Its amazing what can be done with entrees that are under 500 calories. We started with the shrimp and scallops ceviche with mango pineapple and coconut. My daughter and I had a filet mignon with a red wine sauce over asparagus and mashed potatoes and my wife had the Cedar Salmon. We finished our meal with the most amazing single shot desserts. While the Fort Lauderdale location offers the same menu selections as the rest of them (for the given season), this location always falls short in terms of food preparation. See Zagat ratings which confirm this. Food is often over-seasoned (no pun intended) and steaks over or under cooked.
If you live in South Florida, give the Boca Raton location a try. We were celebrating 2 birthdays (party of 4) and had a spectacular time. The server, named Mark, was outstanding. He was very engaging, entertaining, and explained to our "newbies" the menu, specials, and the history of Seasons 52. I recommend this dining establishment to everyone within my voice, to visit and have a time you will not soon forget. The manager, Brent Crismore, was summoned to our table so we could explain the great time we were having and to issue Kudos to Mark, our server. Appetizers - Spicy Pork and Artichoke and Goat Cheese flatbread. Also Tuna Roll Sushi. All three were Excellent.
Dinner - Four had swordfish, one had Chicken Citron, one scallops, one caesar salad. All enjoyed main course
Dessert - we only had one repeat, 6 different mini indulges
Service was smooth, drinks refilled at really nice pace, not intrusive.

He was impressed with the friendliness of the staff and the knowledge of our server about food. I had the best roasted pork tenderloin I ever had and my husband cleaned his plate of Boned in strip steak. The flat bread was delicious. My husband was treated to a desert of his choice on the house. I felt very healthy - everything on the menu is less than 475 calories, but it seemed like the way food was meant to be. Delicious with an emphasis on quality, not quantity. The service was AMAZING and our server, Ray, told me that he would accomodate anything - even if it meant he had to go someplace to get an ingredient. Portions are not big like we are used to, but for us, that was part of its charm. Had we had a huge portion, we probably would have just taken half home. We went in and the greeting/host was less than enjoyable. We sat for our 815 resv at 835, no worries. Then they brought us to the table that was the closest in the house to the kitchen. I asked if she read the resv and she said sorry and then just looked at me. We sat and our server (nice I forget his name) was double sat and we get it. He said hello and said he would return. After a few min a sweet server named Cindy recognized by our expressions that we were not starting well. She came over and went above and beyond.
