The food was ok but nothing special. What we disliked most was the ambience at the place and the clientele. Clientele was very mixed, mostly older. This is hardly a hip place to hang out. You rather get the impression that they try to be but do not succeed. Dont think we will be back. I would not recommend the place for a special occasion for sure.

I've been to the Seito Sushi in Baldwin Park. This location doesn't even come close to the ambiance or service of the Baldwin Park location. I have nothing bad to say about this place but there's no need to be rushing out to try it. It's an Average Sushi Restaurant and that's it.

I would love to see some of the old menu items back; like the Tuna Martini and Lava Roll. Also, a Bento box offering at dinner would be awesome. Lastly, the Happy Hour menu isn't as great as in the past. I still LOVE SEITO SUSHI!

We were visiting Disney World and wanted to get some sushi at a decent restaurant outside of the parks. Seito is so large that despite us missing our reservation time by an hour (just couldn't get out of the parks on time!) they easily and graciously sat us in a large comfortable booth for our party of 5. I was a bit concerned when I saw all of the chain restaurants around Seito. No worries! Service was very good and the food was all top notch. All the apps were delicious and the sushi rolls were both interesting and well made. I did not take advantage of it, but Seito also had a nice wine list, which you don't always see at Japanese restaurants. I would definitely go back and heartily recommend Seito for great sushi

Raw fish was not the freshest in my option, and I eat a lot of sushi at high end restaurants. Service was very poor this day. I ate at the sushi bar and the server had to walk by many times, but was not very observant in refilling drinks. I actually had indigestion after the meal. If you go, eat cooked fish, not raw like I did.

The two sushi rolls we tried were bland in flavor. Typically w/ good sushi you can taste the various flavors w/in the roll. But not in this case. We had a shrimp tempura and a spicy tuna. I have had better sushi in the Midwest... miles away from the ocean.

We went to Seito on a Saturday night this time. Not sure if they were too busy (though not a full house) but everything was just a little off. The service is normally excellent yet our waiter forgot many basics and requests (the cucumber water, a fork, an order) on this visit. The food was also okay but normally it is very good. We'll be back, just not on a Saturday night.

Seito is a great spot for sushi and ramen. Went on Monday night, walked in at 6 but by 8 the place was filled with patrons. Great service by Niccole, and great food. Try the ramen special and get there early for $2 off sushi rolls - had the Corona roll that was really good! Nice beer and sake selection as well! Highly recommended.

We were visiting Orlando, and decided to visit Seito Sushi. Our appetizers were delicious, but the sushi was decent, nothing spectacular. We arrived a half hour before they closed, restaurant still had people. Waitress forgot to order one of our rolls, and she couldn't add it cause they closed the grill. She felt bad, and was very apologetic. We decided to order dessert, but because they closed the fryer, we couldn't do that either. Was disappointed in some of the service, but overall it was decent restaurant, nothing more.

Excellent sushi with a good selection of saki and beer. Our server was great in helping us through the menu and sampling the local ales. Their selection of rolls includes some novel selections and everything was worth having again and again. On our next trip we want to check out the non-sushi offering -- the dishes at other tables looked great. Compares favorably to our favorite restaurant in California. I highly recommend.

This was my first visit to Seito. I had read good reviews, for the most part. Lunch for me was nothing fancy, just a salmon roll and a bowl of tempura udon. I can't say they were the best I ever had, but they were good nonetheless. I would return.

This restaurant has a very modern and chic atmosphere. The service was competent and attentive, the food was good, the drinks were excellent! While I have no complaints about the food, the fact that the drinks were better than the food certainly does speak volumes. I had one signature maki sushi roll and one rainbow roll, very fresh yellowtail and a escolar sashimi, and beef gyoza dumplings. All was very tasty, but again, nothing over-the-top or extraordinarily impressive. The sushi menu was rather limiting. All of the fresh fish was available to allow for a variety of different and unique roles. However, most of the roles were based on tempura and tuna. I was hoping for something a little more creative.

We were in Orlando for 3 nights, and this was our favorite meal of the trip. The decor was modern and attractive. We ordered steamed gyoza appetizers, which were sooo good that we were arguing over who got the last one. Our sushi was delicious, especially the soft shell crab roll. Our 8 year old ordered the adult portion of chicken teriyaki, and finished all of it! A real find in Orlando.

This strip center find is really good sushi and seems to be very popular based on the crowd waiting to get in. We made a reservation and had to wait about 20 minutes for our table. Not a big deal. The choices for rolls were interesting and delicious. Everything tasted very FRESH. The servings were pretty generous and while not cheap, it wasn't too bad pricewise.

Best sushi we've found in Orlando though still not quite as good as sushi from the northeast. We learned they have a limited Korean menu (and one of the owners is Korean so we have high hopes) which we're going to try next time. It is almost impossible to find a good Korean restaurant in central FL.

Took the wife out for sushi, and had to pick a place to have good sushi. Well I would say we were very happy with the service , and the food. Our waiter was very prompt and we were seated as soon as we got there. Of course we had reservations. About the only down fall was that it was very noisy. If your looking for for a place where you can have a quiet dinner , this is not the place. And if you order the dynamite be ready to ask for it to not be over sauced, along with the spicy tuna. Over all we had a good dinner
