How can you go wrong?5/20/2013 12:00:00 AMSeason's Does It Exceptionally WellWe held my daughter's Hofstra Graduation Celebratory Lunch and were impressed and all 7 diners were raving fans how we were treated by our attentitive server Diana who also left a congratulatory card signed by all the employees!!! Nice touch !! All the food was prepared exceptionally well and delivered at one time. All meals were great and we ordered at least 5 different menu selections. We can say enough of how well our experience was and would highly recommend to all!!! Finally we had to adjust our reservation to allow 1 additional guest and that was handled via a quick call the day of flawlessly.Hopefully we will visit this location and our hope is to have this same experience at other locations which will be at the top of our lists!5/19/2013 12:00:00 AMGreat timeGreat food, just the right amount, stellar service, and professional staff. Had a short wait (5 minutes) beyond my reserved time, and we were seated in a great booth that was very comfortable. The service was great. We got our appetizers and drinks in short order, and the food followed shortly thereafter. The food was hot, and very tasty. We have been here several times before and have never been disappointed. The mushrooms were good. The arugala salad with bruschetta was a bit disappointing - just a bunch of arugula piled high with a few crostinis and one sliced tomato - that is not bruschetta by any stretch of the imagination. The shrimp with vegetables was good, but I would highly recommend the rainbow trout - outstanding. Too full to make it to dessert, but they looked great!

I make an exception for Seasons 52. It is a classy place yet very comfortable. The menu should please everyone and all items are freshly prepared, flavorful and beautifully presented. Calorie count is also listed for everything and you'd be surprised how delicious and satisfying some lower calorie dishes are! You can order items for yourself or several to share. Desserts are sinfully good for the calorie count and price. Service from waiter Keith was excellent, attentive and helpful. Took my mom here since they had a late morning availability. And, WOW! What a stroke of luck! Seasons 52 was great! The menu was all seasonal, fresh and delicious. Their flatbreads are incredible, and their rainbow trout was absolutely outstanding. The server (Kristian) was friendly and well-informed, walking us through the menu and making great recommendations. My 16 year old and 13 year old loved it. I left my phone and when I came back, they knew what I was talking about. They adressed me with my Last name. They kept it in the safe with my name on it. Everything is so fresh and delicious even though the calories are low which is a good thing. The waiters/waitresses are good except for one we had who was constantly coming over to see how things were and got it bit annoying after awhile. This was a waitress who meant well though. The seasonal food served is cooked to perfection. The atmosphere is comfortable but elegant. We loved the wine list and specialty drinks. It is extensive. This was not our first time here for dinner but we came with friends who are manhattanites. They are always going out to dinner. They were very impressed with the ambiance, the menu , the food and service. We would recommend this restaurant and our server Keith was wonderful.

The menu changes 4 times a year with the seasons (hence the name), so there will always be something new to try. The food was very good, not great, but very good. Each item listed on the menu is less than 470 calories, but the portions are reasonable (not tiny, not huge). The service was top notch, our waiter was very knowledgeable and very nice, and that seemed to be a common theme throughout the restaurant. The ambiance was perfect for a 'date night' or an evening with friends, though it does not seem a place to bring children. The crowd was not loud, but it wasn't quiet either; it had that perfect level of background noise. The staff is always friendly and the waiters are very knowledgable on the food that they serve. Yes, they have on occasion made mistakes but they always go above and beyond to makes things right. This is not about quanity. If your looking for gigantic portions this place is not for you. This place is all about quality food that is prepared on the healthy side.
