Food was really just eh. Server spilled water on me but it was just purely an accident. She apologized profusely and gave me a complimentary glass of prosecco. But the food is just not that great. My spinach salad was drenched with the dressing. My bf's French toast was nothing amazing either. Service was fine, food you can skip.

Food: Not so great. I ordered their sea bass special that came with arugula, tomatoes and avocado slices and I found a sticker on one of my tomato slices! Seriously? To top it off, the food wasn't all that tasty. I've tried my other friends' entrees as well (salmon and penne) and everything were non-par. Which makes me wonder what the big fuss is about. Perhaps it's in their pizza which we didn't try. Either way, I'm not going back to Serafina and I don't recommend it either. There's a lot of places I'd rather spend my money on.

Extremely dissapointed with everything! Starting from the pushy bad waiter, to the appetizer coming after our entree to the dessert menu that was never brought until we asked a bus boy. Sad to say that we will probably never be back and that is unfortunate.

We walked in as a party of three. Walked past three empty tables to the back where there was a party of thirty going on louder than a wrestling match. We asked to move and the maitre d told us he was putting us in a "private room" which was a table for 2 with a third chair. In the meantime, people without reservations were already sitting in the other seats. We finally just sat at one of the empty tables and refused to get up. After that, everything was fine. They do a good job with a high volume of customers. They should pay attention to the opentable customers' requests and everything would be fine.
