A word from Seven Miami
Seven is a place somewhere else; it is a passage to your very own sinful delight.
Hidden away in an urban oasis, behind discrete walls you arrive to a little paradise, a garden where time stands still. Past antique wooden doors, enter a surreal pergola which shall remind you of a place from which you will never want to leave, a place where sophistication and the arts meet, Design District.
Surprisingly, like all hidden gems, there is more than meets the eye. Under the shade and the beauty of tall pines and bamboo trees. A long bar, sofas and sounds of laughter, set the stage for the sexy vibe of a night without boundaries.
In Seven we dare to ask which is your favourite sin? Know that with us you can indulge in your favourite one. Just like Epicurus we believe that “pleasure” is the greatest good to ever seek. Although not all sins are created equal, in this Garden of Eden you can delight yours senses. Drink, eat, chill and party

Diner Reviews
  • "The food was excellent. The only issue we had, it was that there was a large group there celebrating their World Cup win. The noise was extreme. We couldn't hold a conversation. The manager recognized that we were uncorfortable with the noise, he gave us a discount on our bill so that we would go again."

  • "Love the outdoor setting. The cuban band they have on Fri. and Sat. is fantastic. Service was good had their Pisco Sour and it was excellent."

  • "Great appetizers but very limited main courses options. Service was erratic. Wrong type of water, took too long. Forgot one appetizer. Had to send back one appetizer. Servers need more training."

  • "We had a great time. It was just my girlfriend and I but I would recommend going with a larger group of people. The menu was smaller but everything we ordered tasted great! I wouldn't go here just to dine; it's more of a hot spot and place to get a drink and app than a full dinner... almost like food was an after thought and not the focus. Needless to say, we still had a great time!"

  • "It would be a perfect place but the music is so loud that it becomes impossible to have normal a conversation. That is the reason I will never go to this restaurant again. When I eat I like to talk and share with the people I am with."

  • "This restaurant has so many good things going for it. The food was great, they had a live band playing, the ambiance was great but the service was terrible. It took at least 15 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us, another 20 minutes to get just an order of waters, and I did not receive my glass of wine until after I had ordered my salad which was another 20 minutes. Because of the service we received here I will never go back nor recommend it to anyone. Which is a shame because this restaurant seem to have so much potential."

  • "We decided to check out Seven for Miami Spice this weekend! Amazing place! It is the old Grass Lounge in the Design District! Cool outdoor spot with great lighting, a lot of seating, and live music! The tuna tartare was great. A bit small, but it was nice as a starter. We also added an order of the dates wrapped in bacon! So good! The bacon wrapped filet with asparagus was cooked to perfection and quite tasty! The Granny Smith bread pudding, delicious! I will definitely be heading back to Seven again for dinner and or drinks! Great ambiance!"

  • "WHY WASTE AN EVENING AT "7". VALET PARKING NORMALLY CHARGES $5 CHARGES $10 IF YOU DINE AT "7". "7" DOES NOT HIRE THEM. HOSTESS ONLY RESPONSE: "THEY ARE CROOKS". VERY LOUD, GOOD IF YOU ARE FIGHTING WITH YOUR DATE, IMPOSSIBLE TO HAVE A CONVERSATION, MUCH LESS A FIGHT. THE WAITRESSES ARE CLUELESS ON WHAT'S ON THE MENU. AT THE BAR I ASKED FOR A GLASS OF "ALBARIÑO", COCKTAIL WAITRESS SAID "DONT HAVE IT", ONLY WHAT ON THE MENU". I POINTED THE "ALBARIÑO" ON THE MENU AND SHE GAVE ME A DUMB LOOK. SAME WITH TABLE WAITRESS, FINALLY THE ALBARIÑO CAME. FOOD WAS OK, BUT 1/3 OF THE WEBSITE MENU OPTIONS (THE GOOD ONES) ARE NOT THERE. NO OCTOPUS, NO BURRATA, NO BLACK COD. TOTALLY DECEIVING. TO TOP IT: MANAGER AND STAFF ALWAYS AT ODDS ... VERY NOTICEABLE"

  • "Went for Miami Spice, and found the food to be excellent. The black grouper was particularly well prepared. We went on date night, so found the loud music to be overwhelming. If they would start softer at 7 pm when most are having dinner they would be better off, and go ahead and crank it by 11."

  • "Place is nice. Food was good but very small portions, They charge 20% por tip "for your convenience". We had a situation with one of our plates that was handled by both the manager and waiter in a very inmature way. If they change both owner and chef I may go back."

  • "...and less good for the 40's (and up). Club music at 8PM was a little much and didn't allow for conversation and was head splitting. House cocktails were ok, but a little watered down. The pisco sour was great though - really yummy. Scene was nice and improved over time. Bar area couches are spaced so far apart it's impossible to have a conversation if you're in a group. Easy parking - always a plus. I'll recommend Seven to my younger, hipper friends!"

  • "The new attempt in the former Grass location is not a restaurant or a lounge. It's something in between. But unlike most, the service, food & drinks were great. The portions are tapas style & served to be shared. I had Angus Sliders, Bacon Wrapped Dates & a seared Scallop Risotto. The scallop was top quality, like slicing butter. The sliders were a meal by themselves. My guests had the Black Cod, Shrimp Roca & Roasted Veggies. All were 5 star dishes. Notably, Chef Nick came to our table to welcome us, tell us about the concept & dishes. He also sent us goat cheese croquettes as an 'On the house" starter. The grand opening is still a few weeks away but this is sure to be the next IT place in Miami's Design District."
