  • Bad service, never got to sit down

The hostess was really unprofessional, they didn't have our reservation so she said we had to wait half an hour for a table. Waited and the hostess disappeared to the back where we saw her messing around and seemed like she was on break. We decided not stay and went to another place nearby with a shorter wait, nicer atmosphere, and awesome food. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone

They did not recognize the open table reservation and said they had no record of our reservation. When we asked to speak with the manager, he said that he had never heard of open table. Although we had to wait, they did genuinely feel bad about the mix up and had us seated as quickly as possible. The restaurant as a whole was nice, food was decent and generously portioned.

We had an absolute horrible experience at Serafino's. There were 7 of us. To start off with the restaurant ran out of bread which served complimentary, so our server offended us garlic bread with an additional charge. The entree had no flavor whatsoever. No one in our group finished there food. And our server was too occupied with the bar tender to find out how the food was. On enthe check arrived we had to wait so long to pick up our credit card that we got tired of waiting and left cash on the table. I would never go ba k to this place againand will never recommend it to anyone.

It could be a really nice, neighborhood Italian go-to place. But....it needs a little tweaking. I was in the mood for brick oven pizza, and the photo on e website looked great, so we tried it. The pizza was just ok. Crust wasn't really thin or crisp. It just wasn't that good. They do have a very large menu and a micro-brew bar. Our server was very nice. It would be a good place to take the kids.

Three of us went to dinner for the first time. The food and service was fine, no complaints but nothing special either. The restaurant feels like it is trying to be too many different things. There were several tables with large numbers of children, probably sports teams, eating pizza and being very loud, large TV with sports on and a decor that suggested something a bit more romantic. All in all, the food was fine and the service was solid but the restaurant seemed to be confused as to what it wants to be which hurt the overall experience.
