  • "My wife and I celebrated our 30th year of marriage at Seasons 52, for the first time, and we were not disappointed. Mike was are server and was great. Attentive and helpful, with the perfect touch of class. The food was wonderful. If you don't see it, or want something else, they are all more than happy to change it up just the way YOU like it. We will be going back, and bringing friends. Thanks Great Job."

  • "Portions are small, and in my case very poorly cooked. I had wild Copper River Salmon, and they overcooked it to the point of it being thoroughly unenjoyable. My friend had scallops and said that they were very good. The noise level in the bar area was so high that the two of us had to get really close and talk loud in order to hear each other. Definitely not a romantic setting in that regard. Another small thing - I asked for butter, and was told "we have none". What restaurant does not have butter, besides Waffle House?"

  • "Outstanding/delicious food. Great recipes that change with the season. Nice bar area with piano player in the middle. I've stopped for lunch, I've had dinner here and I've also come just for drinks. Awesome food and fast service."

  • "We had an excellent meal featuring seasonal entrees like Copper River salmon. All,of the appetizers and entrees were prepared perfectly. Our server, Samantha, was terrific. Pacing was appropriate and she did not rush us after our meal. Seasons 52 has become one of our favorite restaurants for its interesting preparations and outstanding service."

  • "We repeatedly return to Seasons 52. The food is always good and always accommodating with my wife's food allergies. Was our friends first time there and they thoroughly enjoyed it as well."

  • "Our waiter was wonderful! Smiled a lot, polite, and gave us time to decide and enjoy. My trout was delicious. My girlfriend had the scallops. she said they were a bit bland but they were plentiful and that made up for it. The corn polenta gets an A. Make a reservation if you are trying to go on the weekend."

  • "Had dinner at Seasons 52 in Schaumburg to celebrate our anniversary on Tuesday. Our table was in a rear dining room that was cold when we were seated. The hostess immediately got the manager to turn down the air conditioning to a comfortable level. Our server (Chris) was fantastic. He was personable and friendly, and checked back with us regularly throughout our dinner. One of the chefs came by the table to check on us as well. I had the scallops. I highly recommend them. My husband had the grilled trout which he said was great. Overall, our dining experience was great, and much improved over our previous visit. Nice to see the restaurant focusing on the customer experience as well as the food (which is always good)."

  • "The restaurant's low-calorie (but not low-fat) menu offers surprisingly elegant and delicious meals made with seasonal ingredients. The room is lovely and the service attentive. Our only complaint was that at the end of the meal, the other-wise excellent server slid a rack of desserts across the table to entice us to order. We found that aggressive and annoying, out of keeping with the tone of the place."

  • "This is the first time I was disappointed at Seasons 52. We were celebrating my husband's birthday. Food was superb but the service was very poor. We had to wait almost the whole time. She was good coming to the table at first but after that we had a hard time locating her. She did mess up our order a bit without bringing the appetizer (they ran out after we waited 20 minutes) then my son was suppose to get the main entree salad and she brought the appetizer. Once our meal came we had a very hard time locating our server the rest of the evening. Finally my husband stood up and the manager came over. The manager did comp our desserts (most of them one of our guest did not get theirs) We will be back but we won't ask for Amanda."

  • "Consistent, good food quality. Always great service and very good specials. Best to go early as the restaurant is always busy and we prefer less noise when dining early. I always use Open Table to make our reservation as it's easy to see when a table is available."

  • "Food and service were very good, but it was extremely loud without the restaurant even being full. I would hesitate to go back at a busy time."

  • "We did enjoy the evening with this restaurant, there was a pianist and live music .It was our first time to dine out there for dinner since it was our wedding anniversary. They gave us two free choices since it was our anniversary, either free champagne or desserts. We chose dessert and took it home since we are so full ."

  • "I've been to Season 52 four or five times now at various times of the day, for family gatherings as well as romantic dates, and have never been even slightly disappointed with the facility or staff until this last Sunday. We arrived before my 5:30 reservation, the restaurant was < 50% occupancy, and was greeted, actually barely acknowledged, by a pouty, aloof hostess that seemed disinterested in our presence as she made no effort to acknowledge a "good evening", made no eye contact, spoke in nearly inaudible tone and impatiently handed us off to be seated by her co-worker, who also seemed to be in need of a large slice of personality. From that point the experience was everything I'd hoped it would be! Our server Tom and the meal great!"

  • "We've had rack of lamb at the "Oak brook Season's 52" which was excellent. However, tonight it was a disappointment. We had 1 order of medium well and 1 order of medium and both were way past well done.....dry and tasteless. We would never order this again at Schaumburg's Season's 52. In the past we had trout and salmon which were excellent."

  • "This birthday brunch was by far the best dining experience I've had in years. The service was attentive and helpful without being overpowering, the seasonal choices were fresh, tasty and wholesome, the presentation was creative and beautiful, the portions were just right (no doggie bag needed). The feta/spinach flatbread appetizer was a good choice for sharing, as was the wine flight sampler. I had the vegetarian sampler with quinoa. Even the corn salad was outstanding. The individual, just-enough desserts were presented in a tower arrangement with a candle for the birthday girl. We will be back."

  • "I've been to Season's 52 locations before but this one really puts forward a great effort. The Branzino was awesome and my guests, who live the "Chicagoland" area, had never been here before. They loved it and said they will visit again. Wine list is reasonable and comprehensive."

  • "Our server Samantha was the best. She was super friendly, fun and helpful. The food was awesome as usual with the exception of the shrimp scampi. To bring it under their 475 calorie rule they use tomato instead of butter. Just not what was expected. Drinks are also pricey."

  • "Had a reservation for 8:30pm for two people and we arrived at 8:20pm. The host offered we have a booth available, and asked if we'd like to be seated. He walked us to the table and it was taken by another party so we walked back to the front and told us the wait will be about a couple mins since 3 other tables just paid. We said that's fine but We lost our patience after having to wait another 30 mins on top of our reservation time. finally they cleared a table and gave us their "special booth" which was not special. Other than that the food and our server was amazing. I loved the freshness of the food. will go again but will call to confirm seating prior to reaching. Sad even though we had an open table reservation."

  • "We are always delighted when going to Seasons’, after stumbling on the restaurant in Orlando, FL several years back. We decided to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary there, and they went above and beyond. We were greeted by name and had a personalized card and champagne toast waiting for us table-side. The food was amazing and the portions were just-right. My wife and I always look forward to their unique mini-indulgence desserts to cap off the meal. This is the kind of care and special VIP treatment I would expect in a small private restaurant, keep it up Seasons’!"

  • "The waitstaff was very helpful as we were there in a large group of 10. Both gentlemen were very attentive and made everything right. I did feel it was too loud for any sort of group conversation and would have preferred a round table. As it was I could only speak comfortably with the person right next to me. But the food was very good and the service was also."

  • "We went for an anniversary celebration, our second time to the restaurant. Our group of five all ordered different drinks, appetizers, entrees and desserts. Everyone loved their meal. Favorites include the pomegranate martini, chicken pesto flatbread, stuffed mushrooms, shrimp cavatapi and cedar plank salmon. Loved the mini desserts and all were amazing. Our waiter, Gani, was very fun and personable! Will go back."

  • "From the time we opened the door to enter until the time we left, our dining experience at Seasons52 in Schaumburg was outstanding. This was a special occasion for us, and my wife mentioned to the host as we were being seated that it was our anniversary, and he couldn't have been more personable, a few moments after we were seated he returned to our table with an anniversary card! Shortly thereafter our waitress came to our table, greeted me by my first name, and wished us Happy Anniversary. They really made this event of ours special. The food was delicious, the cocktail and wine list was extensive, the deserts...fabulous! Our TOTAL experience was great, and looking forward to returning very soon."

  • "We wanted to take our daughter in law out for a nice dinner, as chose Seasons 52. I like that we can make a reservation and you honor it. Our waiter was friendly and very personable. Just a nice man. Oh yes, and the food was yummy. I also asked to be seated in the bar area, where we enjoyed listening to the piano player. The night was great!"

  • "This is my 5th time at a Season's 52 and all are consistently good. I usually order the vegetarian tasting and I find it unique and different--- not like most restaurants' token vegetarian offering."

  • "I love I first of all the ambience. The staff is friendly and knowledgable The food is to die for. The portions are great and the prices good. I have brought several people here for their first time and they loved it as well. I will continue to come back and visit the ones available when I am out of town. Excellent all around."

  • "We were seated immediately and our server was EXCELLENT!! Food was great and especially the dessert! There was a bit of a wait for the food, but our server made sure we were attended to and filled our drinks/needs accordingly."

  • "We have enjoyed Seasons 52 several times - Schaumburg as well as Phoenix - and this experience was not a good one. The food was mediocre and the service was less than expectations. The spring chicken was nothing to recommend. And, the shrimp cavatelli was not very good. Our server forgot to bring one guest coffee. We will try again, but if this continues, Seasons 52 will no longer be our go-to place."

  • "Our waiter was very attentive and provided us with outstanding service. We were there for lunch, and never felt rushed. The food, as always, was perfectly prepared and presented. The atmosphere was lively without being overly loud. There are also menus for those with specific dietary needs, which makes it which makes it so much easier for those who are gluten free or salt restricted, etc. just a lovely place!"

  • "This place is a reservatin must. Althought you may have an option for walk in seating in the bar. Someone without a reservation was able to be seated right away in the bar. We went on a Wed noght 7pm and every table was full the whole time we were there. Large and small groups work very well here. Take your time and enjoy. They do not make you feel rushed and every server including your primary is more than willing to help any table at any time thus you never feel like you are waiting for service. Maybe they have a floater that helps when needed? not sure. But that is great. Menu is limited but that does not matter. They focus on the food and it is very good. Everything from the appetizers to the deserts."

  • "The food was fine. The wine was good. However, for a $70 bill (for one person) I would expected a little more wow. I also was forced into getting fish, due to the lack of gluten free vegetarian options. I could've done a plate of several sides, but was feeling a little more hungry than that. Though I can't say the fish was much more filling."

  • "My husband and I had a wonderful trout dinner at Seasons 52 celebrating my birthday the other day. We also tried one of the flatbreads for an appetizer which was very tasty and for dessert had the key lime pie and the raspberry cannoli dessert--yum! We will definitely be back!"
