  • "I absolutely loved the food but the seating arrangement's there on the patio was so bad. I am traveling to Las Vegas with a small three year old child and was sat in the patio area at a table setting in the hot Vegas Sun with no patio covering. I asked if they would fix it so the baby could enjoying his and not have to burn up in the hot sun the waiter told me no. So that should sum it up for you, I gave her a 5 Dollar tip for being so mean to us out of towers."

  • "Of course the Frozen Hot Chocolate was SO GOOD but the food was SO bad. I expected better from such a big name. My burger was burnt on the outside so he got me a new one but it was so bland. The Avocado was NOT ripe enough at all! I could have gone anywhere for crappy food but the worse part is paying $18 a plate for it. Please go somewhere more tasty people :]"

  • "The food is pricey, but SOOOO worth it!! The outdoor patio area is amazing during nice weather. By all means, skip the big chef restaurants in town and go to Serendipity 3!"

  • "First, our food was awesome and service was great! We had a fabulous time celebrating a colleagues birthday!!! However, we made a reservation for 8 people. I had a VERY hard time contacting the restaurant (via 3 phone numbers and 2 email addresses I was able to find online) to change our reservation to 12 people. Once I finally spoke to a person named "Margerie" (sp?) she was cold and rude on the phone saying that if they reserve a table for 12 people, we need to guartentee $30 was spent per person because "we can't have people sitting around sipping ice water and taking up that large of a space." I was very put off by this, but it was too late to change our venue. No customer shoulld be treated this way. It was very condescending. :("

  • "I eat here every time I am in Las Vegas and the food never disappoints. Large portions - quality food. Not the cheapest place but it's worth it. Try the frozen hot chocolate."

  • "We are locals and made reservations for our family of 6 to celebrate my sons birthday. I had a previous poor experience at this restaurant, but thought we would give it a second try, as it was my sons request. We went in with an open mind and it was a disaster from the second we walked up and found out they put us outside in the cold. Not even an option to sit inside… We asked for a space heater 4 times and were blown off every time. We told the waiter it was my sons birthday and that was blown off as well. The food was cold and took more than 40 minutes to be delivered to our table. We had to ask for drinks to be refreshed. You can find better food at a ballpark. Local or visiting... Don't Bother! The desert is way overpriced too!"

  • "We love the loud, vibrant ambiance of Serendipity 3. Their food is great but their desserts are amazing!! Love sitting outside and getting a view of the strip."

  • "This is an overpriced fast food restaurant but is slow at serving its mediocre food. There was absolutely nothing special about this restaurant. When people go to Vegas they expect experiences that are different than where they came from. The food choices lacks imagination and is served without flair. Might as well been in Des Moines which has better food on a stick. It was so noisy that aspirin should be on the menu. The ambience was cutesy but without theme. The staff all seemed to work hard and truly interested in good service but lacked in organization and seemed to not work as a team. Management seemed to lack skills to properly manage restaraunt rush time periods. I do not recommend this restaurant.."

  • "Understandably they were under construction. But all around disappointment. Waitress was putting in lip gloss at hostess stand. Food was fair at best. Even sundaes, which is one of the reasons to go were just ok. Have had better food at cafés in Vegas. Save your money... Fair food, no character, poor service. Again, just a 100% disappointment!!"

  • "We were given the idea on line this restaurantwas quite large inside. We didn't need reservations which was a big joke. Food was terrible, fries were cold, received my salad after my dinner was delivered. Ourmeal for 2 was $65.....what a waste of money. We would have been better off eating in hotel coffee shop."

  • "I really have nothing nice to say about this restaurant. I ordered a flat bread pizza I couldn't even eat. Too many other places yo est in Vegas"

  • "It took us FOREVER to get our food at this restaurant. As an adult I have the patience to sit and wait for a good meal but when there are children at the table and it takes forever to get served your food it becomes not okay. When we received our food part of it was cold. My thoughts are if it's going to take forever to get your food it better be amazing, or at least warm! However, the frozen hot chocolate was just as amazing as I'd heard! I would go back for the dessert part but not likely for the rest of the food."

  • "1st we had to wait 20 mins for our waiter to take our drink order, then 10 mins for him to bring our drinks, take our dessert order. We waited another 30 minutes and mind you it's not busy, there is about 15 tables being served and 5 waiters. My friend made a comment "I can't believe we've been here an hour waiting for dessert!!" Finally dessert comes and it was fair, nothing to write home about. But the worst part was trying to get our bill and pay for it. Our waiter decided to bus tables instead of taking care of us. I walked up to the hostess and asked him if we can buy our bill, finally another waiter takes the bill and gives it to our waiter. Another 10 minutes our waiter comes with our credit card slip, guess what bud,no tip for you!!"

  • "previously been to the Serendipity in New York after finding out they had one in Vegas I had to book a table due to my previous experience It was for my partners 40th birthday and we was joined by his 11 year old son who is a very fussy eater I would recommend this to another one who is looking for a relaxed evening meal that everyone can enjoy We certainly don't have a restaurant in England that serves puddings like it (maybe the next serendipity could be in London) Only one area of improvement and that is around the online booking On the website it said the only table available was for 10:30 pm I had emailed and asked if this could be earlier and had no response. When arrived there was loads of room our table was ready from 9:30pm onwards"

  • "Our group of ten enjoyed our dinner here on a beautiful Sunday evening. After the long winter in the Midwest, sitting outside on the Vegas strip and enjoying the food and atmosphere were a wonderful feeling. The only disappointment was that Serendipity's no longer has the chicken pot pie on its menu. Several us came here for that meal and missed having the wonderful potpie. The restaurant should consider putting it back on the menu."

  • "Went to Serendipity 3 for dinner after our long flight from home. The food was disappointing, it wasn't cheap and the whole place looked tired. I noticed this restaurant many years ago and had wanted to try it. We should have gone to the Cheesecake Factory instead. This is a far cry from the one in New York, which was nicely decorated and the food was good. Go somewhere else, there are tons of places to eat in Vegas."

  • "Visiting Vegas for vacation and wanted to try a Groupon deal this place was offering. location was a little hard to find because its within a maze of outdoor stores. After locating the restaurant, they offer indoor and outdoor seating, decided on inside seating because the offered large comfortable looking round booths along the restaurants outer walls. The food had very little to none on seasoning, no salt/pepper on ANY of the tables. The waiter doesn't write down your order; try's to remember it but that only works "IF" he remembers it, food came wrong and he came back twice to verify it. Seems like they should just try to be a upscale ice cream parlor because the desserts are the only strong leg it offers."

  • "Unfortunately, the Las Vegas location does not have the charm of the NYC location - the frozen hot chocolate is the same, but the experience is not."

  • "Outside Appearance doesn't match inside appearance. I was expecting the inside of restaurant to be a little more classier. Tables are too close to each other. Need more big windows. There is really no flowing decor theme. Waitresses need to wear thematic uniforms. Food is awesome. I don't mind price but restaurant ambience falls short."

  • "I have been to the Serendipity in NYC, and the staff at the NYC location was much nicer, and you could tell they generally cared about your overall happiness and experience then the staff at the Vegas location. The food was very greasy. Even the Frozen hot Chocolate was spilling over the side in excess, and the whip cream was all over the side of the glass and pouring onto the plate. The staff at the Vegas location spoke to you like you were a number not a person."

  • "Serendipity 3 was well worth the one year wait. The service was exceptional, the food was amazing (be SURE to get the Las Vegas strip sandwich), and the dessert---all were items that made my friend, who is not normally a foodie, take pictures like one. I'm going to Serendipity 3 every year."

  • "The Ambiente inside was like a fast food restaurant. No flair like in NYC or Miami. The salad from my husband was good, mine was awful. Desert was good as ever. Outside were constructions, no sight of the strip."

  • "The food here was almost was awesome as the service. Our waiter was super helpful and attentive considering we had a larger dinner party. He was really on the spot with just about anything we could think of and didn't hover too much at the same time. Somehow we ended up with a free sampling of the tasty sweet potato fries. The burgers my guy and I had were delicious and *huge*. The kids shared a huge bowl of really cheesy Mac n' Cheese that they kept going back to for seconds. Unfortunately, everyone was too full to try out dessert but the dishes we saw served all around us looked amazing... and again - huge."

  • "We have visited this restaurant multiple times. As usual their breakfasts were very good, however, they are currently undergoing construction for an expansion. Tight seating and a dining room open to the environment with poor climate control. Go for the food, but wait a few months (from March 2014) until they have finished rebuilding,"

  • "First off, don't expect any sort of rhyme or reason to how this is being run. I was not greeted at the stand outside, went inside to ask about our reservation and found the two ladies at the front chatting away... They were discussing one who gave notice... Really? After being seated outside, we met Oliver...and we couldn't have been happier with him. Very sweet and helpful, he did his best with us and the other 6 tables he got all within a few minutes. He truly was great.... And so was the food. We had the peanut butter frozen hot chocolate... Really delicious! We also partook in the grilled cheese and the BBQ hamburger. Both were huge and delicious."

  • "This is a great birthday celebration place for a teenager. Its a glorified ice cream parlor (on steroids). The sundae with deep fried oreos was excellent!"
    Dined on 3/11/2014
  • "The menu here is a little different than the usual breakfast and lunch fare yet not too offbeat. Portion size is pleasantly surprisingly oversized ad the meal presentation was delightful. As I looked around the restaurant many guests were taking photos of their meals as souvenirs and to later share with their friends. Serendipity 3 is not only a fun place with great tasting food, it is an experience."

  • "I ordered this dish last year, and it was the best crab cake I've ever had. The restaurant must have lost its chef because I ordered it again recently, and it was tasteless and dry. Sorry, I won't be coming back with a friend any time soon."

  • "Looked forward to our meal at Serendipity 3 for weeks. We arrived at the restaurant to find it under renovation and extremely noisy in the restaurant - also no shop. We waited over twenty minutes for our server to come to the table, when he got there he was horrible. We saw the other servers engaging with their guests, but ours never behaved like that. We ordered a burger with added bacon, which we were charged for, but unfortunately was missing from the burger. By the time the waiter made it back to the table so we could tell him, we had finished eating. The Alfredo pasta was soggy and marginal at best. Frozen hot chocolate was good, but not enough to make up for the rest of the experience and just ok food. Skip for better on strip."

  • "My sister and I shared the spaghetti which was not terrible but I wouldn't order it again. The portions were big enough to share, the price was decent and the scenery was fun! I will travel anywhere for a good place for desert and this place was definitely worth it! The portions are so big you can share with four people or more, of course I was only willing to share with one other person do to selfish reasons. We had the fried Oreos and ice-cream and it was delightful!!! The only thing I would complain about is it was small, kinda loud because we were right next to kitchen and the place was under construction while we were there."

  • "When coming to Las Vegas, this place was on my list of must-eats. I should have known when the place was just about empty that it wasn't going to live up to expectations. The food was bland and overpriced, and the frozen hot chocolate was just so-so."

  • "When I made the reservation, I thought this place was going to be nicer. I've seen out on the food network and I was exited to come experience it. Although I loved the food, it took a long time to order. It was very poor slow service. More bothersome than anything was that the restaurant inside and out was very dirty. We sat outside and were lucky enough to have a heat lamp which was nice but those white tables are really stained with dirt, oil, food, I don't know what. But I didn't want to rest my arms on the table much less eat off of it. I'm in no way a clean freak or anything like that, but this Restaurant needs a clean up. The ambiance wasn't there. I thought it would be such a fun novelty place to go. But it didn't feel like that."

  • "The service here is always amazing. I came all the way up from Los Angeles to take my partner out to dinner for his birthday and we decided we wanted to eat at Serendipity. With traffic, we were going to be late and the staff were easy to accommodate a later reservation for us. I was not too thrilled about the Dinosaur Ribs no longer being served. That was part of the whole reason we wanted to go there. Instead I got 5 little piddly pieces of ribs. I was hungry an hour later. That part was disappointing. But my partner liked his food anyway. Other than that, it was a great experience. Wonderful staff."

  • "I feel this location doesn't have the same kitschy vibe as the New York location. The place seemed dirty and the staff wasn't friendly. If it wasn't for the mint frozen hot chocolate, I wouldn't go back."
