  • Where's the beef?

Went there with a big group of people and after waiting for at least 15 minutes, we had to hunt down a waiter to ask him to take our drink orders. The food was pre-ordered for a set price and was prepared family style. Only about two thirds of the guests were able to eat the BBQ short ribs since we ran out and apparently, they were grilling more in the kitchen. They were able to refill all the other foods (non meat), however, never did refill the BBQ beef (bulgogi) nor the BBQ short ribs (galbi). We spoke with the owner and she explained that they had substituted another seafood dish in lieu of the beef and also mentioned that they were extremely busy with other orders. We were extremely disappointed with the excuses and poor service.

We went there for lunch and everything tasted great. However, they are out of Galbi, at lunch time, which is quite unusual.

We sat a bbq table, where you cook your own food. It was a bit confusing. They lit the bbq and walked away. We weren't sure which foods we should be cooking other than the raw meat. We rang the service button twice but got no service. We ate until we were full and had lots left over, but we had to go up to the register to check out. They were swamped and maybe that was because it was Valentines day. It was a great experience, but maybe next time we would not sit a bbq table.

Very clean, beautiful restaurant. Korean music playing in background. Service expects you to relax and S-L-O-W-L-Y enjoy your meal, so you need to inform them if you have to leave in an hour or less. I ordered Nengmyun Combo w/Bulgogi in a group of 5 for lunch. 3 mini appetisers/person came before meal (15 total). HUGE amounts of food all WONDERFULLY prepared and seasoned. Strongly recommend the Dolsot Bibim-bap and the Beef Bulgogi! None of our party was Korean and most were 1st timers. Thoroughly enjoyed and will return!

WThe staff here BUSTS their humps moving around getting all the amazing food ready for the tables. We ordered the BBQ Feast for three (even though there were two of us - remember how hungry I was)? Ummmm...I can eat like a horse and I was very hungry - with all that, do NOT order for three if you are only two! The upside, I just ate some leftovers - yummy! Anyway, all the sides, meats, salads, etc. started to quickly pour onto our table. Just when we thought we were getting toward the end, the two largest bacon strips ever created were brought to the table. The classic moment was at the end - we were ready to roll home when they brought "dessert." A large bowl of cold noodles in a some type of broth.
