A great evening was had at Seasons 52 this past weekend. Samantha our host was excellent (ask for her). Samantha did an exceptional job at recommendations from everything from the drinks to appetizers, to main course to dessert. Very energetic scene, the food was excellent (try the lobster flatbread, 6 oz filet, and arugula salad).

I have dined at Seasons 52 on numerous occasions and it never disappoints. The seasonally changing menu items, the ambience, the servers, the managers and the hosts who greet you, clearly have been well trained and make your dining experience a comfortable and memorable one. Their cocktail offerings are also creative. I highly recommend the restaurant.

Season's 52 in Schaumburg is as good as it gets for diners in the northwest suburbs. Outstanding atmosphere, food, wine and service combine to make Season's 52 a consistently top quality dining venue. Easy to get to location on 72 west of the 53/290, complimentary valet parking and plenty of seating. Nonetheless, make reservations for evening dining and if you get there between 4 and 6:30, try the small plates (appetizers) @ only $5 each, they are out of this world delicious and a bargain to boot!

I have been to this restaurant several times for lunch since it opened- and the food is always top notch and the service impeccable... Not this time. Met a friend for dinner and had lots of catching up to do, but even then, the pace of the meal was annoyingly slow. There seemed to be plenty of help, so not a case of being overwhelmed with tables. We finally had to beg another waiter to get our bill. I'd go back, but unless you have 2 1/2 hours to kill on a simple meal, I'm not sure it would be for dinner again.

The place was a little noisier than ideal, but other than that we were very pleased. Food and service were very good. Prices were reasonable for a nice restaurant, and the ambiance/decor was warm and inviting- exactly what we needed on a frigid winter night. We will be back again!

Service was outstanding. Waiter even offered me his flashlight because it was too dark, I couldn't see the menu. Ambience is nice, but it is nice to be able to see the menu and your food. Lobster flat bread was disappointing...undercooked and a little fishy. Stuffed mushrooms wonderful. Nice beer selection. Salad and salmon tasty. Great desserts. We had a fun evening.

Maple-glazed chicken had strong vinegar taste; filet mignon had a spongy texture and was ordered medium rare and was very rare - this was true for both customers who ordered the steak. Leek Risotto was great Scallops were good. Grilled appetizer lobster had heavy, smokey grill taste. Very disappointed as restaurant was recommended by friends. Prices did not in anyway reflect any type of quality food preparation. We did not receive $10 discount for using Opentable.com for our reservations.

Took my wife there for a wedding anniversary and was the perfect places. At at about 5:30 on friday and was not crowded. Service was great and food was even fantastic. Portions were enough to satisfy us, but not enough to take anything home and might have trouble being enough for a big eater. The portion size goes along with the health theme that entrees are all under 450 calories. Dessert is served in small shot glass containers that are $3.00 each.. so we sampled 3 which were delicious. Out the door with tip for both of us about 100.00 We will be going back again.

Let me start off by saying i love Seasons 52 and i certainly will return. On this trip we just had really poor service and a disappointing appetizer. we saw our server about 4 times over the period of 2 hours. at one point we saw a different server pass our table and asked if they could show us the desserts. if that server did not walk by, we probably would have been there for 4 hours. we sat in a booth in the bar area which was really nice because we could hear the pianist. We ordered the tuna/avocado sushi roll which was disappointing this time. it was so cold that we could not even bite into it. it was clearly straight out of the fridge/freezer. we asked for a new one and the waitress said this is how it is always served. this is probably the 10th tuna/avocado roll i have ordered here and i have never experienced a near frozen roll. the rest of the meal was delicious as always, i had the rainbow trout and my friend had the other fish special (branzino?).

I eat here because they mange to put out very flavorful meals while ringing out the calories. I had the wine flight flat bread special. It was fun and a real value. A substantial tasting of three wines with a wonderful appetizer, and then a full glass of the wine I liked best. The toughest part was selecting the wine I liked best. My meal was tasty and I have to take it on faith that it did not have more calories.

My Wife and I stopped after we got done shopping based on the OpenTable recommendations. The wine list is very long and more importantly reasonable. Especially nice was the size of the pours! The Menu also had something for everyone. There were larger meals or simple flatbread pizza. You could spend $$$, but you didn't have to if your appetite was light. They were running about 5 min late on reservations when we arrived and we sat in the bar and enjoyed some music from a live piano player. Interestingly we found the noise level in the bar to be quieter than the main seating area which was very noisy. Though the noise level detracted some from our enjoyment we both found the restaurant very good. We will be back!

My sisters and I took our mother the Seasons 52 to celebrate her birthday. When I made the reservation, I made a note in the comments section we were celebrating a birthday. As we were seated, the hostess handed my mom a birthday card with a nice note from the restaurant, thanking us for choosing to celebrate at Seasons 52. We were greeted right away by our server, Leldon. His customer service was truly AMAZING! After learning all of our names, he proceeded to address us correctly each time he returned to our table. Leldon was able to offer suggestions and provided attentive service throughout our meal. He had a great sense of humor and we all enjoyed ourselves during the evening. I highly recommend this restaurant and WILL return!

WE always love Seasons 52. The atmosphere is very romantic and the service is great. We had the trout which my husband has every time and loves it. The flatbread is good for starters as there is no bread put on the table. I got the barbecued chicken salad and there was so much chicken I had to bring some home. The other two in our group got the salmon and pork tenderloin which they both loved. The only problem we had was the one in our group wanted a light beer and there didn't seem to be one that he liked. The two that he chose they were both out of. I especially like the small shot glasses for dessert. It's just enough. You don't come out of there feeling too full and you know you had good, nutritious food.

Seasons 52 is unique. Because of my food restrictions (gluten free), I heard this was a fabulous place. The services was the best I've ever experienced! The waiter remembered our names throughout dinner. The food? Ah. Well. Not so great. I cook gluten free at home and though I'm not a chef, I create some pretty great sauces and flavorings that are gluten free. There were no choices in this regard. The steak was plain - no options for gluten free ANYTHING to accompany. No grain choice - they "managed to put something together for me" - and found plain, steamed farro with no seasonings at all- not a spice to be found. My friend had the scallops, and said they were marvelous, but I left disappointed after all I heard.

I realize they want turnover but if you irritate seated customer then the tip less.also, when she brought check she checked it within 2 minutes t see if i left payment. We did follow our own schedule and not hers but i felt that she was annoyed that we ordered 1 course at a time. If im spending $75 prr person i want to spend more than an hour in restaurant.

I took a new client to dinner - who is now turning into a good friend - and we were so very impressed with Ethan our server. The wine list was great. We selected a nice bottle of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc that complimented the small plates of shrimp scampi and Goat Cheese Torts that we shared. Our glasses were never empty, because every time we needed more, Ethan was there to pour. Sitting near the bar, we were entertained with live music from the singer/ piano player which added so much ambiance and energy to the room. Not that the smell of the wood burning stove and dimlit room wasn't charismatic enough. Delightful evening and I would recommend to anyone. Great fresh flavors and low calories too!

Dining at Seasons 52 in Schaumburg was a delight. Everyone from the valet (whom I ran into in the parking lot while parking my own vehicle) to the front desk (charming and friendly young lady) to our fab waiter, Kyle, was spot on. The place was hopping (for a weeknight!), but our service was not impacted - it was as if we were the only table in the area. Great Service, conversations, wine and food! Highly recommended!
