  • "The highlight of dinner was the physical restaurant. It looks a little upscale, nice seating and VERY good singer on the piano. The waitress was overly friendly. She was nice but I was there for a romantic anniversary dinner with my wife and didn't want to hear about her and her husband. She was attentive though. My wife had the salmon and it was a little overcooked and the vegetables were VERY undercooked. The carrots might as well have been raw. She was disappointed. My scallops were good. I also had the tomato soup and it was better. My wife also had a side salad and she did enjoy that. Not gourmet unless you want to just sit at the bar and have appetizers and drinks. If you think Olive Garden is OK then this may be a little better."

  • "It was our anniversary and we were hoping for a nice experience. The food was very good, even though it took too long to get to the table. The biggest downfall was our waitress, Jillian. She was slow, she obviously did not know the menu, she was rude. She acted like we were a bother to her the whole time. We would definitely come back, but we will insist on a different waitress."

  • "Made reservations 4 days in advance only to be given a beeper at the door. Waited to be seated, then was invited for follow the hostess who found half way through that the table she was guiding us to was already occupied! So, we returned to the entrance and the manager himself got us seated. He was very apologetic. The service was very slow, it was Saturday night and I was hoping to celebrate my daughter's 21st in a nice memorable atmosphere. We waited for 1h10min to get our food, which we ordered TOGETHER with an appetizer. The manager did come to check on us and apologized fro the slow kitchen. My daughter came straight from work and was so looking forward to her special meal. Unfortunately the food wasn't worth the wait."

  • "Free valet. Live piano at the bar, good drinks. Helpful waitstaff. Wine list was ample, but not extensive. Good food with reasonable portions. Food tasted fresh and well seasoned. Desserts were superb! For a chain restaurant, this was better than expected. It did not have that chain restaurant taste. We will likely return."

  • "This was my 4 the visit to Seasons 52. My salad which was my meal was brought out well before anyone else's food was served. My friend ordered the wild salmon on the special menu and they burned it and then brought it out under cooked. The manager came over and explained what had happened and on the third try it was finally prepared correctly. The food was good but the service was shoddy as they brought out our husbands steaks before the salmon was served properly. We had reservations for 6:30 and weren't finished until 8:30 with all of the delays. Frustrating but we will give it another try- everyone has a bad day"

  • "We had an early reservation and we seated immediately in the windowed dining room, which was very nice. My companions both had trout and I had pork tenderloin. The green salad was big enough to share and the entrees arrived steaming hot. The only issues were the vegetables (carrots and asparagus) which were not even cooked to crisp tender. The replacements were no better. The pork was perfectly cooked. The mini desserts were rich and delicious."

  • "The wine list is at the very least sufficient. We started with a Ravenswood Select Teldeschi Zinfandel 2011, fruity and bold and tasty after getting a little air. The Ahi Tuna appetizer is delicious. The tuna is fresh and is served over a wasabi laced base. The crusties served with it are salty enough to amplify the tuna. My wife had the salmon on the cedar plank and I had scallops. The salmon went well with the Zinfandel. The six scallops were served over a real great risotto. We finished with the sensibly sized desserts of a Smore and Key Lime pie. The dessert just rounded out dinner. This is a really good place for dinner. We sat in a back area just behind the bar. The noise level was good for conversation."

  • "Memphis' Seasons 52 is in close proximity to three Upper Up-Scale dining establishments. Even though somewhat less expensive than those three, my feeling is that it ranks with them. My wife and I will consider S-52 along the the big three for every special occasion, and sometimes we just may go."

Can be a bit pricey, but most at our table would have been happy with a small plate salad (will know for next time) as the portions were quite large. The flatbread appetizer was really good.   • "I am always a bit leary of trying fresh fish from a restaurant I haven't been to, but I was pleasantly surprised! So were my husband and daughter. He had shrimp, she had the Salmon and I had the best Rainbow Trout !! Since this was for Father's Day, I wanted this to be extra special. From the time we were greeted to our server to the time we left it was just that extra special!! Memphis does not have a great reputation for attentive servers, but I must say that was not our experience!! Thank you for a pleasurable dining experience with excellent food!"

  • "The family went to the restaurant for the first time to celebrate Father's Day. Hostess checked us in but forgot about us even though we were sitting 5 feet from her and we were the only party waiting. She came up us after 10-15 minutes and asked who we were. When she walked us to the table, it was still beng set up. She just walked away and left us standing there. The busboy was more helpful than she was. Fortunately the rest of the meal went smoothly. The regular change in the menu is an interesting concept."
