Our waitress was not the best ...so the meal got off to a rough start.
We ordered a bottle of wine and instead of pouring for the table she topped off 4 glasses and went to get another bottle but was gone over 10 minutes
Four of us had our glasses filled while the other 2 waited with empty glasses and not even water to sip on.
We found a manager who then got the bottle to pour for our table.

We had the $15 flatbread/3 samples of wine happy hour choice. We would go back for this. Tried the chicken skewers and the different flavor hummus w/dippers from the appetizer menu. Well worth it. The crispy ahi tuna salad had beautiful presentation and the ahi seared just perfectly! We shared a tasty chocolate/peanut butter dessert. Can't go wrong for $2.50 and not much guilt!! The outdoor area has been enclosed and beautifully done! We will be back Seasons 52. We had a couple of people bail due to the hour but the eventually sat us in a private dining room overlooking a lake. He comp'ed us a couple of bottles of cab and quickly turned out our orders. The food was wonderful, the wine superb, and the service provided by Sean was exceptional. I have only been to the Altamonte location once and Sean had been my server. Even though it was nearly eight months ago, Sean remembered me and what type of wine I preferred. Impressive. This is our favorite special occasion date night but this is the first time we brought our teenage children. They thoroughly enjoyed themselves and especially loved the small desserts. The flatbreads are great as well as the entrees. The only two items that I do not prefer are the sushi and the ceviche. The sushi did not taste fresh and some of the rice on the outside of the rolls were very hard. The ceviche is ok if you do not like traditional ceviche. They add a creamy sauce to it which I do not prefer. I had previously dined at the Tampa location and had a great experience. This time was no different. It was my parents' first time dining at Seasons 52 and they enjoyed it very much. I made my reservation online that morning, we received free champagne at the bar because it was my mother's birthday, we had a view of the lake from our table, the food was fresh, healthy and I love that portion control is implemented. The food, as always, was impeccable, and the wine list was very complete. Service was great, as expected. The only negative we had was that there was a very bright setting sun off the outdoor patio where we sat. We asked a couple of times if they could pull the curtain so that we didn't have bright sunlight in our faces, and no one seemed to know how. Once it finally got closed it was great, but then the manager came over a half-hour later and opened it again. Everyone in our corner kind of protested, saying "Close it!", but he kept it open. The flatbread was delicious (generous garnishing of arugula as advertised by waitress); the bread had the perfect structure, enough to hold the weight of the toppings, soft and crunchy.
The steak was cooked to perfection (my definition of medium-rare), very tender and juicy, you can definitely taste the oak flavor from the grill; asparagus was great and fresh); mash potatoes were not the flavor I expected and perhaps something to be improved.
The shrimp was fresh and delicious, although the risotto was spectacular.
