"Pizza was thin and crispy just like we all like it. didn't "feel" fattening cause the crust was so thin! Service was perfect for lunch before theatre, no rush, out on time.
Salads were delicious and we all can't wait to go back."

"This was my second visit to the fabulous gem of a restaurant. I can say the 2nd visit was just as outstanding as the first visit. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese and was very thrilled with it. Bolognese can be a difficult dish but the flavor of Serafina's is excellent. For dessert I ordered the Chocolate Souffle with Nutella. Awesome beyond belief, I could have just had that for a meal it was so good."

"I tend to head to this particular Serafina before Broadway shows, and they absolutely have speedy dining down- but aside from that it completely pales in comparison to the other locations- especially the classic at 61st street."

"I chose Serafina because it was convenient and we were just in town for a show. The food was as expected and fine. Even though they weren't busy at all the waitress completely forgot my beverages though she got everyone else's and missed 1/2 of my daughter's meal. It felt like we were inconveniencing her, guess she expected a quieter Sunday. And we didn't ask for anything special, everything right as is on the menu....oh well... We'll go somewhere else next time. The pasta was predictable and the salad was fresh. My pancakes and my husband's steak frites were good, though we had to ask for syrup and ketchup....again, just a waitress who didn't really care."

"A VERY GOOD PLACE TO HAVE A PRE THEATRE DINNER. THE PASTAS WERE GOOD AND SO WAS THE PIZZA. THE STEAK WAS JUST OKAY;, HOWEVER, THE FISH WAS BETTER. OVERALL A VERY COMFORTABLE, RELAXING PLACE TO EAT PRIOR TO A SHOW. A GOOD PLACE TO DINE WITH YOUR CHILDREN."

"We had pre-opera reservations, thus, had limited time at the restaurant and I had wanted to treat my mother to a nice, quiet meal. We were immediately seated in the bar area which was loud with pedestrian traffic and children running about - the ambience was terrible. I immediately requested to be moved to the back area, indicating that I had made a reservation on open table specifically to move to the back, and the hostess questioned this. We were eventually offered a new table (only after I mentioned that I would be reflecting the service in the review) but by that point, we were already seated and did not have time to move. I was very unhappy with the experience - as a New York resident of over 10+ years, I do not recommend Serafina"

"Food was mediocre and over prized. We order calamari appetizer and didnt finish it. Lobster raviloli was good but nothing to write home about. A fish special that was only half eaten. We ordered Tiramisu for dessert and it came to the table half melted, needless to say that wasn't finished either. With all of the overpriced restaurants in Times Square, i'm sure there is one that has better food."
