"Pizza was burned around edges and underneath and wasn't particularly good. Waitress had NO knowledge of anything we asked her about from menu items to wine list. Service was poor--had to go to the bar to finally get a drink way after food served. Birthday mention got no special offering, just "happy birthday." Other than an opportunity to patio dine on a beautiful day on my special day, my impression of the restaurant is a far cry from the former Sfuzzi. In those days I was a fan of the chicken lasagne but didn't see it the reinvented version. Disappointing."

"If you are looking for a place to have dinner on a patio on a nice Sunday afternoon, avoid Sfuzzi! Unless you are part of the "in" Mckinney Avenue young hot crowd. Very loud and obnoxious crowd. Service and food were horrible. We will not return"

"We always visit Sfuzzi when we are in Dallas...this time, we made a request that we get a table on the patio, near a TV so we could watch the NCAA basketball games. When we arrived, the hostess quickly found our reservation, and advised us that our table was being cleared. We went to the bar and ordered a drink while we were waiting - in spite of a full outdoor bar, the bartender was very attentive and got our drinks right away. We sat at a perfect table, and we were treated to some of the best pizza and salad around! We are never disappointed, but I was especially pleased this time that our special request was taken care of!"

"this was an off night. the server must have been new (had not seen her in past visits and would not order what we order every monday night), and the music had been turned-up a bit earlier than usual (usually the music gets above conversation level after 8pm, this night it was that way by our 7:15 reservation)."

"So fun! We had dinner at 8 on a Saturday night - make reservations! - and everything was delicious. The food, a rather large pizza, came out quickly, and our tomato bruschetta was tasty and prompt. While some of the main dishes seem pricy, splitting the largest pizza size between three girls was an awesome deal and we were all stuffed at the end of it. The atmosphere was also very lively, but not overwhelming, as we could still carry on a conversation."

"I was very unhappy with the hostess that was working on the night of 02/25/12. I made a reservation for 2 for 9 p.m. on 02/25/12. The hostess took me to be table and everything was fine up unitl she comes back to our table at 10:20 p.m. telling me that there was a 10:30p.m. reservation for our table and that they had bottle service. I felt that it was very rude of her. When we got up to move I noticed that there were other tables available that she could have sat that reservation. We had just finished eating but what if we still wanted to order more food or drinks or whatever. I felt like what what money we spent was was not good enough.I am a retail manager and I would never treat my customers any different depending on how much they spend"
