I have been in Atlanta for 12 years and have dined all over the city for both business and pleasure. The meal I had was the finest of any restaurant to date. Well done. It is great to have a gem like Seed in East Cobb.

We went to Seed for a birthday dinner and noted that on the reservations - Keath, our waiter, came to our table and introduced himself and wished the birthday girl a great night. Keath was extraordinary throughout the night, attentive but not intrusive. There were 4 of us for dinner and we each had something different and amazing. Chicken Schnitzel, Pork Chop, Filet, and the Duck Confit were our entrees and we had the Cornbread and Shrimp Sambal for apps. Each bite was better then the last. Everyone just melted over each bite of food. The deserts were unbelievable you just wished you could eat like this every night. This place is hands down my new Atlanta favorite - I will be coming back, and I suggest you come and try this place too.

Outstanding service; major emphasis on locally sourced foods, most items gluten free. I had the fish special (Pollock) served with the roasted cauliflower & Brussels Sprouts- fish cooked perfectly. The missus had the chicken schnitzel with miso-mustard sauce- served very hot, the arugula greens wilted after sitting on top of the schnitzel, maybe would have been better served on the side. Chocolate Cookie in a cast iron skillet was tremendous! Great wine & beer list.

We love this place! Finally, an incredible restaurant has landed in East Cobb. We eat here 2-3 times per month between Seed and adjoning wine bar, Stem. We are never disappointed and always enjoy the food and the friendly atmosphere. Every member of the staff is welcoming and they make us feel at home. The menu has something for everyone as well as ever changing specials offered by the chef. We've dined in some of the best restaurants in and around Atlanta and Seed tops them all!

Great service, well decorated and comfortable but we spent 90 dollars on a very basic dinner, and it wasn't that good to boot. My hanger steak was chewy, and not very well prepared. The only good thing food wise was the soup, but a very small portion for the 7.00 price tag. Great place to sit and enjoy some drinks, not a good place to eat. My 2nd and last time eating there.

We went to Seed for my husband's 35th birthday. The menus were specially printed with a birthday wish for him. The service was fantastic the atmosphere was great, the food was amazing. We had the calamari appetizer, my husband orderd the pork chop and I had the hanger steak. Everything was cooked perfectly with just the right side items for each dish. Being farm to table, everything was in season and very fresh tasting. We had the tres leches cake for dessert which was delicious and came with happy birthday written in chocolate and a candle. Everyone knew we were there for an occasion and the manager came over and wished my husband a happy birthday as well. One of the best dining experiences we've had in metro Atlanta.

This was only our 2nd visit to Seed Kitchen & Bar, but we will definitely be returning. To begin with, our party of 4 was seated at the Chef's Table. Taylor, who was outstanding, was our server for the evening. He made great food and wine suggestions and we were not disappointed. Two of us had swordfish, one of his suggestions, and it was absolutely delicious, quite possibly the best preparation of swordfish that I have ever had. The other two had items from the Cobb Restaurant Week menu (which was a very good deal) and they also were very happy with their selections. Appetizers and desserts were also enjoyed. It was just a perfect evening.

Whenever Cobb gets a decent non chain resturant it is good news and Seed is more then decent. Seed is an upscale quality resturant experience and saves some customers the trip into Atlanta and others a reason to go OTP ( but barely). Both inside and outside seating is nice, the service excellent, and menu interesting. Go enjoy, dine well, and don't forget your wallet as dinner for two with wine can be over $100

The make a lot of their sausages, breads, jelly etc in house and use seasonal items. We were celebrating a special occassion and Seed surprised us with a dessert..Tres leches !!!! Hit it out of the park. We can't wait to go back for dinner

We've eaten at Seed at least a dozen times, and have never had anything but exceptional food, service, drinks, and attention. We love this restaurant, as well as Stem, the wine bar next door. East Cobb has finally arrived!! No need to drive beyond the Merchants Walk area for a great night out! Rivals anything you'd find in Buckhead or Roswell.

Actually, we've enjoyed every dish that we've eaten at Seed, including the BK Veggie Grinder, Hanger Steak Frites, oysters, deviled eggs, salads, brussel sprouts and cauliflower, among other dishes. The desserts are divine, also! Seed has a very welcoming atmosphere. The staff are wonderful!

Seed is one of our favorite East Cobb hot spots. It's located in a shopping center, but it has the atmosphere and aethetics of anything that you could find in Buckhead. I have not had anything on the menu that I didn't enjoy and the wait staff is very attentive and well versed on the selections.

Really was a wonderful experience. From the decor, ambiance, service and food - it wasn't just going to dinner - it was an event and a very pleasant one. The glass design of the restaurant enhances the farm-to-table feel by making you feel like you're in the greenhouse, bringing in a lot of natural light and keeping it light and open. Food was amazing. The fresh made pasta seemed like they had rolled it out 2 minutes before serving it. Everything was done with finesse and delicacy without feeling over prepared. The Seed cocktail was delish. One of the best restaurants I've been to in a very very long time - will definitely be back.

We had a great experience at Seed for our anniversary. They were ready for us, honored our request for quiet table with a nice booth. Anniversary was often mentioned by servers, hostess, etc. Menu had "happy anniversary" with our name on it, nice touch! Server was outstanding, very personable and enthusiastic about restaurant! Food was excellent, both had special, also had great desert! A VERY nice experience on all counts.

Seed did everything they could to make a special evening for my 4 guests and me. It started with menus printed "Happy Birthday Annie" and seating at the chef's table. Then our server, Cassie, was attentive, warm and knowledgeable. Our food was 100% perfect and beautiful on the plate. Knowing our birthday girl was vegan, a Happy Birthday plate came out with three delicious sorbets. We loved every moment of our time at Seed.

My daughters and I had lunch at Seed on Saturday, September 6. We had the white sangria drink special that was quite good and very refreshing. One of my daughters had the asian fish sandwich; she said it was good, but had a little too much kick. My other daughter had the grilled cheese and tomato soup which she said was fine. The side dish of french fries was enough for two people. I had a salad with some pears on it; actully there wasn't much of it. Overall the restaurant is very pretty with a good feel, but the food is priced a bit more than I think it should be. Will probably go again since it is close.

This was the first time I had gone to brunch at Seed. The menu choices were great. I chose Eggs Benedict with Crab. When it arrived the English muffin was burned around the edges as was the Canadian bacon. It didn't look very appetizing and the crab was tasteless. I couldn't believe this great restaurant would let a meal leave the kitchen looking like that. I think I'll stick to dinner at Seed.

Been here a couple times because the food is excellent. But it's an expensive night out. So we don't go all that often. I had the scallop entree which was delicious, but it was a lot closer to appetizer size than entree sized. I'm not looking for a pile of food, but some of the portion sizes could use a little adjustment.

It was the first time I went to Seed for lunch, and I took a friend that had never been there. The requests I made at reservation were honored (that is why I love Open Table!) and she loved the restaurant. We explained we did not like spicy foods and by mistake the waiter did not know that the soup of the day was a little spicy. However before we even said anything he exchanged our soups and apologized. He gave us a very kind attention yet gave us privacy to chat and catch up. Dinner time is always busy at this great restaurant and I enjoyed that lunch is quieter, I will go back for sure !

I go to Seed all the time and consider it one of my favorites in the suburbs. At this point I had only been for dinner. Lunch was a disaster. The waiter seemed frazzled, the food took over 30 min to be delivered and the waiter never came back to refill sodas or inquire about our food. I did not like my soup and did not eat it but he didn't seem to notice when we finally flagged him down to get the check. I will not go back for lunch.
