I had lunch here on Wednesday and again on Sunday so I think that tells you, in a nutshell, how much I like Seasons 52. Fall is my favorite time of year and I love all fall foods. The chef has done it again with his wonderful menu. Come try it, I know you'll like it.

Seasons 52 was referred to me by a friend after I had asked about nice restaurants in the Orange County area. I wanted to take my gf somewhere nice with good food and so I made reservations the day before. Though we had reservations, we still had to wait about 15 minutes before we were offered a choice of sitting inside or outside. We opted to sit outside since inside sitting would require a longer wait. I must admit that I was a little disappointed, but it wasn't a deal breaker. Service was as expected, but the food was exceptional. Meals were prepared with quality ingredients and weren't too heavy. Would I come back? Yes, but maybe on a night when I'm not extremely hungry because there could be a long wait even with reservations.

The food quality was pretty bad this time for some reasons. We had the steak salad, the meat was dry. The salad dressing was terrible. BuBut he wines and Flatbread pizza were fine. Also had the tuna tartar, it was kind of tasteless.

I have eaten at this particular location since it opened. I was amazed then that 475 calories or less could taste so good and I was not disappointed at lunch last time I ate there. I brought a friend who had never eaten at any Seasons 52 restaurants and she was delighted. I love that the menu changes with the seasons so one never gets bored with the food choices. Try it ... you'll like it.

It was really nice when the waitress brought my husband a birthday card. Simple touches are what set Seasons 52 apart.....along with great food. Deserts are amazing! We had an excellent lunch but had been hoping for a Sunday brunch, my fault for not checking before I made the reservation.

The service and food were excellent. The manager went out of his way to help us celebrate our friends 50th but starting us off with a champagne toast. The food is always extremely well prepared and the service is what it is suppose to be like professional, yet friendly and engaging.

We've heard great things about Seasons 52 and were excited to try it out to celebrate our birthdays and anniversary. We had a reservation yet still waited about 15min. past the time and the restaurant didn't seem completely full. It was really dark in there, which made it difficult to read the menu; service was good and polite, but kind of slow. Overall the chicken pesto flat bread pizza was the best, the other dishes - salad, brussel sprouts, and sea bass were okay- not the best, not the worst. I enjoyed the low-calorie options but you do have to "eat more" to feel full! The dessert was cool in the shot glasses, but not quite as satisfying as it's limited (texture-wise) by having to fit in a shot glass.

Seasons 52 has a bountiful selection that reflects the season. I ordered the quail with mushroom risotto. While everything on the menu is under 475 calories, the portion of my quail dish made it seem bigger....which left me enough for lunch the next day! I can't wait to go back and try more!

We started off with a couple of appetizers. When they were brought out, we were told that they had run out of one of the appetizers and did we want something else. Our question was why did they wait until they served the food to tell us? We could have ordered something else if we haD known. When the ticket got to the kitchen, wasn't anyone there able to tell someone that the item had been 86'd? Found that to be really strange. We had no idea if this was a common practice for them. We ordered our food at 5:30. If they had a shift meeting, wouldn't it have been discussed that they were low on that one item and to check to see if they still had it before an order was placed. Looks like the kitchen doesn't communicate with the wait staff.

Have dined here many times & never been disappointed! Food innovative, fresh & presented nicely! Server James knowledgeable about all menu items & wine. Kudos to managment for requiring staff to taste food, which enables them to describe it to customers first hand. Extensive vegetarian menu. Great appetizer menu. Decent wine list by glass or bottle. Shared fresh fig with caramelized onions, bacon and goat cheese flatbread; delicious! Cream of corn soup had corn cut off cob in it; very flavorful. Ravioli with Sonoma goat cheese and FRESH tomato salsa wonderful. Best part of meal was dessert; offer about ten served in shot glasses, so diner able to satisfy sweet tooth without sugar/calorie overload! Lovely dining exerience for all!

My family celebrated my birthday at Seasons 52 after a show at Segerstrom. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the ease of the meal. We took our time savoring the flavors of each course and savoring the time with each other out on the patio. I would visit again for a casual meal or a celebration.

Our reservation for 8 people on the patio was ready when we arrived 10 minutes before our reservation time and we were seated and offered beverage service while we waited for the rest of the group to arrive. Every one of our meal items was beautifully presented and delicious. We are individuals with diverse tastes and all were pleased. We especially appreciated the round table and atmosphere that allowed conversation among all of us. That is a rare find.

Celebrating one's spouse's birthday can sometimes be routine. Not this year. A quiet corner booth allowed me to sing my wife's praises over a remarkable artisan meal with tremendous ambiance. She especially liked the gluten-free menu as well as the resulting two-hour conversation. Though not interested in opening her birthday gift(s) in public, we celebrated with a well-placed birthday candle in the top of the complimentary dessert (also gluten-free). With our second and last child heading off to UCLA this fall, we look forward to sharing more evenings together like this at Seasons 52 as newly-found "empty-nesters." Our next visit will likely coincide with the introduction of the Butternut Squash soup on the Autumn menu.

Food was very good and all entrees are 450 calories or less. A bit pricey. Servers very willing to accommodate food sensitivities which is important to me. Only complaint is my order came quite a bit after everyone else's which meant their food had cooled off. Server should have noticed this sooner and taken care of it.

I made my reservations a week ahead of time...they seated us in the "back" room; very dark- cae like if you will. Sorta reminds me of a horror ride at an amuesment park. The food was great - the service was great. ambience really sucked. The moral of the story, when you make reservations...you should clearly state you do NOT want to be seated in the back or rear room.

It was an ok lunch with our friends & the staff were all very friendly & sweet. Not so sweet was the seriously dinky single candle in a shot-glass filled with brown sugar as the restaurant's way of saying "Happy Birthday"... Special occasions should be a little more recognized no? We live locally & this was our 3rd time since their original opening...not sure we would return at all. Our Bday Dinner at Hamamori's Sushi Restaurant was a gazillion times better!!!

Dine here often but it is hit or miss. This time it was miss. We ordered a bottle of Cakebread Chardonnay only to have the server come back and say they were out. Then we tried for the Chalahem Pinot Noir 2012 and they only had the 2011, despite what the menu stated. We ordered two glasses of a so-so white wine, duck flatbread, 2 entrees (salmon and trout) and the grilled Caesar broccoli. The fish seemed way overcooked and the broccoli, well, it did not make it until dessert with the server saying there was a "miscommunication" in the kitchen.
