A word from Seasons at the Four Seasons Hotel
On June 3rd 2013, doors will open to our new restaurant, MKT.

The striking new, urban chic destination will offer steaks from the finest California purveyors, small plate communal dining, and handcrafted cocktails. MKT, to be led by longtime Executive Chef Mark Richardson and Restaurant Chef Chris Aguirre, will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner, and weekend brunch, as well as room service and catering for the hotel. Serving as a sumptuous anchor to the concept: a stunning, visually expansive new L-shaped bar that will be the sleek soul of the hotel and enhance its already elegant sense of arrival. Cocktails crafted from the ever creative mind’s eye of Bar Manager Oliver Lee, along with innovative small plates and snacks, will lure locals and visitors alike to one of the city’s premier social venues for drinking and dining.
