried walking into an empty restaurant. Our fears were quickly put to rest. The service was very attentive and the food was fantastic. By the time we were leaving there were 5-6 parties there. Since it's off the main strip and doesn't have the cheap/kid friendly vibe of Mariachi down the block, I think this restuaruant doesn't get the attention it deserves. The out door seating area was also very comfortable."
