Diner Reviews
  • "Surprisingly good and unexpectedly great for a mall restaurant. Would love it more if I didn't have to go to the mall to get there. Great bar, great drinks, very nice wine list and good food too."

  • "Every detail was taken care of from the greeting to the pictures at the end. I had the lamb chops and my sweetheart had the rainbow trout. Perfectly prepared! Even the vegetables. When we were seated, there was a birthday card on the table, signed and addressed to me. We were brought complimentary flutes of champagne for toasting. After our exquisite meals, delicious desserts and coffees, our server came out with a camera to take pictures. What a wonderful way to end the evening, when we were presented with a framed picture as a memento of a perfect day!"

  • "The restaurant is in a large mall in Tysons area of Norther Virginia. We had some difficulty locating it. However, the food was great. Everyone in our group loved their entree. The only negative was the Asparagus Soup which tasted somewaht salty and bland. The service was also very good and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely go back to this restaurant."

  • "Seasons 52 in Tysons Corner is our choice for meals out with family and/or friends. Just celebrated a friend's 40th here, and the staff did not disappoint, as they really treated it like a special occasion. Food was great as always. They even took a picture, printed it, and put it in a nice folio for my friend to take home! That was memorable in itself, but they made her feel special from the moment she walked in the door. I also appreciate that the manager always walks around to every table and checks to make sure that everything is perfect. Very few restaurants do that, and this is a big restaurant with a lot of tables to cover. The manager runs a tight ship. You will have a great experience when you go to Seasons 52 in Tysons! "

  • "The atmosphere was lively but comfortable. The food was delicious and the dessert was amazing! I would reccommend this place for the dessert alone!"

  • "The food here is amazing and we enjoyed ourselves!!"

  • "We were there about 6:30PM on a Sat and the noise level in the front area was OVERWHELMING, we were barely able to hear the host's questions. But in the rear rooms, the quiet was very pleasant. The food was outstanding and we'd go back in a heart beat. Make sure you use Open Table and have a reservation (very popular), insisting on a rear room."

  • "Its always a pleassure coming to this great restaurant. From your personal greeting(Dane Scott) to the great service(chris) and the food-which is always beautifully prepared and presented. The quality, the service and the ambiance are always the best and we always look forward to an evening spent at this fine eatery. Elizabeth Sava"

  • "I took a health-conscious friend to Seasons 52 knowing they would have a lot of options. It was her first time there but my fourth. The food was excellent. I had the chicken pesto flatbread and we both agreed it was amazing. Wait staff were attentive but not overly so. Everything was spot on, even the little desserts!"

  • "This most recent experience stands out for its customer service. Though a crowded Saturday evening, they seated us 45 minutes earlier than our reservation time. We got a great view into the kitchen where food prep was elevated to entertainment. Our food was delivered very quickly and was fantastic. My wife's Pork Tenderloin was just a little underdone (prepared medium rare). She likes hers cooked medium well. This was handled gracefully by the staff. They cooked my Wife a whole new dinner and were apologetic. The dinner came back exactly as she wanted it and they ended up subtracting it from the cost of our order along with her drink. Seasons 52 continues to earn our respect for great food, service and hospitality."

  • "Out on a typical Saturday shopping excursion, so we decided to find a place nearby for lunch. Since we happened to be in Tyson Mall, I just popped up my Open Table app to see what might sound good right where we were. The decor was as attractive as any I've seen and the overall vibe was just right: not too busy, yet not dead. Our server came to our table in good time, explained the specials, offered some helpful tips and then took our drink order. We both ordered the Rocky Mountain Buffalo Burger with Roasted Idaho Potato Wedges. The food came out in less time than we expected and everything was prepared to perfection. I wouldn't change a thing. Overall an excellent value and perfect break during a Saturday afternoon shopping spree."

  • "As always the food was excellent. The waiter knew the menu well and had fantastic recommendations for the wine. Unfortunately, he seemed to get lost often during the night."

  • "Everything was great but for the arrival and delay at the front desk, waiting too long to be seated with a reservation made in advance. Need separate person handling folks with problems, looking to make a reservation on the spot, whatever. One person taking those with reservations. Not enough folks at front to keep things moving. One individual doing it all with others seating folks does not work. We've been here many times and never this bad."

  • "This is a great place for healthy, fun gatherings. No guilt here, everything on the menu is less than 500 calories and they dont have deep fried anything (yeah!) But dont let the low calorie count fool you, food is delicious and tasty. I go there for lunch meetings also. You can actually get back to the office and still get work done without feeling stuffed and drowsy. Service is excellent and all staff are trained to say the exact same thing! Love it. Not a place to go with a hot date (ok, sure you can), but certainly a great restaurant for a delicious, guilt-free meal."

  • "Went to Season 52 for lunch and ordered the Lemon & Herb Roasted Pranzino. It was probably the most delicious I have eaten in ages! The fish was so flavorful and even the skin was enjoyable!"

  • "Great as usual. Most of us had the Flights and Flats, which were all great."

  • "Well, not 52 reasons, but it's easy to give 52 Seasons a very positive review. Great food, healthy, regularly changing menu, very comfortable atmosphere, and excellent service. I was there for a 1:1 casual business meeting, The menu was great - we each had a flatbread (mine was coldwater lobster with a chipolte drizzle) - terrific. Really, the entire experience was great,"

  • "The staff was excellent. Friendly servers that were knowledgable about the menu, defintely the best part about this place. Food was quite disappointing. We ordered 3 different salads, all were a let down. Pretentiously presented and bad combinations of flavor, clearly trying too hard and failing."

  • "Food is okay. Their thing is calorie-conscious food, so everything is under 475 calories. I had the scallops and risotto - it was fine. Scallops were good. Risotto had clearly been sitting out for a little bit, as when it arrived at the table, it had a skin on it, but not terrible. Service was pretty terrible in my opinion. The waiters (guy who brought us water and our regular waiter) were rude to my dad, which I found to be ridiculous. Snarky dudes who apparently were not capable of providing good customer service to an older individual."

  • "Food very good -- need to -step up the service. No waiter at table for six minutes. Had to ask three times for water-said sorry I forgot. Service pleasant but not attentive. The restaurant was not busy. Good ,but not a memorable experience. Would go again but no rush."

  • "I try to avoid Tyson's Corner Mall at every opportunity, but when houseguests were anxious to go, I had no choice. This was a great place to dine after exhaustive shopping. Dark-paneled walls, subtle lighting, and since we were lucky enough to be seated in a back room that was much quieter than the main dining area, all made for a relaxing dinner. The concept of seasonal dishes was wonderful, although I also appreciated the caloric-limited other choices. The scallops could have had a little more seasoning to them, but the whole fish was excellent. The small-portioned parfaits were perfect....they allowed all the shoppers to fit into their newly acquired clothes!"

  • "The food was terrific, everyone's meals were wonderful, but the service was very slow. Once we flagged down a manager to inquire, the food came out immediately. I've eaten there many times before and this was the first time I've had a issue with the service, so I'm inclined to believe it was either a bad night or the waitress, and not the restaurant in general. The food is the best in Tyson's so I'm sure we'll be back."

  • "The food is consistently good and I love knowing how many calories I am consuming. The dessert portions allow me to have dessert in a restaurant without overdoing it which is quite rare. The flight of wines paired with a flatbread is the best deal in town. It also gives you a chance to sample several wines. The location of this restaurant in a mall is my singular disappointment."

  • "The food was excellent and the chef recommended wine was delicious. The piano bar music was fun and added great atmosphere, don't think he is here every day."

  • "I love Seasons 52. It is the best choice for fine dining when you are watching your weight and want healthy food. Open table should definitely add "healthy food" to their lis of "What do you recommend this restaurant for""

  • "We went for the first time on a Friday night. The food is really amazing and the service was great even though it was very busy. Great concept and portion sizes, I thought, were better than I expected. I had the Scallops which were incredible. We shared a Flat Bread special which was also perfect. Can't wait to go back again!"

  • "...though this time, I noticed a change in my standard lunch selection, the sushi-style tuna with salad greens and almonds in a soy-based sweet-and-sour vinaigrette. While the greens were abundant, there was only a tiny taste of dressing and less tuna on the plate compared to the many times I've had this dish, which made for a more boring (and less of a value for the money) dish. Still, Seasons 52 has so many plusses (elegant but comfortable ambiance, appealing and varied menu, tolerable noise level that allows conversation) that my criticism notwithstanding, it remains a go-to place for working people in Tysons Corner."

  • "Once again Season's 52 provided an outstanding dinner. Although we live in Maryland, we travel to Tyson's just to eat and enjoy Season's 52. The Spring menu is fantastic !!"

  • "My wife and I dine at S52 in Tyson's Corners Mall quite a bit. The food is great, the service friendly and more than accommodating and the interior presents an excellent ambiance. We enjoy going on the weekend and being entertained by the piano player behind the bar. Whether you sit in the main seating area or in the bar area, the experience is always enjoyable. They have a great wine selection for the social wine drinker as well as other alcoholic options. Whether just the two of us are dining together or we go with a group of friends, the service has always been commendable and the food fantastic. Two thumbs up...way up!"

  • "This was my first dining experience at Seasons 52. The food was good, our server was wonderful, and the restaurant's atmosphere was lively. It is primarily a seafood restaurant but there were a few non-seafood items available. I would definitely return to Seasons 52."

  • "Wife and I went there to reconnect with an couple that we had not spent time with in a while. Though the place was energetic we were able to easily have our conversation. The staff was busy and we did not feel rushed to eat and leave. The food was very good. We especially liked the realistic portions and focus on seasonal foods. The calorie control provided by Seasons 52 allowed us to enjoy an appetizer, entree and dessert with out us feeling like we broke the bank on the wallet and the calories as so many "american" sized meals do today. We really enjoyed our evening and would look to come here on a regular basis..Highly recommend making a reservation though..Open table is wonderful in this regard."

  • "Food was excellent however wait staff was not very attentive and the kitchen was slower. 30 minutes before we had our flat bread appetizer. 45 minutes before we had our salad. 1 hour to get the meal. At the end it took 15 minutes to get the check. In hour and half we never once had our water refilled but they did ask if we wanted another $12 glass of wine. When they brought our meals they left our salad plates on the table."

  • "I have always enjoyed the food at Seasons 52.... that being said, the wait staff is always very good as well- but our lunch this week took it a notch up. Our waiter was terrific- happily took a dish back that we had erred by not reading the menu correctly, remembered dietary issues without a reminder, always had glasses of beverages filled without having to ask for more, and even brought us a sample of one of their new soups.... was very refreshing to be so well taken care of!"
