I have been to this Seasons 52 many times. The food is always excellent and the service impeccable. The only negative about the complete restaurant experience is the noise level. This time I asked for as quiet a table as possible. The hostess was very accommodating and put us at an out of the way table near the outside of the building. The noise was much less and it fine for a "first date." However, the noise level is really a negative for any kind of dinner or supper experience where people want to converse. I have shied away from there for business lunches.

Seasons 52 was one of the few restaurants that has exceeded my expectations. We arrived for our reservation early to enjoy the piano bar. Surprisingly, the bartender spent a lot of time explaining different drinks to my wife to provide her with something she would enjoy. Next, we were taken to our table in the back and received a hand-written note wishing us a happy anniversary. Our server took great care to ensure we had a pleasant experience from wine recommendations through the dessert. The trout was superb and the branzino, served headless, was the perfect size and absolutely delicious. Seasons 52 provided us with an experience that we typically only receive from much pricier establishments.

I cannot say enough good things about our experience this week. My wife and I celebrated our 25th anniversary and Seasons 52 ensured that we had an incredible evening. The entire wait staff and the manager went out of their way to wish us a happy anniversary. The food was amazing (app, salad, entrée and dessert). There were so many options for entrees under 500 calories which was another great perk. The service was top notch and they had great live music in the bar that you could hear throughout the restaurant. We never felt rushed. The manager came over to let us know that they had run out of port wine, but that they would be happy to bring us another dessert wine at no charge.... they even comp'd our dessert because of it.

Loved the Lobster Flatbread, tender & flavorful quail, cedar-planked salmon was delicious, great selection of wines by the glass, superb service, vegetables were slighty overcooked, but Brian immediately brought it to manager's attention, who then gave us a voucher for our next visit! Wonderful small desserts which are perfect, tasty and inexpensive! Love the live piano player/singer in the bar - don't forget to tip her! Overall, a great dining experience.

Season's 52 is a fun place to enjoy friends, or have a romantic dinner. The ambiance is perfect as is the food and wine. The menu and theme appeal to a young crowd, and also to a "vintage" crowd as was our case. We met friends and drank wine and had a wonderful experience.

Beautiful space and great location. Bar was great and the bartenders were attentive but not very helpful. Once we moved to the dining room the experience went down hill. Our server was slow and not attentive at all. She didn't seem to genuinely care about our experience. Our entree's were dissapointing as well. The filet ordered medium was dry and bitter, way too charred. The pork tenderloin we replaced it with was also dry and seemed more like bits and pieces of pork. The manager did try to help and seemed genuine. We weren't asking for anythjng for free we just wanted good service and food. For the prices it should be much much better.

What an absolutely extraordinary experience for all of us! This birthday dinner is now solidly etched into our family lore as a memorable dining experience to which all others shall be compared. The ambience is warm and inviting. Service was well-timed and friendly. Love the décor - dark wood, lighting, and view of the kitchen-but at table too dim for easy reading. We had the caramelized sea scallops, the vegetarian tacos, and the butter nut squash soup and cedar-plank grilled salmon. Each menu item we tried was fresh and prepared superbly. Shared bites, smiles, and proclamations of goodness went around the table. Mini-indulgence desserts were just right. Excellent value! We'll be back soon just because they're that good!

Food is devoid of flavor. The mushroom/goat cheese flatbread had no flavor, the arugual salad was overpowering in it's bitterness (way too much truffle oil as well), and the rack of lamb was terrible- was charred on the outside and completely without flavor otherwise (it just taste burnt; i ordered it med. rare). Pretty much the only things I thought that tasted good were the stuffed mushrooms. Service was mediocre..The waiter wasn't too much help with the wine list, and when I didn't finish my lamb (I had a whole section of rack of lamb still on my plate), he just started to take my plate away without even asking if I wanted to take it with me. I would not eat here again- the food just really isn't up to par, especially for the price.

We felt the waitress was eager for us to leave the table and it was not busy at all. She kept wanting to take our drinks and we were not finished. It got to be almost comical. It made the lunch with our out-of-town guests less than relaxing. The waiter that delivered our food asked us to move our plates we were using for appetizers and "to hurry". And then they wanted to take the appetizers that we weren't finished with. The food was delicious and drinks from the bar wonderful.

Seasons 52 is a wonderful place with great food and impeccable service. I was 15 min late due to traffic and was seated courteously by very accommodating and understanding staff. Seasons 52 is one of those restaurants for a special occasion. The service is beyond great and the atmosphere is very nice. However, it was surprisingly noisy and the piped in music made talking a challenge. Most of the food was terrific. My wife and I had different appetizers and salads, and they couldn't have been better. Try the butternut soup. It's really great! Our Entrees were delicious, but the vegetables were honestly not up to par with the rest of the food. The brocolini was limp and rubbery and the crushed new potatoes were dry. The desserts we chose were wonderful. I want to try the rest of them!! All-in-all it was a very positive experience, and we will definitely come back.

We were seated in a quiet area of the restaurant and had a great view of pedestrian traffic. The bar area seemed to be active and hopping, but we're 3 steps away from being called "elderly," so we didn't care. :-) Melissa was our server. She acknowledged that we were first-timers, spent time with us, answered our many questions, and helped to make our experience so memorable. Our appetizer was good (not great), salads were good, entrees (filet with vegetables and mashed potatoes, sea bass baked with herbs, served with vegetables and tiny potatoes) were PHENOMENAL, dessert (creme brûlée) was PERFECT (not oversized, small and delicious). We enjoyed Seasons 52 and will return soon.

Planning a date night I had decided to surprise the spouse with lifelong friends meeting us there. We arrived early to have a few drinks at the piano bar, the waitress met us and informed us that we could continue using her as our dinner table, which we did. Our guests arrived and the atmosphere was great for conversation. The waitress did not rush us and allowed us to catch up with each other. When we orsered the dinner the food was fresh and delicious. That we were able to hear each other was enjoyable and the waitress made the first experience here superb!

The hostess was pretty rude when we first arrived. The things she started showing the trainee while we were waiting could easily have waited until we had been seated as they were not busy at all at the time. The appetizer was the highlight of our dinner (Ahi tuna tartare). The filet was good, but the potatoes and vegetables were not seasoned at all, very bland. My husbands scallops were overcooked. We may go back for appetizers, dessert and maybe a drink. But probably not for a three course meal.

Seriously - if you are reading this and you still have time to get to Seasons on August 24 for Restaurant Week - stop what you are doing, make a reservation and get there TODAY. We were able to try several places during restaurant week and Seasons was by far the winner on value and were the winner as well on overage experience. For restaurant week they offered a 5 course meal for $35 and did not skimp on any of the offerings. No one else is even in their league on value. The experience is still outstanding also. We have been to Seasons before and it has never disappointed but this was beyond the pale. There are simply not enough good words to describe our wonderful visit there. Restaurant week was a 5 Star meal for $35 at Seasons.
