A word from Serendipity 3 - Caesars Palace Las Vegas
Serendipity 3 is a renowned celebrity favorite thanks to its famous original New York City location, whimsical desserts and frequent appearances in film. Begin with its famous Frrrozen Hot Chocolate drink that blends 20 different kinds of chocolate into an icy cocoa concoction. Indulge in unique takes on classic dishes like the colossal dinosaur-sized BBQ Ribs, Monster Meatballs and Spaghetti and hundreds of other items.

Make sure to save room for dessert. The mountainous apple cobbler, indulgent deep fried Oreo sundae or crème de la cream cheese cake are top sellers. You can also get imaginative and create your own, choosing from an array of toppings. If celebrating a big casino win, we dare you to splurge on the Golden Opulence Sundae. The Guinness World Record dessert is covered in 23 karat edible gold leaf and the most exclusive chocolate in the world.

This is a neat, unique restaurant, but not one item was worth the price. This restaurant is not fine dining, so to pay six bucks for four onion rings seemed off to me.

I came to Vegas to celebrate my 50th birthday. I had a fabulous birthday lunch with girlfriends. The best part of eating at Serendipity is to ooo and ahhh at the desserts that other diners order. We had so much fun dessert watching while we were there - but, enjoyed our food and fellowship just as much. It was a great way to end a week of celebration.

With our Open Table reservation we were seated immediately. (Wait at the time was half an hour) Our meal was no Michelin Star 20 course dinner. Instead, serving size portion is huge and all meals are filling and tasty. It's much better than say, Denny's or IHOP and I rank them higher than the other breakfast spots on the strip. Ambiance was a very upbeat; it's a fun place to sit down and eat after a hangover. Service was good. They came by took our order. Wait time for food to arrive was about 20 minutes; which is pretty fast considering it's all freshly prepared and the plates are huge. We had to ask to have our water glasses refilled every time. Other than that, servers were cheerful/great attitude, knowledgable about the food and menu and accommodating. Pricing is just right for this kind of environment and meal.

After walking from Bellagio to the Venetian (and heading back), this was the perfect place to stop, rest and revive. Two of us had hamburgers, one had a steak sandwich and one had an alfredo pasta dish. Everyone reported that their food was delicious (except for the sweet potato fries and the onion rings - both cooked too slowly and were not crispy but rather gummy). The burgers were seasoned and cooked beautifully, the steak was perfection (except you must be prepared for the immense size of it!) and the alfredo dish was excellent. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Wish we'd had room for the desserts!

I enjoyed the frozen hot chocolate drinks better than the ones in NYC. we had the mint and the traditional frozen hc. the mint was better and a better consistency. the whipped cream topping taste better in vegas. the whipped cream on the drink in nyc tastes waxy and fake. this loaction also has a take out in back which is nice. we did sit down and eat 2 adults 1 child. great place to take a kid in las vegas. the kids food was even better tasting. the chicken fingers were actually pretty yummy and im not a chicken finger person. my salmon was very dry and overcooked. my husband got filet mignon but it wasnt very good either. but we did get the "surf" and the shripmp were good. the drinks were good although the traditional was much runnier and not as icy and thick as the mint version ordered at the same time. still overall great and will go back, just will order more casual food.

The food was great; the dessert, awesome; the staff, superb!!! The waiter was ahead of the game and knew when to ask if we needed more service while leaving us alone to eat. The waiter asked if we wanted anything else, and my 3 year old son said he would like a turtle. After an approval nod from my wife, the waiter walked my son to the hostess counter to pick out a stuffed turtle toy. My son loved it!!! I can't speak higher of the staff. The food was a lot for the price and GOOD!!! The Sunday was delicious!!! We had to share it, it was so large. I highly recommend this place!!!

Service was bad. We had reservations but still waited 15 minutes. The place was not busy at all with empty tables and staff just standing around. Our waiter took our order and never checked on us. I had to flagged down other waiter to get my bill and he told me ok but never got us the bill.. Another 15 minutes of waiting, finally saw my waiter, and got the bill.. Food was terrible.. I got pizza and wings.. Pizza was salty and wings were cold. Do not go here. It's a tourist trap!

We made a reservation for dessert after a show at the Caesar's Palace but the restaurant was not very busy so we would have been fine without it, I can see where a reservation would be needed for a meal or even dessert when its a busier time of the year. The sundae we shared was HUGE and delicious but the frozen hot chocolate was the highlight of the evening.

We went to serendipity to try the frozen hot chocolate. It was delicious AFTER we waited almost 30minutes to get them (3 of us in group). And that's after waiting 15 min for water and to be approached by a server after being seated. She messed up our order and never came to the table. The food is way overpriced ($5 for a soda is ridiculous) but is good nonetheless. Go for dessert only, they don't seem to care that they overcharge for food. $12 for the frozen hot chocolate plus $1 for toppings was alright. DESSERT ONLY. Eat somewhere beter on the strip.

I think they should change the name of the restaurant. I've been to the one in New York City and this was nothing like it. I went in with expectations that it would be similar. The dessert was the most disappointing of the mail. It just tasted I see with no flavor. But my hamburger was really good.

Place is good, average to slightly above average. Convenient if you're seeing a nearby show. It's amazing that these places who charge so much for a burger can't seem to make one as good as Five Guys. Sundae was fine, nothing special - no passion.

My wife and I have dined here almost a dozen times. First time back in over a year and was surprised to see a new layout, menu and improved service. The food has always been very good but ht service used to be spotty at best. This time everything was on point and was extremely happy for that. We love this restaurant just stay away a lot of the time because the service brought down the experience. But with what we experienced this time we will surely be back sooner rather than later.

My husband and I choose this restaurant b/c we wanted something simple after a long day of conferences. We sat for 10 minutes until I asked someone who our waiter was. He finally came over to our table to take our order. I ordered a dirty martini and a beer for my husband as well as chicken nachos. My martini was barely dirty and tasted watered down. Our nachos were made with Velveeta type liquid cheese and canned beans. They were awful. My husband complained to the manager, he then sent over a frozen hot chocolate that was ho-hum. If you're in Vegas and looking for a quick bite to eat that's easy, go somewhere that the food is real and not processed. Very disappointed.

I made reservations at, "Serendipity 3", upon recommendation of web site from, "Caesars Palace". I arrived early and was seated immediately with my party of three. Many selections to choose from and all were good and generous portions. Two of us ordered dessert. I ordered coconut cake and my sister ordered the cheese cake. I could not believe the size of our servings. It looked like a fourth of a cake size serving for each of us. The coconut cake had seven layers and was delicious! The cheese cake was also amazing in size and taste. My other sister didn't order dessert but did order a, "fork". Thank goodness we had saved room for dessert! I have recommended this place to my friends & family. I will re-visit again!!
