Chef/owner Sergio Abramof's repertoire includes nearly 30 years as an expert chef and restaurant owner. A native of Brazil, he moved to the US at the age of 10 and eventually settled in Cleveland. Saravá evokes the rhythm, sophistication, and energy of Brazilian street life. The term Saravá captures the essence of Sergio's warm hospitality and the multi-cultural flavors of Brazil. Saravá is located in the heart of the vibrant Shaker Square area, and offers multiple dining and lounge options to guests. An extensive 24-seat bar adjoins an intimate dining area. There is a cozy fireplace lounge, with additional booth seating, & a private dining room. The restaurant features a Brazilian & cross-cultural menu, extensive raw bar, & an array of pizzas & small bites. Perfect for a late night stop! Hours of Operation: We open for dinner at 5 PM seven days a week. We serve until 10 PM, Monday-Thursday. The kitchen closes at 11 PM on Friday and Saturday, and the bar is open until 12. We serve until 9 PM on Sunday. HAPPY HOUR 3 FOR $18! Available throughout the restaurant! Order any 2 STREET PLATES™ and one Brazilian specialty drink, wine, or beer 5:00 – 6:30 pm DAILY and after 9:30 pm on Friday and Saturday! Private Party Facilities: Sergio's Saravá offers The RIO ROOM, The RED ROOM, or our covered veranda for private functions. Each of these areas can accommodate from 12 to 40 guests for seated events, or approximately 100 guests for cocktail receptions. The entire restaurant seats over 200 guests. The patio seats 120 guests. Our beautiful covered veranda overlooks historic Shaker Square. All function areas may be booked for dinner or luncheon events. Please call us to book one of our private rooms.
