Rose pedals scattered on our table, along with a card of congratulations from management, started out the evening. Our waitress, Donell, was a treasure. Attentive and personable, she made her job seem effortless. The food was delicious, the ambience perfect and the huge piece of chocolate cake, an anniversary gift from management, topped off the evening. Both my husband and I are rather hard of hearing, but the noise level was such that we had no difficulty conversing.
We shall return!

I had flowers delivered to the resturant in advance of our arrival and they were well cared for and setup on our table when we were seated. It's a great place for a special occasion. The service is excellent. You pay a pretty penny but I think you get what you pay for. Filet mignon is to die for. However, after only finishing half, somehow it didn't make it into our to-go bag. I called the next day though and they righted the oversight immediately by sending is a gift card. The wine list is huge and the wine conoseur is always professional and excellent to provide our tastes. The restaurants staff is very professional and friendly.
On a Side note: forgot my Maui Jim sun glasses and my guess is the people that sat after us kept them. Hope they have the ethic and moral to return them to the restaurant. Please do-the staff is professional. That said, all kinds of people come here for drinks. We arrived a few minutes early for a beverage. The bar staff was outstanding. They recommended a very nice wine for my girlfriend & an outstanding Gin from Scotland for my Martini. They shared the bottle so I could write down the Distiller.
Dinner was very well prepared & presented. We often share a salad & that proved no difficulty for our waiter, "Nick". He was attentive & listened to our requests. The filet was very good & prepared as requested. The potato was good, not great. The asparagus was not up to par.

It was not what we expected in flavor or consistency (risotto). When management got involved ( we didn't complain, an astute waitstaff overheard us discussing the dish) they offered replacement dishes and when we declined they took the entree's off the bill. BUT, the highlight was the service. Server RYAN was outstanding. A real gem. Pleasant, attentive without hovering, and knowledgeable about menu items for making suggestions. We will be back again, perhaps for the concert series. We dined in one of the enclosed rooms, which we really like because it helps with the noise level.

We dined early but even as the place filled up, noise level was relatively low. Three of us shared the mussels appetizer and the chopped salad and both were delicious. The seeded crust bread in the bread basket was addictive. We ordered from the short list of entrees which included a side with the meat. 6oz filet with potato croquet was perfectly done. If you don't mind ordering chicken at a steakhouse, the roasted half chicken was excellent and came in a cast iron casserole dish with a very generous serving of herbed potatoes, asparagus, and artichoke hearts.
