Food was not as good as it is normally--my duck bahn mi was soggy and had very little duck. Server was sloppy and nervous, kept dropping everything and not as polished as the service is normally. If this was my first visit, I would not go back again. It was a mediocre experience.

The location of this place is weird and hard to find. It is near Whole Foods but around the back. I ended up walking to it as I could not find where to park. When we got there it was not crowded and had our waitress's full attention. As it got more crowded the service deteriated. We ordered the wine flight with flatbread but got the flatbread and finished it before our wine arrived. Not good. I like that they give the calories for each dish and the dishes are low in calories. I would go back but hope that the service is faster. It took over 2 hours to eat our meal which was quite simple. Way too long.

How can you go wrong with portioned-sized meals that are delicious and varied. We enjoyed cocktails, the signature mushroom flatbread, mozzarella and tomatoes, the rainbow trout, scallops and salmon and were pleased with the attention to detail. The wait staff was helpful and we were glad we returned to Seasons 52 for a great meal.

Good food, good atmosphere, good cocktails and excellent service from our waiter made fro a very special evening at Seasons 52. When they found out we were celebrating an anniversary, they showed us the love with complimentary bubbly, free desserts and a set of glasses. First class all the way. Food was very good, and steak & bleu cheese flatbread appetizer was the bomb!

The food here is great - there is a lot of attention to details. The portion sizes are perfect, and I love the mini-desserts, which allow you to indulge even after a meal. It is quite noisy in the restaurant with live music and everyone speaking over it, so not very romantic.

Very noisy everywhere, especially close to the bar with its extra loud "music", or whatever that was. The waiter succeded rattling off tyhe chef's specials in record time but we, four somewnat older(78 plus) people, could not hear half of the items- and not because some of us wears hearing aid.Something should be done about the noise! Kudos to the valet parking guys: they were fast, courteous and efficient.

We are lucky enough to live in Bethesda with about 1,000,000 restaurants but it's worth the drive up to Rockville (or over to Tysons) to go to Seasons 52. The food is always clean/healthy, fresh, and yummy. The chefs are always able to accommodate my family's food allergies and picky eaters. On Friday, we asked to sit where we could hear the musician and the hostess led us to the perfect spot for seeing him play, yet not too close to preclude conversation. Our waiter, James, was extremely knowledgable about the menu and especially about the wines. An excellent experience overall.

I've been to Seasons 52 for business lunches and decided to take my husband, our young child and my in-laws there for a birthday celebration. Seasons 52 went above and beyond to make it a really special evening for our party. I had absolutely no idea they would do this, but they provided a champaign toast, special dessert, photo, etc. It was really unexpected - but so very much appreciated! I ordered flowers for delivery to the restaurant via OpenTable and that worked out great. The food was impeccable. Our server, Andres, was just right - attentive and knowledgeable w/out being intrusive or overbearing. HIGHLY recommended.

We initially fell in love with Seasons 52 ... it has all the ingredients for a great dining experience, delicious, healthy, low-calorie food, terrific shot glass size desserts and lovely, elegant, yet comfortable ambience. After our first few experiences, however, we've noticed a troubling trend in the quality of the service. In fact, the last four times we've been, it's been extremely slow. It seems our waiter/waitress is stressed out and struggles to meet the needs of his/her tables and we get forgotten. We've waited as long as 20 minutes just to get the bill. The first time we chalked it up to an aberration, the second time a concern, but the fourth time, an undeniable problem that has now shifted our perception of this restaurant.

    1) Delicious food 2) reasonable portions 3) fresh seasonable menu 4) fantastic wine list 5) outstanding service = one of our favorite restaurants. We started with the red wine flight plus flat breads (artichoke & goat cheese and the roma tomato). For dinner my wife had the scallops and I had the cedar plank salmon. Everything was delicious and I would order again (although there are so many other delicious choices, that maybe not...) As with any great restaurant, the service is what really make Seasons 52. Our server was the best. Very friendly and attentive. We could not have had better service. Go and enjoy.

I would like to give the dining experience five stars, but there was a service problem with our initial waitress. We switched dining areas (by choice) and informed the manager of the problem and he responded to our displeasure appropriately and immediately. The staff that we interacted with for the remainder of our dining experience were very professional and simultaneously fun. This is my second visit to Bethesda’s Seasons 52 and I absolutely love the food.

Had a lovely time. It was our anniversary and they had a rose and an anniversary card waiting at our table and delivered 2 glasses of prosecco for us. Very nice touch. Food was delicious. We were worried that the under 475 calorie theme would bring small portions at inflated prices. We were very pleased that the portions were perfect and the price was very appropriate. We did not leave hungry or over stuffed. Also, the added pleasure of a live pianist in the bar was a plus.

This was my first time dining at Seasons 52 and I liked it so much I went back for lunch the next day. The food is all fresh and local and the menu changes with the seasons. The menu has a lot of variety in terms of appetizers, flatbreads, small plates and entrees. The dishes were imaginative and we loved everything we had (especially the lobster, mozzarella and roasted pepper flatbread). They bring the dessert tray around to your table and the desserts are small enough that you can have one without feeling too full. The wine list was excellent and finally, the menu lists the calorie count of each item, so it's great for those on a diet. Next time I'm near Bethesda, Season 52 is where I'm eating.

We booked an early dinner on a Sunday evening to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and mentioned that on our Open Table reservation. Our server Sayed, made this one of the most memorable and enjoyable dinning experiences to date. From the extra attentive service to the light banter and the sweet card and rose at the end of the meal, my husband and I could not have asked for a more perfect evening. Thank you Sayed!

My husband and I dined with two of our best friends to celebrate my birthday. Flatbread and all our entrees were tasty. I had some dental work that same day but the scallops were so tender they just melt in my mouth. Our server was attentive and courteous. One minor observation When I made the reservation, I asked for a quiet space w/less traffic; however, the gentlemen escorted us to a booth close to the kitchen. My husband asked for another table and he obliged.

Seasons 52 in NOrth Bethesda is our "go to" place because of the excellent professional service by staff who are clearly well trained, professional and friendly. The food is excellent - -we have several dishes but they also peridocally change the menu and we love their seasonal changes. The wine selection is outstanding and even more important the maangers and staff are very knowledgeable about wine selection and pairings. And they also provide very good and appropriate entertainment, often offering a pianist and singer with very good "piana man" style music.

We've been to Seasons 52 before and had good meals. However our experience this Friday left us very disappointed and we will not go back. First we had to wait 20 minutes for an 8:00 reservation. So we get seated and our waiter (again very nice) comes to take our order. Both entrees we picked featured broccolini as a vegetable, but they were out of that. I ordered the branzino and my wife ordered the scallops. When they arrived they had the substitute vegetables switched. My fish was overcooked to the point of being inedible, but to quote Woody Allen "at least the portion was small". I returned it and after a long wait they brought a new one. This time edible but not great. They scallops were also overcooked and dry.

Waiter Philiph was great helping with choosing the right wine for food and he made the whole evening to be enjoyable. Unfortunately when the main course was brought to my family, I was notified that there is no tuna tartar-very disappointing. There were not many choices to supplement it with a small dish containing sea food, not just salad. I have chosen chicken which was not good in texture but covered with sauce was eatable. We like to visit this place for special occasions and when we want to have small nicely prepared food.

My wife had been wanting to go here for months. I finally made a reservation. The service was excellent. Any time staff walked by the table and there was trash or an empty plate, they promptly removed it no matter who they were. They host stopped by the table as well as a manager to introduce themselves and to let us know to find them if we needed anything. Waitress was knowledgeable of menu and made recommendations when asked. Appetizers food and drinks arrived at appropriate times. The food was good as well. The pairings of entrees worked well but with such a low limit of calories i feel flavor is slightly sacrificed, but as stated before the food did taste good.

We hadn't been to Seasons 52 in a while, so I was happy that our return visit was wonderful. Our server, Katherine, was such a sweetie. She was attentive, kind and thorough. My drink, one of the specialty cocktails, was great! My Honey's drink was a little weak, despite having to have it made over. But this did not kill the show. The food was delicious. We enjoyed items from the Fall menu. We will be back again soon.

Seasons 52 is my go to place. and yet it is always a toss up whether it's outstanding or good. The variations are always in service. This time, the server shorted the wine pour. Since this place has wine pouring perfected, I commented after the server completed the pour. She said nothing and did nothing to add the extra half ounce so the wine was "at the bottom of the 52" on the glass. She left. I decided not to touch the wine and return it. The manager came over. I asked HIM to do the wine pour. He did so perfectly. I thanked him and asked for a different server. He asked we give "Kate" another chance. We did and all went well after that. Such an unnecessary start to what evolved into a lovely evening with my guest.

Seasons 52 has a exceptional menu, and does an excellent job bringing local ingredients to the table in interesting dishes with appropriate portions. The flatbreads are particularly good, and we quite liked the seafood and steak dishes. The desserts are very nicely displayed: the serving sizes are perfect and the array of options is enough to provide variety without being overwhelming.

My wife and I both enjoyed the food and service, but hope that the cold temperature of the room was an anomaly. I enjoyed my Greek salad and filet mignon and my wife thought her fish dish was very tasty; however, the room was so cold as to make me think twice about whether I'd return. Many of the ladies had brought sweaters, but most of the men wore short-sleeved shirts and many were rubbing their arms to warm themselves up. I mentioned it to the waiter, but he just shrugged it off saying that yes, it was cold, but the staff doesn't notice because they are moving around so much. Hooray for the staff! Doesn't do much for the customer.
