Helpful and informative sommelier, friendly waiters.
The Tuna Steak Au Poivre was excellent.
Be prepared to pay 80 to 120 USD per person, but leave Sensi satisfied.

Food and service were excellent. The kitchen kicks up the asian/western fusion thing a notch and everyone in our group raved about the food. The fish tasted like they just hauled it in fresh off the boat. The staff was efficient and professional. The desert sampler was a sight to behold and a wonderful cap to a fine meal.

I come to Sensi everytime I go to Vegas and it never disappoints (this is my 5th time here). Great service and food - the flavors of even the simplist dishes are just fabulous. My only note of disappointment was they got rid of the bacon fried rice and now have a chinese sausage rice. Doesn't compare - it's not even close. Other than that.. it's just wonderful.

Sensi stands out among a great collection of restaurant options in Las Vegas. It offers a wonderful menu of Asian, Indian, Italian dishes that demonstrates a skilled hand of the chef to provide selections that truly complement one another as diners select from these cuisines for appetizers and entrees. The presentations are beautiful so all diners benefit from the visual display as well. Desserts are also creative and amazing!

The "Roll Call" sampler of sushi rolls was very good, but I sent back my lamb, then ordered the Original Noodles, which turned out to be bland, inseparable (perhaps overcooked?) and nothing special. The Prawn Risotto was equally bland before we added the sauce that came with the nan bread, which made it great. The Pinot Noir was reasonably priced. Great service, but not a $250 dinner. The Vegas bar is much higher.
The first table offered, in the main dining room, would have required us to sit opposed, which we don't enjoy, so we requested a table where we could sit adjacent. They walked us over to the other side of the glassed-in kitchens (very cool, BTW) to tables around its perimeter. Much quieter by a huge factor.
