The Shenandoah Kitchen at The Victorian Inn is featuring Regional American Cuisine, and is solely committed to using ingredients of the Shenandoah Valley, in addition to seafood and beverages.

Executive Chef-Owner Marcus Olson, a native of a small town north of Seattle, Washington, graduated from Le Cordon Bleu- Western Culinary Institute, in Portland, Oregon.

Chef Olson started in restaurants as a dishwasher in high school.Honing his skills at the Le Meridien in London, and Paris. Chef Olson learned his craft at The Bull Run Restaurant and Conference Center on Wall Street in New York City, and at The Brass Elephant Restaurant and Caterers in Baltimore.
