  • "I thought my friend would enjoy the restaurant because she is calorie conscious and drinks wine. Our waiter, Brian, made it very enjoyable with his attitude, knowledge and friendly smile. It started off on a sour note with the hostess that seated me. I had reservations for two and arrived first, so was being seated at a table. Since several booths were empty (and no wait) I asked if it was possible to have a booth instead of a table. She seemed annoyed but took me to a booth, grabbed all the place settings off the table except mine and left one menu. I told her there were two of us and she muttered "Oh" and put one place setting back down but didn't leave a second menu. Apparently she was having a bad day but Brian made up for it."

  • "This was my second visit. Wait staff is exceptional and very attentive. Our waitress took time to help with the wine selection and was right on with her suggestions.The salmon was honestly some of the best prepared I have had..moist and delicious plus love the fresh veggies. Next time I will get the scallops as the other diner said they were very good as was the risotto they were laid on. Fresh asparagus was not overcooked. Was a birthday celebration and they really made the birthday girl feel special. Deserts are perfect just enough of a taste to satisfy. Can't wait to go back."

  • "Our server was great - knowledgeable, kind, real and really knew the food. Also had a great conversation with the manager. They clearly do a great job hiring, training and supporting their staff. They all seem to be TOTALLY FOCUSED on giving us a great and consistent experience. My 6th ot 7th time there and every meal has been like this."

  • "We chose this restaurant primarily because it is dieter-friendly. The ingredients are healthy and fairly low-calorie. Other notable features of this restaurant are its large wine list, and the ability to taste wines before you are actually served. Our server, Joe, was attentive and enthusiastic, without being overbearing. It did, however, take quite a while to get our food. The biggest problem with the food was its uniform blandness. We ordered asparagus soup, Tandoori chicken skewers, tuna tartar, and grilled salmon salad. Everyone of these dishes lacked flavor, Adding salt improved them somewhat, but there was a notable absence of seasoning. Even the Tandoori chicken was bland, and the dipping sauces were extremely boring."

  • "This is a comfortable restaurant with attentive staff. Seemed to be pretty busy for a Tuesday night. I ordered the scallops with lemon risotto and asparagus that was delicious! The scallops were tender, sweet and fresh. My mom had the lamb meatball flatbread and the lobster tail and she enjoyed it. My cousin had the crab wedge salad and gave it "thumbs up" My husband had the BBQ chicken salad, and while the presentation was fun and unique, he thought the salad was "so so" - not much BBQ in the chicken that was dry (note to kitchen: marinate the chicken in milk first) The desert "tastes" were fun and the perfect end to the meal. Just be warned: because it is all alacarte - the full dinner can be pricey, esp with $13 drinks. But tasty"

  • "I took a good friend to Season's 52 for her birthday lunch. Despite the fact they were out of lobster for the lobster special appetizer we ordered, the substitute we chose made up for it. We ordered the stuffed mushrooms with crab, shrimp, spinach and pesto. It was wonderful and plentiful. For our entrée, we split the BBQ chicken salad that they put onto two plates. It was delicious and there was plenty for both of us. The real icing on the cake, besides the wonderful food, was the complimentary dessert and the picture our server took of us with the restaurant's camera. Then she produced two pictures for us in a nice case within just a few minutes. I give this restaurant five stars..... and PLEASE Season's 52, don't change a thing."

  • "The ambience is very nice and the servers were friendly. The problem was the food, we ordered the Shrimp Cavatappi Pasta and the Wood-Roasted Pork Tenderloin & Portobello. For the pasta dish, the pasta was a little too firm and the spices on the shirp overpowered the entire meal and ruined the flavor. The sauce was also very watery. The pork tenderloin itself was good and well cooked. Unfortunately the side you describe as soft herb polenta overwhelmed everything it touched including your taste buds!. It had extreme rosemary and you could taste nothing else because of it. Went to the piano bar after and was very nice but didn't even have your seasonal STRAWBERRY BASIL FUSION available that we read about and wanted to try."

  • "Seasons 52 always hits the spot. Good food, nice portion size, great desserts. I don't think you can go wrong with anything on the menu. The service was good; drinks were refilled before they were empty and finished plates were promptly taken away. However, there was an issue that irked me. I arrived at 6PM on a Sunday night and when I went to order, I was informed the chicken entree I selected was not available because they were out of it. I wish restaurants would tell me what's unavailable before I sit there and decide what I want."

  • "Went for a birthday dinner for my wife (with three others). I made reservations online. Service was wonderful, food was amazing and we all had a great time. When staff called to confirm my reservation they asked if it was a special occasion and I told them it was a birthday. My wife was treated to a desert and the restaurant even took a group picture and we were presented with it in a nice presentation folder at the end of the meal. Instead of going to another bar afterwards, we walked into their bar and hung out listening to live piano music. It was a great night. This was our second visit to this location and I assure you it will not be our last."

  • "We have tried to get into this place last min and the wait has always been 2 hours. This time I searched hoping that they were on open table and they were. He walked in close to our time and they sat us right away. There was a piano player in the bar area that was AWESOME. I guess he was a former contestant of the Voice (I can not confirm that - but that is what we heard). I let them know it was an anniversary dinner and when we arrived they handed us an anniversary card and then at the end of the night we had a champagne toast. Their food is healthy and each dish says is under 475 cal...so they are a healthy choice as well. We WILL be going here again and using OPEN TABLE to do it."

  • "We we totally surprised at the quality of food and wine available at this place! Not familiar with Sacramento, searching for a dinnner spot online didn't really tell us much about where places were, but we bucked-up and threw caution to the wind, and went into this place in a high-end mall. Once inside, it was obvious the pains that were taken to take you from the outside mall-world into this stylish restaurant space. The food concept was cool -- everything was under a certain calorie count as portioned, but not as prepared -- beings that I enjoyed venison chops with truffled mashed potatoes, with no guilt! And the little mini-desserts were genius. Young, fun, professional and knowledgeable staff, to boot. Even a piano bar!"

My husband and I love dining here so much. It's perfect for a Friday night date night no matter how long you have been married.
