  • "I am disappointed that the restaurant only has one chicken dish which they run out of early in the evening. If you come at 8:30 whither it is a weekday or weekend, the chicken is no longer available. The manager refuses to have the kitchen prep more chickens . Also I have to reserve a fruit cup for dessert. Again the restaurant will only prep a limited number inspire of high demand. I can understand running out occasionally but can not forgive it as a constant issue that is not corrected. Because of this situation, I can not give Seasons 52 a high rating overall. It is strictly a restaurant for those who dine before 8pm."

  • "The only problem with our dining experience was the noise level. It was much too loud. We couldn't hear what our guests were saying. We asked our server to turn it down which she did. Then 5 mins later it was blasting again. This went on the whole evening. Don't know if I would put myself through that again."

  • "The lower calorie menu of Seasons 52 is welcome and the food is fine although I am surprised that a rack of lamb consisting of eight chops atop a pile of mashed potato is under 500 calories (delighted if that is so, but surprised) The prairie stye decor is warm and the restaurant has several dining areas. However if you are seated in the main space be prepared for a noise level so high that holding a conversation is difficult when the restaurant is full. Otherwise, a fine night out in a friendly place."

  • "We needed a dinner reservation for dining after 9:00 pm. Also still wanted something that did have some vibrancy to it. Season's 52 turned out to be perfect. We decided instead of sitting in the main dining area to try the bar area where you could eat at the bar or in our case, in a nice booth opposite the bar. We had a great waitress who was very attentive and when we were undecided about what wine to choose, she brought us out a few to try until we found a couple to our liking. Also had a piano player behind the bar ( with a piano that rotated) who was great and of course took requests from the crowd. The food and wine really hit the spot and we went home knowing that we would go back."

  • "Our waiter was the best!!!! We brought some friends to introduce them to Season 52. They were very impressed with the service and presentation of food. The noise level was too high---the music at the bar made it difficult for us to have a conversion. Is there any way we can request a quiet location when making our reservations?"

  • "Food and Menu was good, but from cocktails to desert we were shuffled out in approx. 65 minutes. The surprise was during the wait staff rushing us for ordering and whisking away plates just as we finished the last mouth-full; which was briefly interrupted by being showered from behind with broken wine glasses due to wait staff carelessness. Management and servers seemed to be very different from prior dinners there, always rushing, without seemingly waiting to see what the customer preferred--except for the check which always takes time to catch the waiter for the bill. Rush, Rush, Rush, then Crash-clink, Rush, Rush again, Rush for coffee and deserts with a loooong desert demo, then wait to catch the server's eye to get the bill."

  • "Everyone went out of their way to wish us a happy anniversary...whether they were serving us or simply just passing by our table. We also enjoyed the complimentary champagne toast! Our food was excellent, and the portion sizes were perfect, especially the mini-desserts. We were able to indulge without feeling the slightest bit guilty! My husband and I look forward to celebrating our next special occasion with you! Thank you for making our evening so special."

  • "Nice ambiance, however, the food was mediocre and the service worse. We were a table of 3. The waitress asked us if we had ever been there before. Not all of us had. She told us a little about the Seasons 52 concept but did not go into the details that my dinner companions had heard before. We also listened to the waiter at the next table give wonderful descriptions about many of the menu items while our waitress said nothing unless we asked about a particular item. I ordered the cedar plank salmon. The waitress asked if I wanted it cooked medium or well. I said I like it moist. It was delivered well done, in fact, it was so dry I had trouble scraping it off the plank. My wife had the trout, which was also a little dry."

  • "When my husband said he was taking me to a place where everything was under 475 calories, I was expecting something low key and casual, with a pretty plain menu. I was taken by surprise. This was an excellent menu with a lot of selection and an incredible wine list. Everything we had was exceptional. We shared the warm tomato burrata salad and the hummus combo. These were excellent. My tuna salad was a nice addition, and my husband's filet done to perfection. Live piano player was a nice addition. I will certainly come again."

  • "Our waiter was nice and friendly, but we felt like we were being rushed to finish our meal. I had not even finished half of my salad when our dinner appeared (steak and lobster). I expected a much classier environment and more relaxed dinner and service for a Naples restaurant. It struck me as a fast food restaurant environment. With all the fine dining choices in Naples, and we've been staying and dining here since 1988, we will not be returning to this restaurant."

  • "Matthew, server extraordinaire , redeemed Seasons 52 from the despicable evening that we endured and remembered from a year ago: stolen wine still in our glasses by the server clearing our table.. We only returned this time due our visitors' request to dine there. Thankfully, Matthew is an astute 'people reader" and honed in on our wanna be comedian in the group. Along with a thorough but not overdrawn menu explanation Matthew served our wine, appetizers, salads and entrees over a well timed dinner peppered with appropriate check-ins and delightful suggestions, "subliminal message" as he passed by with a bright smile and the dessert tray. We will be back."

  • "Dinner was wonderful, 2 first-timers who loved every bite. Waitress was great, friendly, sincere. We were all happy with our entrees. Noise is always a drawback, when Seasons is crowded, in season in Naples, FL, it's hard to hear each other. Open dining room areas do nothing to improve ambiance or privacy. Bring back booths and walls........ Otherwise, we'll be back."

  • "We have been to Seasons 52 many times, and this is the first time that our scallops was only warm. Also I always have the Shrimp/Lobster spring rolls and this time I was very disappointed. There was very little to no seafood, more cabbage etc. This will not stop us from going back. Will try these items again."

  • "I went to Seasons 52 for a Sunday afternoon meal. It was about 5pm and quite busy for that time. The food was great. We tried the lamb meatball flatbread from the spring menu which was very tasty. Also the kale Caesar salad and rack of lamb were wonderful as usual. Can't leave without a mini desert. We were seated in the front dining room which was quieter than the main room. Very nice ambiance with windows open. Each time we go to Seasons 52 we have such a nice time that we keep coming back"
