Diner Reviews
  • "The two of us went here to celebrate a birthday. Was not disappointed. Had a wonderful time. We had reservations and we were promptly seated. in a very roomy booth. My companion was given a birthday card and wished a happy birthday at the start. We each picked a different flatbread to share as appetizers. The artichoke pesto was very tasty but the roma tomato flatbread was exceptional. I dubbed it "pizza of the angels". The entrees came out promptly and were so tasty. They were just unusual enough to make the meal special and familiar enough to not be scary. Overall a good meal and a good experience. I'd go back anytime."

  • "The food here is just wonderful and the wine selections great!! We have had a bit of a slow service problem the last few times....BUT, that being said...the food was terrific!"

  • "One of the best things about a 'chain' is that their system usually produces a consistent and predictable experience. You think of McD's normally..but in Season's case they have it down cold. Great, friendly, competent service with a wonderful menu, nice wines and a fair pour. We've never had a bad meal and even a good experience is sometimes made to look sub-standard when you have truly wonderful other experiences there. Server was fantastic, each item we had was wonderful (recommend the lobster flatbread-unique and good!). We were attended to but not bugged, there was never anything we wanted we didn't get and there was a fantastic mix of noise, music from the bar. Oh, and dessert."

  • "Seasons 52 is just another example of how Darden does restaurants RIGHT. The service was impeccable from the minute we walked in the door to the moment we walked out. The ambiance is delightful. The moment you walk in the foyer, the smell of the wood-fired oven to the bustle of the open kitchen area add some excitement to the experience. We opted to sit on the patio, which was a great choice. Our waiter, David, was great! Helpful and casual but gave you plenty of space. The food was amazing. The flavors were matched beautifully and presented beautifully as well. Overall this was a great experience."

  • "WE ENJOYED OUR DINNER THERE AS WE ALWAYS DO. WE ARE VERY "PICKY", BUT ARE NEVER DISAPPOINTED AT "SEASONS' . YOU HAVE TAKEN THE TIME TO TRAIN THE SERVERS WELL, AND THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY, AND WELL INFORMED ABOUT THE MENU AND YOUR TRAINING "SHOWS", AND ALWAYS BRINGS US BACK FOR ANOTHER FINE EVENING OF DINING. THANK YOU FOR CARING. SEASONS IS ON OUR "SHORT LIST" OF RESTAURANTS IN THE CLOSE PROXIMITY TO OUR HOME THAT WE THINK ARE WORTH OUR PATRONIZING. QUALITY FOOD AND SERVICE SUMS IT UP. MUCH APPRECIATION FOR RUNNING A FINE BUSINESS."

  • "We have dined at Seasons 52 in Altamonte Springs since they opened. The dining experience has not changed from day one. It is a wonderful place for a special meal out. The bar area is also quite nice. Great food and a wonderful wine list."

  • "I was waiting for work to be completed on my car and decided to treat myself t lunch for one. I felt very comfortable eating alone here. I had a featured vertliner wine and the asparagus soup which was just the right consistency, not too flour-y or creamy and the house special lobster-mozzarella flatbread which was very tasty and bright due to very very thin slivers of lemon rind in the mix. This restaurant never disappoints. It was the first time at this location and I was happy with the quality of the experience."

  • "My favorite restaurant to go to with just my husband or a group of friends. Wasn't thrilled with the "chef specials" this visit. Only one entrée and it was the fish. But, as usual, the meal was delicious!"

  • "Cant say enough good things about Seasons 52 of Altamonte. My wife and I are such fans, that we now made it a weekly tradition for our 'date night'. the food is perfect (and right sized), and the service is wonderful. ... big big fans..."

  • "Dined here many, many times and always our go-to restaurant for special occasions and when we have guests in town. Food always great. This time service was poor - server was distinctly cool and didn't smile once. First time this has happened as servers always great in the past. However, will not discourage us from dining there again."

  • "The desserts were the best part of the meal…so petite! Everyone was able to enjoy a bite or two. Baked mushrooms were very delicious, and everyone was happy with their entree. I'm looking forward to a return visit the next time we are in the area."

  • "Had visiting relatives from Cambridge Ontario and wanted to wow them. One person in party was "meat and potatoes" kind of guy - have never seen him eat a veggie - he order trout and ate all veg. and trout - stated the grilled trout was best he ever had. Noise level was quiet, but we ate early before crowd arrived. Very pleasant evening and good meal. Service prompt - love the mini-deserts."

  • "You can always know that the quality of the food will be excellent, and will incorporate the wonderful flavors and food items found in each season. Never get bored with the menu again as it is always fresh and changing. Low calorie items and small mini indulgences will keep your figure intact, but satisfy your palette. Great for gathering with friends or family celebrations. So happy we have two in the Orlando area!"

  • "We like to go Seasons 52 for special occasions. We generally have great food & great service. This last visit was not as good as the previous visits. We felt rushed from the moment we sat down. The food was good but not as great as our previous visits. The check was given to us before we finished our mini desserts."

  • "The pork tenderloin was dry and tasteless and the scallops overcooked but we had a pleasant meal. This was our second Seasons 52 and it pretty much confirmed our feeling about the first time. It was a place to have a good but not exceptional meal in a pleasing environment. Jessica was a wonderful waitress, the wine was good, and the ambiance very comfortable. The pork came with a very good polenta with mushrooms and cipolline; the scallops had a nice risotto with asparagus. We shared the lamb meatball flatbread which was also excelent. The desserts were just the right size as well as being tasty. Thus we had a good meal despite the proteins not being executed perfectly."

  • "The staff was outstanding and the management very generous. The food was very flavorful and presented will. We were celebrating our 38th Anniversary and were treated royally at Seasons52. Several comps to celebrate. Great food and fantastic service. Would absolutely come back for more. Won't wait for a special occasion next time."

  • "We had a wonderful experience. We ordered the lamb flatbread and goat cheese ravioli appetizers. Good portion size and tasty. We ordered the sea scallop main entree. Very good! Cooked perfectly and the lemon rissotto was excellent. The alcoholic drinks were a bit pricey but other than that, I have no complaints. We were seated right on time."

  • "Want fresh? Seasons 52 is. Even the minty lemonade leaves you wanting more. You will not leave feeling full like other restaurants. Light and airy food."

  • "We had our anniversary dinner there one Saturday night. I called ahead and requested a quiet table. They gave us one. The food there is always delicious. They also gave us a surprise desert and champagne to celebrate! We'll be back. Good food, good service and good atmosphere."

  • "My wife and I had never been to Seasons 52 until this week. We had a great experience. The food was fantastic and our service was great. We though that it could be a quieter but was not upset with the atmosphere. The restaurant was full and gave us a good sign of what was to come. We both enjoyed our dinners (Mine the Branzino and my wife's the scallops) along with our salads (mine the warm tomato and mozzarella and hers the organic greens). We thought we would come back and sit near the piano area next time. I am always noticing first impressions that a restaurant makes and the initial hostess could smile more and be more inviting to incoming customers. Nonetheless, we will be back."

  • "My wife and I have eaten at this restaurant at least a dozen times and this is the first time we have been disappointed. The service was slow and, while my meal was excellent, my wife's was a disaster. She ordered two appetizers. Served first was a lobster tail which was so overcooked it was almost impossible to separate the meat from the shell. For her entree she ordered the small fresh arugula salad. Rather than being fresh and crisp, the arugula was limp and soggy, more like cooked spinach! It was so bad she couldn't even finish her small portion. She does not want to go back to this restaurant."

  • "When you reach the age(s) where things aren't what you need or want, enjoying a really good meal together in a really pleasant setting (without being rushed, just attended to) is a delightful way to celebrate a birthday. Having been before, we knew the food options would be intriguing and tasty and hard-choice-making. The wine options were plentiful -- and the recommendations good. It is so nice to be waited on so carefully without being intrusive. We savored our choices and had plenty of time for catching-up talk. What a great way to celebrate a birthday, or any other celebratory excuse for eating together!"

  • "I really enjoy dining at Season 52 restuarants but I find that the service is a bit slow. Most folks have to get back to work...or at least the servers should ask. They do at the Tampa location."

  • "Choosing Seasons52, we hoped we would (again) have great food, superior service in wonderful surroundings - and it proved true. Food: expertly prepared and presented. Love the philosophy of under 500 cal - sooo hard to believe! Service: knowledgeable and professional and caring. Ambiance: Love the open fireplace at the front. Love the piano bar - delightful to hear. Our guests were delighted. Soy triggers migraines for me. Our server stayed on top of my food options and was quick to find out there was soy in the flat breads, and the pasta and the mushrooms were marinaded in soyOur server was quick to offer a "beets" replacement which featured a delicious winter veggie. I can TRUST Seasons 52 to be true to their word; no migraine for me!"

  • "Service was exceptional. Our lunches were delicious. One of the diners had never been to Seasons 52 and was very favorably impressed. The experience exceeded my expectations."

  • "Our dining experience was perfect from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted pleasantly and admired the fireplace in the lobby. We shared a delicious goat cheese flat bread appetiser along with our drinks. The server helped me select a wonderful wine to enjoy with dinner. One of the reasons we go to this restaurant is that they have a special vegetarian menu. I used it to order a my dinner and my partner enjoyed a delicious filet mignon. We had coffee and a choice of mini desserts. The experience was made even better and more enjoyable and romantic because of the music from the piano bar. We will definitely return soon."

  • "Food & service were great. Our waitress was friendly & helpful. The pace of our meal was perfect, prompt w/o being rushed. All of this was managed with the staff dealing with a blown transformer down the street causing a power outage!!"

  • "Season's 52 consistently delivers first class food and service. The seasonal menu changes keep it fresh and the daily additions add extra variety. We started with a menu staple, the shrimp flatbread. Well prepared and the light touch of spice from the BBQ sauce made it the perfect beginning. Trout is done right! Ahi plate and warm beet salad were great. Sweet tooth full desserts are just enough for a pleasant ending."

  • "We have always had a pretty good experience at Seasons 52, including food and service but this time both were way off. Salmon and grilled shrimp were both over cooked, served slightly warm and the service was almost not there. I will say the manager was very responsive to our complaints and comped the meal, which we weren't expecting. Hopefully that means Seasons want to continue to be a great neighborhood place to go with the good food and service we were used to."
