John took the time and effort to find a replacement drink for my grandmother who wanted a strawberry daiquiri which they didn't have. He got her a solution in a timely fashion and made excellent recommendations to her for food that he instinctively knew she may like. Kudos to you John! He was patient with our large party and offered multiple samplings for some of my family for wine. He was fantastic and truly went above and beyond in his service. Food was excellent as well. I had the lamb and it was cooked just right (to John's recommendation). There wasn't a bad dish at the table and the flat bread was great! The kitchen is spot on for their creations, and the food comes out as fast as it can every time.
Dessert is something that should not be missed. Finally someone has noticed that we do not need a dessert that can feed 4 from one plate. Our client had a wonderful meal and was treated very well. The food was fresh and delicious.
The only downside was even with a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes to be seated. The one big draw back is the noise level. I have dined at Season's several times for business and each time we ended up shouting at one another. I would not suggest it for a business dinner but for a group of friends it would be fine. Also, I don't understand why there is a piano player behind the bar (with an amplifier). I've also dined there with several other girlfriends, my husband, and another couple, for both lunch and dinner.
We were happy that Marty was available to serve us. He remembers our preferences, and is very patient about special needs. He's also charming.
My companion had the vegetarian tasting (a fave of hers). I had the mahi mahi tacos (one of my faves). This was our 2nd time at this restaurant. The food was excellent, I enjoyed the roast port with polenta, my husband had the scallops. The small dessert glasses are great, just the right amount. I liked how the waiter called us by our name, made me feel "at home" and also asked us if we were celebrating anything special.
The portions are not huge (since they are restricted by the calorie count) but with a flatbed appetizer that we shared, the portion was enough. I did not leave hungry. Also, this restaurant was not so noisy as most places are on Saturday night. Each of us in our party had something completely different yet each of us thought we had the best dinner ever! Andrea, our waiter, was exceptional! If you dine there ask to be in his section! He was knowledgeable and friendly and knew when to approach us and when to leave us alone to chat! All in all it was a great night out and I will be going back soon! The service is beyond outstanding and the food exceptional. It is so good that I have to continually remind myself that it is all quite healthy and low in calories. My companions enjoyed their meals, as well. We started with the garlic chicken flat bread. Any of the flat breads are wonderful to share. We all enjoyed the great wine list and specialty drinks, too! Outstanding food with low calorie content. Lamp chops r so delicious. This is 1 of the few restaurants I have dessert. Decadent desserts sized in a smaller size so you can indulge without feeling too full. We dined with friends and we were not rushed even though the restaurant was full. The food has been very good..I did have to send my salmon back on one occasion because it was overcooked.. The second visit we took advantage of the complimentary valet parking and guess that the lot attendant must have run over a cone or something as we had a loud grinding noise all the way home only to find out that our catalytic converter had been ruptured costing us $285 for parking. Then on our most recent visit our waiter came to the table with four open bottles of wine as we each ordered a different kind. The waiter lost balance of the tray and my husband was drenched in white wine. We were seated in a large booth in front. There were only five of us but we are all seniors. Three of us have hearing issues. The manager offered to cut back the piped in music for us. It REALLY made the dining experience enjoyable. We did not have to say huh and what do you say all through lunch. Our server Marc was great. He shared his background in acting and singing. So as they say let no good deed go unpunished. I asked him as lunch ended could he please step just outside the front door and sing two bars of a song for my 97 year old aunt. Great flavors and healthy food options were there. I had the most delicious chorizo flat bread! I'm still thinking about it. My swordfish was just right. I had a nice glass of port for dessert.
