We always arrange to have lunch at Season's Highland Lake Inn. The wine list is not large, but has good variety of excellent wines. We ended up with the chicken and the pork and both were very flavorful and unique. The fresh farm to table means the raw ingredients started the trend that the chef maintained and built upon. The restaurant did not have loud music playing which is to us very annoying and too common these days. It is nice to be able to have a conversation with the person you are dining with. The food was very flavorful and nicely presented. We had reservations for an early dinner at 6:00 so it was not crowded. The window tables are nice as they look out into the garden which is lovely. The music was quite good but the vocals were not. His guitar w/o his voice would have been a much better choice. the food was of very good quality and I found the detailed hardcopy listing useful as well as interesting. I do think you should have a non-fried fish or seafood option. Most of the food was pretty heavy; i wish you'd had some lighter dishes and especially some lighter side items. Bread, both sour dough and biscuit, were of marginal quality. the Tres Leche' was not that good. I have had much better for sure.
