We had the grilled tuna and blackened salmon, and both were wonderful - my date and I ended up switching plates halfway through so we could each get enough of each other's dish! I definitely recommend getting your fish blackened here, because it's full of flavor but not too spicy.
As for desserts . . . get the creme brulee or the sampler. Hands down the best creme brulee I've had - delicious, creamy and light. The sampler has portions of their creme brulee, bread pudding, cheesecake, and a pastry puff with ice cream.

We have never made use of any of these in Hotels. But alas, we had made an exception and gave this a try. Results were spectacular - both in food, service and view atop the ninth floor of the Moody Gardens Hotel.
