Diner Reviews
  • "I've eaten here three times and my experience with the food and the waitstaff has been the same each time. The food is great - it's always fun and interesting and well made. The waiter/waitress is extremely attentive and informative from the beginning until the main meal is served, then disappears for a really long time after the empty plates are cleared. I don't know if it's a tactic, maybe to give customers a chance to digest their large amount of food for 20 -30 minutes before coming around with dessert choices. Or maybe it's just coincidence each time because the place really is busy, but like I said it's been the exact same experience each time. Nonetheless I will be back again because the food is so good."

  • "Seasons 52 was a great dining experience. Service was outstanding. Food was fresh and delicious. Ambiance was great, they even had a great singer/piano player that had a beautiful voice. Highly recommended."

  • "Went here with my family for my father's birthday. The food is absolutely delicious every time and the waiters are very knowledgeable about the extensive wine list. Always a great dinner here, can't wait to come back!"

  • "Salmon was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bay scallops. The service was great. The hostess was so pleasant and helpful. Flatbread was perfect, not too filling that you were full before your meal but tasty. Wine was great. Everything was presented so nicely. This was my third or fourth time and my husband's first. He would definitely go back. Thanks for a lovely experience."

  • "Whenever and whichever Seasons 52 we dine at - the food and service is consistently great! The Westbury restaurant was outstanding for food and service.."

  • "The first time was a great experience. We went for happy hour (wine flight & flatbread $15) Our waiter was great! Attentive and friendly. This was the winter menu & we very much enjoyed it. This time we went back for the summer menu happy hour, was slightly disappointed that the wines were the same, nicer if the flights changed with the seasons. The restaurant was empty when when arrived but after another couple came into the restaurant about 15 mins after us, the couple was seated right next to us....which made it uncomfortable, we could hear each other's conversations clearly in an empty restaurant. Our waitress was not good or attentive, almost seemed like we were bothering her by being there!"

  • "Season's 52 simply accommodates all requests from swapping out my white linen napkin for a black one (yes that is a common request) to serving us a taste of wine to make sure it is what you like before pouring a glass, to genuine nice service that is given from the hostess and the waiter. The food is delicious and the ambiance is perfect for a night out with friends."

  • "Best filet mignon entree. Delicious deserts and awesome flatbread!"

  • "Very healthy preparations, but somewhat expensive for portion size. Six one inch, thinly sliced tuna pieces is not an $18 value. Quiet at lunch time. Service is attentive, but not intrusive. Desserts are rich, but tiny, so a splurge is okay. This is a high-level, but casual restaurant with expense account pricing."

  • "Very disappointed with spring rolls (tiny shrimps and barely any lump crab meat. The lamp chops were the tiniest I have ever seen."

  • "They honored reservation, welcomed us pleasantly, seated us in the "nice and quiet" back room (which was perfect). The food was well prepared and served nicely. Portions and prices were perfect. Wonderful service and never rushed. A new favorite!!!"

  • "We go here often, for lunch or dinner. The service is always outstanding and the food is, too. Just the right portion sizes and we enjoy the seasonal changes and use of organic foods. It's healthy and delicious!"

  • "I had no idea the premise behind this restaurant when I made a reservation. I had heard that the food was good, but was unaware of the low calorie and seasonally rotating menu. The food was delicious. The service was amazing. I will definitely go back! What I thought was just a "mall restaurant" was actually a pleasant surprise."

  • "The menu is great for those watching their calorie intake as all items are less than 500 calories. The food was very good. We will go back!"

  • "Second time I've been here, came with my bridal party this time after a day of dress shopping. Menu is extensive, changes seasonally, everything is under 475 calories and the prices are reasonable, but more importantly, the flavor is superb. Very nice ambiance, warm and comfortable, fun inventive cocktail list as well"

  • "I came here a few weeks ago for my sister's 30th birthday party, the restaurant handled our 20 person table beautifully with a lot of great humor and help in choosing menu items. I got a ride to get with the date only this past Friday night, I had to get another wonderful experience! The food is wonderful, the glasses of wine are nice and full, and the wait staff was friendly and helpful! The concept of a changing menu for each season truly shows how far were thinking this restaurant is with exciting new recipes every three months. It is definitely the type of restaurant you want to continue to go back to since there are always new items to try!"

  • "We had dinner for 4 on a Tuesday night. The valet service was welcomed since at times it's very hard to find a parking space at this mall. We were greeted warmly and seated immediately upon arrival in a booth in the bar area where we found the ambiance and sound level (low & muffled) to be excellent. Our wait person, who happened to also be the bartender was very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Now the food. I found it to be fair but the other 3 diners thought it was good, therefore the 3 stars. The lobster flat bread was soggy. The stuffed mushrooms tasted pre-made or frozen. The sea scallops and BBQ chicken salad entrees got good grades. The lamb chops were chewy. The Chocolate PB Swirl & Mocha Macchiato deserts were scrumptious."

  • "The service and ambiance of this restaurant is outstanding. The best I have encountered in a long time. Tables are spread apart - no one on top of each other. Noise level down even with a piano player. The food was tasty and just enough to satisfy and low calories too. I really thought because its a chain it would have been "watered" down but surprising its not."

  • "I have been to Seasons 52 twice and both times didn't disappoint. The service is very good. Waiters are knowledgeable and attentive. The food is surprisingly excellent considering the low calories....which is a sense makes it that much more impressive and delicious. The ambiance is warm with wood overtones and soft lighting. However, some areas the restaurant can improve upon...The wait time for a reserved table can range from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. If the bar is full, there is no where to sit. In addition, when I make reservations I ask for the main dining room, because the back dining room lacks most of the ambiance and soft lighting."

  • "Had lunch at seasons 52 during a very rainy Saturday and loved it. We had flatbreads and the mahi mahi tacos as well as a nice glass of wine. A really nice lunch."

  • "My family and I had an excellent meal at Season's 52. The salmon was absolutely outstanding and the artichoke and goat cheese flatbread was very yummy. Would definitely have it again. Our favorite part of dinner was dessert. We never order desserts when we go out for dinner, but the mini indulgences are totally worth it! We left raving about all three that we tried. They're the perfect size. You don't have to feel guilty about them since they're under 300 calories and they're only $2.75! What a deal!"

  • "Seasonal menu means that they always have something interesting, in addition to the delicious dishes on their main menu. The portions are large, but everything tastes healthy and fresh. Try the desserts - little shot glasses filled with YUM! -- so you don't have to feel guilty about a little splurge!"

  • "We ate here for the first time on a Friday night. The valet parking was welcome and went smoothly. Our table was ready when we walked in. The server was there quickly but didn't rush us. He knew the wine list and knew the menu and was very helpful. We enjoyed the food and especially enjoyed paying a reasonable price for for a reasonably sized plate of good food that we could completely finish and not feel like we had eaten a bowling ball. They get the portions right here. No leftovers to go moldy in the fridge."

  • "The food was flavorful, nicely presented, share-able portion size. The menu emphasizes seasonal specialties, and describes the dishes well, including calorie counts. Nice selection of salads, seasonal soups, flatbreads. Surprisingly good wine list--something for every taste and budget. The staff was friendly. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the tables were far enough apart so you don't feel like you're sitting in your neighbor's lap. I'll go back."

  • "Food was great! Although my first dinner choice I was told they didn't have . The wine was great and delicious! It was a bit pricey but was worth it! Bar had a piano player and singer. It was a nice atmosphere! I would re commend this resturant ! The only negative waitress was not very attentive!"

  • "The couple we dined with had never been to Seasons 52 and were concerned that they were going to have a boring, low calorie and unsatisfying meal. Boy, were they pleasantly surprised. We started with lovely wines and martinis, followed by delicious flatbreads and entrees. Finished up with yummy mini bites of dessert. Just enough and simply delicious. We walked out satisfied but not stuffed and uncomfortable. Piano player at bar also a delight. Vibrant scene with just the right amount of crowd for a Saturday night. Service is prompt and polite, without rushing you. All in all, a lovely night that I look forward to repeating."

  • "This has become my very favorite restaurant. Family knows especially for my birthday and or anniversary this is where I want to go. Also just for no reason....love their menu. Also have eaten at the one in Orlando when in Fla. We especially love their flatbreads."

  • "we had a lovely trout dinner. we ordered an arugula salad which must have been laying around from the day before. We sent it back and the waitress was kind enough to ask us if we wanted another one. We ordered the Caesar salad which was just a little better than the arugula salad. I have a suggestion, do not cut your salads ahead of time. I know because I make salad every night and it is crisp and fresh. Everything else was excellent."
