Have been to Season's 52 4 times. First 3 were great. Most recent one was not so good because the service was quite bad. Dirty dishes left on the table for a long time even after multiple requests to have them taken away; waitress not very attentive, which is unusual for this place.

My wife and I both enjoyed the food and service, but hope that the cold temperature of the room was an anomaly. I enjoyed my Greek salad and filet mignon and my wife thought her fish dish was very tasty; however, the room was so cold as to make me think twice about whether I'd return. Many of the ladies had brought sweaters, but most of the men wore short-sleeved shirts and many were rubbing their arms to warm themselves up. I mentioned it to the waiter, but he just shrugged it off saying that yes, it was cold, but the staff doesn't notice because they are moving around so much. Hooray for the staff! Doesn't do much for the customer.

We've been to Seasons 52 many times before and the food was superb. I don't know about this time. The food was okay and the service nothing to rave about. It was a 4th year anniversary and I know when I made the reservation, I indicated this. Nothing, no mention what at all. A bit disappointing. And, the prices, well, we think they are a bit much. Probably won't be dining there in the future.

I had the salmon on the cedar plank. Couldn't have been better. The fish was fresh and perfectly cooked. The sides were hard to tackle because they were served in a cutesy dish and a little underdone. The asparagus could have used another minute of cooking, but otherwise it was a nice combination of asparagus, a potato and roasted onions. That particular night I really enjoyed the bar singer. He was soft, sang great songs (oldies) and the music did not make it hard to hear my companion. Other nights that I have been here the music has been loud and disturbing.

I was anxious to share my previous experiences with family that had never been. Unfortunately, of the food, service and ambiance, only one stood out. I made a reservation for 7:30PM and was not seated until 8:00PM. Although there was comfortable seating, it was right next to the bar, where a lovely young woman was wailing - more appropriate for a club than an intimate bar. (Note, the last time I was there, the singer was a pleasant voiced gentleman and added to the dining experience.) The noise level and temperature were too loud and too cold. Our server disappeared after we ordered-we did not see her for at least a 30 minute stretch, until we requested to see the desserts. The food was excellent, but failed in all other respects.

Three of us went to Seasons 52 for a birthday celebration. The food was incredibly fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented; service was friendly, prompt, and personal; every detail was perfect. The restaurant is gorgeous and comfortable; a predominance of natural wood throughout and a picture window through which the clean and busy kitchen is in full view. It was fun to glance up and see the various sculptural food items being assembled. It's hard to recommend one item since they were all amazing. The menu changes by season and the specials are updated weekly. Booth seating was pleasantly private. I definitely recommend Seasons 52. A treat for all the senses and a memorable dining experience. We'll be back!

As always, Season's 52 provides a great evening for a birthday, anniversary, first date, drinks with friends....you name it. Season's 52 does not disappoint. Food is always delicious and nicely presented and the bar actually knows how to make a cosmopolitan correctly! :-) Our server was a little slow and not particularly warm, but did a fine job. Season's 52 is one of my favorite "go to" places

I had two great meals over a six month period, followed by two bad ones. In both of those the main problem was service. From the time it took between being seated to finally placing our order, to the half hour it took to get our entrees, to the mysterious disappearances of our waitress throughout the meal, things just dragged. Other customers we talked to on the way out had the same experience. I'll wait for a positive recommendation from a trusted friend before going again. What a shame!

First time and would definitely go back. Very flexible in changing our table from front room to main dining room when requested. Our waiter, Mustafa, was fantastic and hope the next time I am there he is working! Food was delicious and desserts are a perfect size to top off dinner. They are served in shot glasses and ready to eat when you pick them off the plate of options.

  • comparing N. Bethesda to Naples, FL

... Having just had dinner a few days earlier with my dad, step-mom and brother at Seasons 52 in Naples, FL, then again with a friend in N. Bethesda, MD, I couldn't help but notice how much skimpier the vegetable portions - and main course - were up here. It was striking. Maybe 25% of the side vegetables. In Fla, my step-mom had to take home half her fish for easily two more meals, and up here I was easily able to finish. I'm not one to want more than I can eat, or holler for large portions! Just so apparent that, for the same price, a diner gets much less in Maryland. Everything was delicious as always.

Have been here multiple times and have tried many dishes. Haven't had anything we didn't like. Service was exceptional and servers were very knowledgeable about each of the dishes. Some of our favorites include: mussels, venison chops, seared scallops, salmon, and trout. For something refreshing try the ginger agave soda. Each dish under 500 calories. Healthy eating with great flavors.

We had a warm greeting upon entering the restaurant. I had requested a quiet seating and not in the bar area and it was honored. The waiter was very personable and brought us each a small aperitif for my birthday dinner! We ordered the pesto/chicken flatbread for an appetizer and it was delicious. I had the grilled scallops which were excellent and my husband enjoyed the salmon. I was offered one of the mini desserts, which I thoroughly enjoyed, and it was just enough! They also offered to take a picture and put it in a cardboard frame to take home! This was a wonderful evening and we will return.

I found the meal as a whole to be a bit overpriced for the amount served. Specifically the lamb dish... I understand their big thing about each dish being under a certain amount of calories, but we've received more lamb for less at other restaurants, that has tasted better. Scallops were good, slightly undercooked. Corn risotto was delicious, several bites of hard chunks had to spit out. Not sure if it was uncooked or over cooked risotto. Again, I would consider going back for lunch if shopping at Tyson's or something...but the husband officially crossed it off of our dinner date list & he's less picky than I am!
