"We wanted to visit because of the Beard nomination, and it completely lived up to expectations! The creativity of the menu was staggering, and I cannot recommend it enough. We split the wahoo seviche as a starter, and it was a revelation; we will certainly return when we visit Louisville again."

"We had a wonderful experience with Seviche. My wife and I needed a special date night with no kiddos around and Seviche was perfect! Our waiter, Aaron, was excellent. His recommendations were spot on and his service was impeccable. The food presentation was lovely and the actual food was even better! This is a top class restaurant and a special treat for any occasion."

"We were celebrating a special occasion. Service was excellent: that said, we were in and out of there on a Friday night in a little over an hour. They were very quick to want to clear our table; and the restaurant was not even crowded. Food was very good though portions were small. Expensive."

"Calamari and the guacamole appetizers were delicious. I have had the skirt steak and beef tacos and both were very good. This most recent visit, I chose three seviche taster portion entrees (3/$25, 5/$41): hawaiian wahoo, bigeye tuna, and another tuna off of their Wednesday special menu. Loved the sashimi-like tiradito. Only downside would be for the heartier appetites, I would recommend a 5-piece seviche order for $41."

"I have been there several times, and this is the first time I have been disappointed. The churrasco steak was just plain tough and grainy, the mashed potatoes were cold, and the kitchen substituted a bok choy grill vegetable rather than the menu asparagus, without telling me. My spouse asked for the sea bass, but got substituted a good but not the same salmon. The waiter brought salads and appetizer at the same time, followed by bread? and attention was sketchy throughout. IN addition, we asked to sit outside, and were unnecessarily seated right beside the street (there were many open tables) where we were subjected to three different panhandlers. Not a great experience."
