  • "This was my first visit to Seasons52. Some friends visiting from Australia asked me if we could go to a restaurant with ocean views. Through Open Table I discovered Seasons52 and we all gave the food, service and ambiance 5 stars. Something that is noteworthy is that they have alternative menus for different diets, among them - vegan, vegetarian, gluten free etc. Being vegan this attracted me to the place and I wasn't disappointed. You must try 1 or more of the desserts, they are served in small glasses and are brought to the table in a display - you just pick the one(s) you want! I would go back here in a heartbeat!!"

  • "We were a little bit early for our reservation on a Sunday night. They were still able to accommodate us immediately. The staff was warm and welcoming. We enjoyed leisurely cocktails (recommend the Prairie Mule) while viewing the menu. Candice, our server, was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed delicious duck flatbread and an ahi and avocado sushi roll for appetizers. They were delicious. For entrees we had filet mignon with a lobster tail side (lobster tail is a bargain at $10.95) and branzino. Both were delicious and cooked to perfection. We actually had two desserts each, because they all looked delicious. When our check arrived, the server announced that she had paid for our desserts. Great customer service. We will definitely return."

  • "We have been to Seasons 52 in Santa Monica and Century City many times. Recently, we had a problem...Our food wasn't ready for a long time. Craig, the manager in Santa Monica, quickly came over and apologized. He took charge of the situation we were more than satisfied. We came again the following week and he remembered us and we got excellent service. He's a great guy who is all about taking care of his customers!! Anyways, what could've been a bad situation immediately got us back as Seasons frequent visitors forever..."

  • "I was looking forward to my first time here but the service was less than mediocre.. Very disappointing because the food was decent (although the seared scallop I had wasn't very much of a sear as it was overcooked). The servers could pay more attention to the customers.. We sat for more than 10 minutes waiting around for someone to come by to at least offer us water to start with.. After they finally brought us the water, we had to flag the waiter again to finally get our orders. There wasn't very much people yet in the restaurant because it was still too early for the dinner crowd so we were so confused by the inattention of the staff. Not so inclined to come back..."

Everyone there was very nice - we'd been once before six months ago and had a very bad experience with the service, but because of DineLA we decided to give them another chance. We were very happy with the result. Good food. nice people who were eager to please, and a comfortable pleasant atmosphere to eat in. The food was very enjoyable, and the wine list is great. I wish the desserts were a little bigger, but on the whole this is a very nice place to eat - great for everyone, I think. A nice menu with something for everyone, and everything on it that we had was quite yummy. (The seasonal roasted corn in a skillet is fabulous for example, and the flatbread was supberb.)"

The flatbread was delicious and the main courses of steak and pork loin, nicely done. Dessert was a choice of one of 8 different mini-parfait glasses brought to the table and described by the waiter. Accompanied by moderate priced excellent wine the dinner was a great success."

  • "We had a birthday dinner for 5 on a Sunday evening. We ate in the room adjacent to the outdoor patio -- a lovely room with one wall open to the outside and with views of the ocean. The service was excellent. Most of the food was outstanding -- flatbreads, very fresh veggies, and great desserts. One person had steak and declared it fabulous. My Copper River salmon was overcooked and dry. One person's rack of lamb was also overcooked. So the salmon and lamb were quite disappointing -- high quality ingredients spoiled by overcooking. We'll go to this restaurant again because of the location, good service and overall good food. But the kitchen needs a bit of help."

It is also in a great location with a view of the ocean and Santa Monica Pier. Only complaint was the server was not as attentive as we would have liked, and they were not very busy when we were there. But the previous server was fantastic, so I will not hold it against them."
